“She updated me everyday about my dog Cara about how she was doing and sent me pictures which made me feel very comfortable and secure as I was out of town will definitely be using her again in the future and my dog loved her”

“Megan went above and beyond! She followed all instructions to a T, was very flexible with the schedule, and the house was as I left it. She always responded to my messages promptly and professionally. Most importantly, my fur babies loved her and were very well cared for. Highly recommend!”

“This is our second time using Alex to care for our fur babies! We’ve been so happy with his care for our two dogs, one of which has hind leg paralysis and is not the easiest dog to care for. He’s attentive and trustworthy. He’s easy to communicate with and sends updates as requested. Thanks again!”

“An excellent first experience with Rover! We were on a cruise with no cell signal so I had to place a lot of trust on Matthew. He came beforehand for a meet and greet so I could run through the pet routine and give him a key. He messaged right before we got on the ship that everything was good and when we returned I got caught up with all the pictures. Many thanks, Matthew!”

“We are so grateful for Jill! She stepped in last minute to care for our two dogs and cat over the holidays, and she did an absolutely wonderful job. From the moment we met her, we could tell she was kind, professional, and truly passionate about animals. Our pets were well cared for, happy, and relaxed when we returned. Jill kept us updated with photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We highly recommend her and will definitely reach out next time we need a sitter!”
“Nichole was very attentive and Lenny enjoyed his time with her. She went above and beyond and paid special attention to him because he was sick, but still took the time to let my other pet out and take care of him. Her background as a VA was a big reason why we chose her, but her compassion and attention to detail is why I'll chose her first going foward.”

“Lisana had great communication throughout the house sit, left the house tidy, and my dog was happy and relaxed when I got home. Would definitely book with her again!!”

“Hannah was amazing! I was worried about my dog because he is older and is slow to trust new people. He had no problems warming up to Hannah. She did great at keeping me updated, I definitely recommend her!”

“Pamela was such a blessing to me on a short notice trip! We did a meet and greet and I could tell immediately she would love on my dogs like they were her own. She was great to communicate and sent me pictures daily so I could see my pups! I know Maisey loved having her there as when I came home she stayed by the door waiting for Pamela to come in too! Not only did she do a great job taking care of my pups, I also came home to a picked up and clean home! She cleaned the room she stayed in and made my main area look so welcoming to come home to! Thank you Pamela for taking such great care of my dogs and making it so nice to come home too:)”

“Christina is hands down the best sitter I have ever hired through here. We own a cane corso, and if you are familiar with the breed , they are Velcro dogs. This makes it difficult for us to travel and trust someone to care for him in our home. Christina truly went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations. She stayed with Gino the whole time keeping him company. She was very professional, attentive to details, and had great communication throughout the whole stay. The icing on the cake, our home was spotless! I cannot thank Christina enough! We have found our trusted sitter! Thank you Christina!”

About: I’ve had dogs ALL my life, and my grandma is a vet. I have an Australian Shepherd, but I have also had small dogs like yorkies in the past. I take care of animals like they are my children and I have watched pets in the past, people have relied on me to bath, feed, take their dogs out, and provide their furry friends love and care. I do work from home full time and have an hour lunch break so pups are taken out about 4 times a day, and I also have weekends off My pups are always loose, I have a XL dog cage just in case you would want your dog to be alone and put away. My dogs are super friendly and active which means he does go out about 3-4 times a day. Your pet will always feel at home, loved, and I will make sure to send pictures and videos. We can definitely set up a meet up before to make your pet feel good as well as you. I make sure dogs are not left alone and loose without me being there
“LeAnna took great care of our dogs and house while we were on vacation. She sent regular updates and responded quickly. We’d be happy to rebook with her in the future.”

“Sarah watched our dog Bones while we were away for the weekend and did a great job! She came over prior to watching Bones to meet her as well as go over all the basics: food location, key, daily schedule etc. While we were away Sarah kept us posted with pictures through Rover and overall did a great job taking care of our pup!”

Longhorn pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was my first time using Rover, and I needed a cat sitter at the last minute. Kristina was fantastic! She communicated regularly and sent daily pictures, which gave me peace of mind. She even provided a private room for Chloe to help reduce stress, which I really appreciated. Kristina went above and beyond to make sure Chloe was comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

Karen was absolutely wonderful! We received frequent updates and took such amazing care of our pup as shown through the photos. She left the house immaculately clean and even washed her bedding. We were not expecting that! We will definitely use her again and she was an amazing fit with our reactive pup.

Juilanna did great with all of our pups and they loved her! Communication was great throughout the whole visit and she included plenty of pictures to keep us updated. She did an excellent job of making sure all of our pups needs were met especially for our biggest boy who was recently sick with pneumonia! She followed the rules given and kept the house clean, no issues. She was great! We will definitely be reaching out for future visits!

We were nervous for someone we didn’t know to pet and housesit. Steven did two visits with us and our pets to make sure we all felt comfortable. Upon returning home from vacation, our pets were happy to see us but they didn’t seem overly excited or stressed. This was a good sign that our pets were relaxed with Steven while we were away. We will be asking Steven to sit for us again in the future. Very happy with his care of our pets and home.

Monserrath was absolutely great! Kept us updated on how the pups were doing, giving each of them attention, and with 5 dogs, she had her hands full. She also provided us with great pup report cards at the end of her stay, noting behaviors, eating, and little details on how each pup did during her stay. We hope to use Monserrath again in the future!

Cryslynn was seriously one of the best rovers we’ve had the pleasure of booking. She was very communicative, attentive, and really took care of our boys like they were her own. Would recommend her to anyone trying to find a reliable Rover for their fur babies!

had the pleasure of having Carly stay overnight to watch our dogs, Saint and Turbo, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she was incredibly communicative—keeping us updated and at ease with tons of adorable pictures throughout her stay. It was clear our pups were happy, comfortable, and in great hands. Carly went above and beyond, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were being cared for so well. We’ll absolutely be using her every time we can. Highly, highly recommend!
