“Barbara came in first day and was amazing! Services I needed were 2x weekly dinner feeding and potty time so that I can feel less guilty about not always getting home right after work. The meet and greet exceeded my expectations when Barbara started asking me relevant care questions about things I hadn't thought to yet communicate. As a pet mama, I can't tell you how important that is to me, especially with my memory. First day, she sent me a comprehensive update of my dogs feeding, care and potty time along with as many pics as the app would allow. I can't express how good it feels to have the help from someone who takes my babies care/concerns to heart as much as I do. Fully recommend Barbara and will continue to keep her part of our schedules as long as she will have us!”

“Ashanti was great with all 12 of my babies , I thought she would be afraid of my 8 pits when she first came by to see them they took to her right away, my other 4 were very jealous when they saw her with the others. But shortly after that they were right up on the couch all over her. She gave them a great exercise workout and her own personal treats she made for them. She made them vegan treats, so Miss Ashanti is very great and I will have her back when I go out of town again..”

These included goats, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, rabbits and fish. I could always count on Victoria to give the best possible care to all of the animals. She was reliable, kind, and very passionate about their well being. I would highly recommend her to care for any animal great or small.”

“I couldn't ask for a better experience with Tim. He was attentive, responsive, and carried out my (borderline unreasonable) instructions to the letter. My two cats took to him right away. (They trust nearly nobody; I was amazed by their immediate comfort with a new person.) Tim provided me with daily updates and I had no worries about their care while I was away. In short, Tim and Rover made me able to enjoy my vacation. Tim is my go-to for future sitting, full stop.”

“Was very patient and communicative, came over with her partner to visit the animals even on short notice (I think I booked on 1.5 days notice) before the appointment which really helped me feel comfortable. Had really good communication, even going so far as to reach out to me when Dracula (my elder cat) squirmed and didn't get all of his insulin shot. She told me truthfully and asked for what to do next which made me trust her even more! Thanks for the photos and helping my pets while I was away on short notice.”

They're not only very prompt in arrival time but send photos and detailed updates about outside time, food etc and always message you directly if they have any questions. “Jamilah is an amazing animal lover but she holds a special place for dogs. I have know her for at least a decade and I can guarantee that she treasures all animals. She is an experienced pet owner especially with big energetic dog breeds. She has flexible hours which allows her to be attentive toward any pup. She constantly takes them for walks, plays with them and makes sure they're just happy pups. I trust my all fur babies knowing they will receive all the love, attention and care I would provide them with.”

She sent us photos and a video of our little man and informed us how his visit went (eating, drinking, no accidents, etc). We are very thankful we found Jackie to help us out!!”
