She was very thorough in her prep and we had a video consult to go over all expectations, requests, questions, etc. She was detailed and asked questions I hadn’t even thought to cover. During the pet sitting, she kept me updated at all time and provided pictures to let me know the girls were doing okay. My 15 year old cat requires multiple medications that can sometimes be difficult to administer and she was able to administer with no issues. Nothing about this was a negative experience and I would recommend her to anyone!! I will definitely be rebooking her in the future.”

After several difficult experiences interviewing pet sitters in my area, I was honestly very nervous to try again. I am an anxious dog owner, and trusting someone with my pets does not come easily—especially because our dogs are high-need breeds. From the very first conversation, Lily made me feel calm, heard, and reassured. I shared my past experiences with her, and she was so kind and understanding.
