This was our first time using Lori and she took amazing care of our 15 year old Havanese. Kip can be shy but Lori made her feel comfortable right away. Anna and her family were incredible! They took care of our babies like we would, sent us plenty of updates and pictures, asked for advice on how to soothe them into the home and calm them when they first got there. And then when our flight was delayed and we missed our connection flight, they kept them for an extra day, even though they had a New Year’s Eve party to host. Their family was also so loving to our dogs, when we picked them up all of the family was sad to see them go and loved on them even for the short time that day they were there for the party. So thankful and will definitely try to book them again!
