About: Hi there! I’m Kallie (Cali) a reliable and loving pet sitter with a deep passion for animals. Growing up on a farm of sorts, I’ve always had hands-on experience caring for all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to emus, peacocks, guinea pigs, snakes and a macaw. This background has given me a unique understanding of animals’ needs and how to keep them safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away. I treat every pet like they're my own, providing personalized care whether it's playtime, walks, or snuggling on the couch, I’m here to make sure your furry friend feels loved and secure. I am staying at home to help my husband recover from surgery and also trying to get my own business off the ground. This means my schedule is extremely flexible during the week. I care for pets by providing a safe, clean, and loving environment, whether in my home or a client’s. I follow their normal feeding schedules, ensure fresh water is always available, and give plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. I find most pups just want to curl up by my side or feet! My goal is to make pets feel comfortable, happy, and secure while their owners are away.

I’m actively in college so I’m looking for alternatives to spend my time and effort doing something I enjoy! So I’m free very often! If needed I am available to get on the military bases. Having my animals and others to trust my heart and instincts is my biggest goal. I’m 100% able to do very specific tasks you need me to do for your dog! Please, please, please, tell me where your amenities are to properly clean up or take care of your pets. I’m new to this job so I may not be as experienced, but I can’t clean up after a something with no knowledge to where the cleaners/bags are.
About: I've been around animals my whole life, advocating for shelter animals for many years. I have dog sat for a number of family and friends (and their friends) for the past few years, just getting set up with a professional account. I raised livestock for the FFA in middle school and high school (training very stubborn pigs lol). In my free time i volunteer at the local animal shelter and take the dogs out on adventures in town on the weekends. I have fostered adult dogs and puppies. I just left my full-time corporate job to take some time off before i pursue my dream of cosmetology school in may. Therefore, I am very available for daily walks, overnight stays, doggy daycare during the day, etc. I actively monitor the dogs and their behavior hinting at what they may need. While walking dogs i am always on alert and on the look out for other dogs, reading body language and keeping distance.

“My Bailey's home away from home!! Ok so a little background- my dog Bailey is a rescue who was physically abused by her previous owner. For this reason, she is utterly terrified of new people because she has a natural distrust for people following early life events. Kristen and her family originally spent time coming to my house to walk Bailey and spend time with her, and Bailey had been doing well with the new dog walkers! However, after learning about Bailey's concerns, Kristen thought it may improve Bailey's situation to have her spend the day at doggy daycare, and let me tell you, she and her family have done an amazing job taking care of Bailey!!! I've never seen her so happy every day when I come to pick her up (and probably even more happy to be dropped off :P). It's only been a few weeks and I can already tell Kristen and her family are making her feel at home away from home, and carefully allowing her to interact with other dogs and humans when Bailey is ready. I've been absolutely overjoyed seeing her improvement in socialization skills, and, really, just how happy and comfortable she is; makes my day! On a side note, following several meetings with a Behavioralist, I'm actively training her to help improve her anxiety and fear toward people. Kristen understands how important this is and has been ensuring Bailey is trained (in the same way I'm training her for continuity sake) while at doggy daycare, since I don't have the opportunity to train her several times throughout the day during the work week. Her obedience has improved, and better yet, she's starting to see new people with a different outlook; she's excited to make new friends! Thank you Kristen!!”

About: Hi! I’m Leslie — a reliable, gentle, and experienced dog walker in the Schertz area. I’ve been caring for dogs for years and already have great reviews from past clients on Rover. I’m calm, patient, and especially good with anxious, shy, or high-energy pups who need consistency. I’m home with my baby right now, so dog walking fits beautifully into our daily routine. We bring the stroller on walks, which actually works great for most dogs — they get a steady, relaxing pace and lots of sniff time. If your dog needs a brisker walk or more structure, I can do that too. What I offer: • 20–30 min walks • Drop-in visits for potty breaks, feeding, meds, or playtime • Extra-photo updates so you always know how your pup is doing • Gentle, predictable walks for senior or reactive dogs • Multi-dog households welcome • Flexible scheduling — mornings, mid-day, or afternoon I treat every dog like my own and pay attention to the little things: clean water, weather safety, staying in shade, watching for stress, and keeping your pup secure every moment. If you’re looking for a dependable walker who will show up on time and care deeply about your dog’s routine, I’d love to help. Send me a message to get started — I’m happy to meet first so your dog can get to know me. My days are very flexible, so pet care gets high priority. I can stop by to check in or come over to walk your pup at almost any time. I focus on calm, consistent care. On walks, I follow your dog’s normal pace, watch for stress signals, and keep them safe with secure leashing and shaded routes. For drop-ins, I refresh water, follow feeding instructions, give potty breaks, and spend quality time playing or comforting your pup. You’ll always get photos and updates during each visit.
