She was detail oriented, kind, and loving to our pup. Our dog is a mini-golden doodle and she’s spoiled, so she tends to be needy and requires a lot of attention. Aryn sent pictures, provided updates, and asked questions when she had them. She was excellent at messaging to give updates on Peanut so I didn’t have to worry about how she was doing. When I picked her up, Peanut wasn’t stressed and looked exactly as she did when I dropped her off. This was my first time leaving my dog with someone outside of family for an extended period, so I was naturally a little nervous. Jan made the entire experience wonderful! Things seemed to go well when we left our two pups a few days for the first time. She had lots of things there for them to play with and do. She had a full house of dogs when we got there drop-off day so it was a bit chaotic and one of our pups was very nervous about it, but seemed happy when we came to get her. Wendy was gracious enough to stay up late on pickup day when our arrival window ended up later than expected, which we were very appreciative for. Daily photos and updates were extremely appreciated as well. She was very good with communication.
