Kelsie was absolutely amazing! This was my first time ever using a pet and house sitter for my senior dog and senior cat, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. My cat has medical needs and requires oral medications twice a day. She can be stubborn and a little skittish with people she doesn't know, but Kelsie had no trouble giving all of her medications and keeping her on schedule. My dog also requires medications, and Kelsie handled everything perfectly. She sent updates and pictures twice a day, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious from the photos and messages that our pets were comfortable, happy, and well cared for. What also impressed me was how flexible and compassionate she was when our connecting flight home was canceled and we unexpectedly needed to stay away an extra night. Kelsie was able to accommodate the additional day without any stress or complications and immediately put my mind at ease. As someone who was already nervous about leaving my senior pets, her calm and reassuring attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. When travel plans changed unexpectedly, I never felt like I was inconveniencing her. Instead, I felt confident that my babies were safe, cared for, and in good hands. When we got home, both of our pets were calm, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Our home was also in great shape. I hate leaving my babies…but I was in a pinch and needed a dog sitter for a week and booked with Nancy. She sent me updates on my fur babies daily, and they were very happy and well cared for. When I got home, my house was immaculate and my dogs and my home were absolutely cared for as if they were her own. She did everything exactly as I asked, and made sure they were all comfy and spoiled while I was gone. I would highly recommend her for anyone who looks at their animals as their family. She really does love and care for them. I can not say enough good things about her and the care she provides. 10/10 recommend. If you look at your pets as family, definitely book her. Ka'rynne was wonderful, checking in regularly and sending pictures and video. My dogs were very relaxed and displayed regular behavior, playing, etc... She was very respectful of my house and left it in the same condition I left it. I will use Ka'rynne in the future without hesitation.
