Our 16 year old cat has lost a lot of weight in the past two years, so I shared with Lili that the goal is to get her to eat anything (food, treats, etc.) Lili worked her magic and Bella actually gained 0.4 lbs!! Lili also groomed her so she seemed like she had a bath, she was cleaner than we dropped her off (as an elderly lady, Bella doesn’t clean herself like she used to.) This was the first time we used Autumn, but it won’t be the last. Autumn was wonderful with my girls. Chanel gave her kisses, which she does not do with everyone. The girls loved her baby and loved playing with him in her yard. I would give her more stars , if that was an option.
Maggs was fantastic! This was our first time using Rover and she made the experience extremely easy and put us at ease. She was very communicative and sent pictures of our dog every day while we were out of town. She also has two dogs of her own and a huge backyard so our dog was in heaven. We highly recommend her and will be using her the next time we go out of town.
My husband and I always feel very at ease leaving our fur baby Moe with them whenever we travel inside or outside USA. We always get lots of beautiful pictures and updates from Debora and George. Moe always seems happy to see them and seeing healthy and in good spirits when we pick him up too. We totally recommend booking with them, you and your fur babies will love them!
Leaving my pets is never easy, but Camilea made the whole experience stress-free. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, and I could tell they were well cared for and loved. Anna and her family were incredible! They took care of our babies like we would, sent us plenty of updates and pictures, asked for advice on how to soothe them into the home and calm them when they first got there. And then when our flight was delayed and we missed our connection flight, they kept them for an extra day, even though they had a New Year’s Eve party to host. Their family was also so loving to our dogs, when we picked them up all of the family was sad to see them go and loved on them even for the short time that day they were there for the party. So thankful and will definitely try to book them again!
We had a wonderful experience! Our dog was happy, well-cared-for, and clearly loved during the time we were away. Communication was great, and we received updates that gave us total peace of mind.
