“I recently used Steven and Randi for my dog, Sweetpea and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They were professional, caring, and attentive to Sweetpea’s needs. They provided daily updates with photos and a summary of the day, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Sweetpea was happy, well-fed, and got plenty of exercise with their walks and playtime. The sitters were punctual, responsive, and clearly love dogs—their dog Mika was an added bonus, great dog to play with and be around! I highly recommend Steven and Randi for anyone looking for reliable, loving care for their dog. Five stars!”

“Wendy was great! Our girls were well taken care of by Wendy (and her family). I got pictures every day and messages where she let us know how everyone was doing. We will definitely have Wendy watch them again if the need arises.”
“What a wonderful experience! We got daily updates with photos and Alan & Lynn's family treated our babies, like their own pets(they slept on the couch, on laps, etc). It's nice to know when we go out of town we have a loving environment for our 2 pups.”

“My two dogs were well cared for which meant a lot since we were out of town in unfamiliar territory. Kristen and family were excellent! Thank you so much for the peace of mind this offered us. And the pics were appreciated too!”

“Agnes was amazing! Her home and backyard are so cute and Jack had the best time with her family and little dog! She was so attentive and sent me lots of photos! We will be booking with her again soon!”

“Cassie makes Scruffles feel right at home! He enjoys staying with her and family (including her 2 doggies). Her communication makes it easy to leave him and know he's doing fine. Love her!!”

“Our female Apricot Pug, Lucy, is very cautious around new people. With this 3rd stay at Katherines & Jays house, Lucy’s whole butt wiggled when she saw Katherine when we dropped them off. That’s a sign of both safety, excitement, & acceptance. Highly recommend! Paul & Ellen”

“Charline was a WONDERFUL sitter! She is the first person that I really felt cared about my Rose and her aging challenges. She is also the first person that I didn’t feel that o needed to take her directly to the groomers after her stay due to the buildup of eye crud or poop on her butt. She actually gave her a bath! My dog is white so it really matters that she cared enough to ensure she looked her best at pickup! Thank you ! Thank you! for caring about what you do!”

“My pup, Archie, and I had a great meet-an-greet with Dawn. She took the time to let Archie wander through her lovely home and get to know the backyard (Archie's favorite place). We were both looking forward to Archie's scheduled visit. Unfortunately, my husband caught the flue and we had to cancel. Dawn was absolutely charming and understanding! She is so easy to communicate with answers text messages almost immediately. I'm looking forward to rescheduling.”

“Kristen did an amazing job with my Senior pup. She came through when everyone else was afraid of taking care of my Jack Russell due to her age (almost 18). I could tell from her daily pictures that Dora was being taken care of and loved on like one of her own. I cannot express how happy I am with her and her family for giving me peace of mind as I was away traveling. Thank you Kristen.”

“John was very accommodating to us and my fur baby. She is a little anxious is new places but she seemed to warm up and definitely looked happy when we came to pick her up. Thank you SO much for allowing us to book on such short notice!”

“Sue is top notch, always have peace of mind leaving our dog with Sue. She responds very quickly to any questions we may have and she sends daily updates with photos. Will continue to use Sue next time we leave town. ”

“Tia and her family were very good to our Darcy , we are rebooking with her soon . She sent pictures . And I felt very comfortable leaving our puppy with her . Would highly recommend .”

“Our dog Astro was in great hands with Karynne! She spent quality time with him while we were away giving us the peace of mind that we needed while on vacation. He went on daily walks and had plenty of play time. She kept us updated daily with pictures and texts of how Astro was doing. We were so happy with her service and will be booking with her again!”

“My young energetic 8 month old had such a good time with Juliana and Kiko! She took such good care of him and I got so many pictures and videos. Definitely recommend!!!”

“Best Rover sitter to date! Candy was so affectionate and playful with my two French Bulldogs. It was clear in every update and photo that she loved my pups as if they were her own. She provided great communications and a smooth drop off and pick up. Above all, her professional yet easy-going and incredibly welcoming personality made me feel immediately comfortable leaving my pups in her care. Thank you Candy! Sarge and Scout hope to see you again next time!”

Lasaiah did a wonderful job with our two girls. They came home happy and nurtured. Lasaiah picked them up and dropped them off which was a huge help. She has positive energy and we’d definitely reach out to her first again the next time we’re in town. Thank you, Lasaiah!

Candy was GREAT! Not only she take our booking last minute, but she made sure that our sweet boy had the best stay that he could! She was very detailed in making sure that Aladdin was well taken care of and felt at home during his stay. Candy also sent us multiple updates throughout the day so we had a snapshot of how he was doing while we were away. She also mad sure that during his booking he was not left alone for an extended period of time. I would definitely recommend Candy if you need a sitter for your pet. I know we will be utilizing her services whenever we can!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
