We appreciated daily updates and pics; along with Nancy's great communication skills, we were grateful for her willingness to schedule a meet-and-greet in advance of our departure. Taylor is incredible. We had HVAC issues while she was house sitting, and she was SO gracious and communicative. She even made sure to rearrange her plans to make sure our HVAC repair tech could check on things. Also, we get so many updates and pictures.
