“My Bailey's home away from home!! Ok so a little background- my dog Bailey is a rescue who was physically abused by her previous owner. For this reason, she is utterly terrified of new people because she has a natural distrust for people following early life events. Kristen and her family originally spent time coming to my house to walk Bailey and spend time with her, and Bailey had been doing well with the new dog walkers! However, after learning about Bailey's concerns, Kristen thought it may improve Bailey's situation to have her spend the day at doggy daycare, and let me tell you, she and her family have done an amazing job taking care of Bailey!!! I've never seen her so happy every day when I come to pick her up (and probably even more happy to be dropped off :P). It's only been a few weeks and I can already tell Kristen and her family are making her feel at home away from home, and carefully allowing her to interact with other dogs and humans when Bailey is ready. I've been absolutely overjoyed seeing her improvement in socialization skills, and, really, just how happy and comfortable she is; makes my day! On a side note, following several meetings with a Behavioralist, I'm actively training her to help improve her anxiety and fear toward people. Kristen understands how important this is and has been ensuring Bailey is trained (in the same way I'm training her for continuity sake) while at doggy daycare, since I don't have the opportunity to train her several times throughout the day during the work week. Her obedience has improved, and better yet, she's starting to see new people with a different outlook; she's excited to make new friends! Thank you Kristen!!”

About: Animals ranging from Sugar Gliders to cats and dogs to cows have been a part of my life since before I could walk. I used to foster medical case kittens when I lived in Georgia to increase their chances of being adopted into their furever homes I currently work part time, so I can love on your furbabies every day except for tuesdays and wednesdays until after 3 PM. Unfortunately, my home is not pet friendly, but I would love to come to your home and make friends with your animals. I am well-versed in most types of dogs- large and small, timid and excited that I exist, aggressive and love spongey. I have experience with pets working on their potty training and fur babies learning boundaries, as well as animals needing special medical attention.

About: My approach seeks to meet the individual as all dogs are unique. One of my dogs I click trained. My other has trained me. "Give treats!" In between jobs. Availability around daycare drop-off routine 8-8:30. Evenings will need to be after 6pm, but daylight is still with us this time of year. My dogs stay indoors in rooms with me. When we walk the front yard they stay on leash during the summer, but have more than an acre to explore.

About: Hello, I have loved animals my whole life, big and small. I have always had a dog since i was a little kid and would pet sit for neighbors. I am a student-athlete in college so I am not too busy, only have practice and all my classes are online. So i do have a lot of free time and time to take care of any animal.
