Sam went above and beyond, even rearranging his work schedule to make sure our dogs were well looked after. His conscientiousness really showed in everything he did. Sam stayed overnight in our home, ensuring our dogs felt safe, secure, and comfortable in our absence. It was clear from the photos (and when we returned!) that our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for. Honestly, I don’t think they even realized we were gone! During our trip, Sierra kept us informed about her schedule, how the puppies were doing, and sent us photos of them. It was clear from the way she talked about them that she genuinely cared for them, and was taking excellent care of them. Upon returning home, we found the home and our puppies in good shape, with minimal cleaning needed (I should note that we have very high standards for cleanliness). Overall, we were very impressed with Sierra. She was very friendly and personable while also being very professional and responsive. She was very thorough in her prep and we had a video consult to go over all expectations, requests, questions, etc. She was detailed and asked questions I hadn’t even thought to cover. During the pet sitting, she kept me updated at all time and provided pictures to let me know the girls were doing okay. My 15 year old cat requires multiple medications that can sometimes be difficult to administer and she was able to administer with no issues. Love love love! Jasmine was an angel! She came to sit for us while we were already out of town. We unfortunately did not get to meet her, but our dogs loved her right away.
