About: Animals have been a big part of my life for over 20 years. I currently have two dogs that I raised from puppies, so I understand the patience, consistency, and attention that great pet care requires. About: Ive grown up caring for dogs since I was a kid. 8 years ago I had the pleasure of becoming a dog mom to a German Shepherd. I will often also take care of my brothers herding dog at the same time. I am used to caring for two large dogs at the same time including walking them twice a day. I often dog sit for family and friends over the last 6 years, including dogs and cats. My own GSD struggles with separation anxiety and social anxiety so I have become really good over the years of prioritizing walk times that will ease his stress. I am happy to accommodate to any time a fur baby may need their walk times adjusted to reduce other animal interaction. My GSD is around 100lbs and often gets excited, so I am more than able to handle any size dog that may get excited for anything even squirrels! I am a full time grad student but around that schedule I have time most mornings and evenings to walk and play with all animals. I am open to animal sitting most nights depending on my exams for that week. I can easily crate dogs due to experience crating my own dogs. I am comfortable feeding all diets to any animals, giving baths, walks, etc.
About: I’ve had pets my whole life- dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, rats, hedgehogs, etc. Anyone who knows me knows I have such a big heart for animals and am truly amazed by them. I am currently in school to get my degree in biology to use to work at the San Antonio Zoo in animal conservation. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
