About: I've been raised around pets my whole life. There has not been a point in time when I didn't have the responsibility of caring for a dog or cat. I currently take care of our family cat, Vogue. I have been in care for dogs for years, including our Cane Corso! Though I have my availability as open daily, Monday-Friday I’m available from 5PM-10PM and Sundays 6AM-10AM. Saturdays will be subjective to availability, so please inquire! Since I only offer dog walking, the most I can say here is that my home is pet friendly with enough space for my family and my cat!

About: I've been working with animals for the past 5 Years! I started as a dog daycare attendant for a year where I learned how to read dog body language and behavior as well as how to handle emergency situations with dogs. I then became a full time pet sitter on my own and would watch all kinds of animals from household reptiles, small animals, cat, and of course dogs! After 1 year of this I switched to part time sitter to become a full time dog trainer! I trained for a year before becoming a manager at a pet hotel. I love my job to this day and still care for dogs and cats at my current job! I'm currently a stay at home mom for my babies so I am always home a ready to provide care! I usually (as weather permits of course) take a morning walk between 8-10am with my dog and my boarding friends, hang out around the house and backyard until our evening walk before bed around 8-10pm after the sun is down! I am constantly boarding dogs in my home so I do have extra crates if needed otherwise I only have 1 dog of my own who is a St. Bernard and is pretty lazy so he will be there to keep my boarding dogs company but also knows to nap if the other dogs need a break from playing. When I go to clients homes I always find a way to occupy my time with my clients and keep my attention on those animals!

I started out on Rover in 2019 in New Braunfels, just a hop skip and a jump from here. I cannot wait to meet all your puppers and provide such sweet care to all of them. I love all puppy sizes, shapes, smells :). (I do have breed preferences but that is due to our 1.5 year old baby and am just extra cautious. We have a fenced backyard that does have a pool and 2 little dogs for them to roam around with and play. If they love to play catch they might have some competition with my pup 🐶 Holly!! I would love to take your loved ones out for long walks or play with them in your home. I also provide overnight services in MY home. Right now I can house about 2-3 pups for overnight visits or even a few days if you need to go out of town... but with your help I can grow that to house many more and make some great friends along the way. Short on time? I am willing to pick up your pet from you to give you maximum time to get your errands done or be a with your family away from your home and still make sure your puppies stay on their schedules! Anything you need... I am here!! I am currently working part time and full time momma. Super flexible just plan ahead with me and we can make anything work. We have a dog park near as well for extra exercise if they don’t already get worn out running around the backyard. We will keep to their schedule as much as possible. Same eating times, bedtime, this type of thing. We always provide a safe space and monitor on cameras when we can’t be in the yard directly.

I’ve spent many years working on farms and have worked professionally as an in-home pet sitter for two years. About: I have grown up my whole life with dogs . I pay very close attention to their needs and will make sure that they get the attention they deserve . If they get dirty while on my watch , I will make sure they are returned clean to you . I had a dog watching business during my 4 years of college and would like to continue Post-Grad. I work from home full time so I will be able to play and walk your furry friend often . I always keep a stash of treats and will willingly give out cuddles and belly rubs. My dog is very friendly and loves other dogs. He would love a friend to play with while I’m working . I have a pet of my own that I care for daily . I walk him 3-4 times a day on my work breaks and we go to the dog park on my off days . I have a large fenced yard that can work for a lot of outside playtime and frequent potty breaks ! There is plenty of space to have the zoomies and a water bowl to stay hydrated .
“My Bailey's home away from home!! Ok so a little background- my dog Bailey is a rescue who was physically abused by her previous owner. For this reason, she is utterly terrified of new people because she has a natural distrust for people following early life events. Kristen and her family originally spent time coming to my house to walk Bailey and spend time with her, and Bailey had been doing well with the new dog walkers! However, after learning about Bailey's concerns, Kristen thought it may improve Bailey's situation to have her spend the day at doggy daycare, and let me tell you, she and her family have done an amazing job taking care of Bailey!!! I've never seen her so happy every day when I come to pick her up (and probably even more happy to be dropped off :P). It's only been a few weeks and I can already tell Kristen and her family are making her feel at home away from home, and carefully allowing her to interact with other dogs and humans when Bailey is ready. I've been absolutely overjoyed seeing her improvement in socialization skills, and, really, just how happy and comfortable she is; makes my day! On a side note, following several meetings with a Behavioralist, I'm actively training her to help improve her anxiety and fear toward people. Kristen understands how important this is and has been ensuring Bailey is trained (in the same way I'm training her for continuity sake) while at doggy daycare, since I don't have the opportunity to train her several times throughout the day during the work week. Her obedience has improved, and better yet, she's starting to see new people with a different outlook; she's excited to make new friends! Thank you Kristen!!”
About: I'm new to Rover but NOT new to watching/caring for animals! I've taken care of animals for a long time. I grew up on a farm, and did chores for the chickens, sheep, horses, and of course, dogs! I now pet sit for friends and colleagues' cats and dogs. My husband and I don't have my own animals right now, so we enjoy getting to take care of other people's fur babies. I currently work part time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I like to know your expectations, and make sure you and your pet get exactly what you need! I have watched dogs in my apartment on multiple occasions. The apartment complex is dog friendly, with doggie bags on the sidewalk and a nice little dog park as well!

About: I have trained my own dogs growing up, I love dogs with a passion & watch all my coworkers dogs when they go on vacation! I am a nurse, so I have an odd schedule. Not every week is the same days of work, but I am very flexible on my days off! I have my own 2 year old Goldendoodle who I take great care of! She gets fed twice a day, I take her on daily walks/runs, and we go to the park about 2-3x a week. I also always take her anywhere I can! She loves to go with me to get coffee and a pup cup. I respect all clients homes/pets as if they were my own. I love all animals so much and I want to take care of others!!!

About: I've been working with animals for the past 5 Years! I started as a dog daycare attendant for a year where I learned how to read dog body language and behavior as well as how to handle emergency situations with dogs. I then became a full time pet sitter on my own and would watch all kinds of animals from household reptiles, small animals, cat, and of course dogs! After 1 year of this I switched to part time sitter to become a full time dog trainer! I trained for a year before becoming a manager at a pet hotel. I love my job to this day and still care for dogs and cats at my current job! I'm currently a stay at home mom for my babies so I am always home a ready to provide care! I usually (as weather permits of course) take a morning walk between 8-10am with my dog and my boarding friends, hang out around the house and backyard until our evening walk before bed around 8-10pm after the sun is down! I am constantly boarding dogs in my home so I do have extra crates if needed otherwise I only have 1 dog of my own who is a St. Bernard and is pretty lazy so he will be there to keep my boarding dogs company but also knows to nap if the other dogs need a break from playing. When I go to clients homes I always find a way to occupy my time with my clients and keep my attention on those animals!
