I am an anxious dog owner, and trusting someone with my pets does not come easily—especially because our dogs are high-need breeds. From the very first conversation, Lily made me feel calm, heard, and reassured. I shared my past experiences with her, and she was so kind and understanding. She even scheduled a meet-and-greet with my pets, which meant the world to me. When Lily came to our home, I was truly touched by how prepared she was.
