“Amber is awesome, she was amazing with our doggie and we could tell our girl took a liking to her right away. Despite being a very last minute book, Amber was flexible, always communicating, and always showed up on time. We recommend 10/10. Will definitely be booking her again for our next trip.”

About: I’ve always loved animals and enjoy caring for other people’s furry family members. Over my lifetime, I’ve had five dogs of all sizes and breeds, along with a many cats. In the years since, I’ve dog-sat and pet-sat many different breeds and truly love taking care of animals. You can trust me with your pets—I will treat them like my own. I’m excited to meet more dogs (and their wonderful owners) I am currently working full time at a church with a flexible schedule. While I do work Monday- Thursday during the day, there is always room in my schedule for pet routines. My mornings and evenings are open to be taken over by cute animals! My goal is to care for your pets as well as you would. That they would feel comfortable, mentally and physically stimulated, and at home no matter where we are.
About: I’ve loved animals my entire life. From participating in 4-H as a kid to working as a veterinary technician and rescuing pets for years, I’ve gained extensive experience caring for animals of all ages and personalities. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I provide compassionate, dependable care—including extra patience, comfort, and attention for senior pets who need a little more love. I work from home Monday through Friday and have weekends off, so your pets will get plenty of attention, companionship, and round-the-clock care every day of the week. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard where they can safely play and explore. My friendly, well-socialized fur baby loves making new friends and enjoys the company of other pets. If your dog is crate-trained or you prefer they be crated for meals, bedtime, or when unattended, I’m happy to accommodate their routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and right at home.
“Sydney was great! She took great care of my pets, and made me feel confident in being able to leave my kitties at home. She was efficient in communicating and made my cats feel loved while we were gone.”

About: Hello there! I've been pet sitting for over 15 years now all around Texas and even as far north as New Hampshire. I have extensive experience working with animals of all shapes and sizes. In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience caring for birds, reptiles, hermit crabs, fish, farm animals, insects, and spiders. Whether your pet needs specialized feeding, habitat maintenance, medication, or simply a consistent routine while you're away, I'm happy to provide attentive care. I look forward to hearing from you! *After taking time away from Rover, I'm excited to be accepting bookings again. I currently work a full-time hybrid/remote job and have a lot of flexibility with my schedule during the week and on weekends to either check in on your fur babies several times during the day, take them on walks, or house sit. It's important to me to always follow instructions given to me by my clients, especially if there are special diets or medications to administer. I strive to keep things safe and comfortable for your pets, bringing all the love. Each visit I also provide updates and pictures to help ease your mind while you're away. I give each pet the same love and attention that I give my own (I have four cats).
“Bailey was so great with our kitty while we were away from home! Always had lots of pics and wonderful notes about how she was doing. Communication was wonderful and attention to detail was so helpful. Thanks Bailey for taking such wonderful care of our sweet girl!”

I currently have a 3.5 legged German shepherd rescue who is an absolute Angel! Figured I’d give dog sitting a try! Message me if you have any questions and let’s see if I can be of service to you and your pup(s)! I am currently unemployed and looking for work. I typically work from home and have open flexibility. So as of now I have a lot of free time! I can care for pets however it is preferred. I have a friendly dog so I can either keep your dog at my house, or bring my dog to your house!

About: I was raised on a ranch and have been around animals of all kinds my entire life. I have always been a dog and a cat owner. I have had from babies to senior animals. I had a dog with diabetes, so I’m very versed in giving insulin shots. I have kept friends and family members animals when they have gone out of town. I have a flexible work schedule and I am an empty nester. I can spend plenty of time playing or walking with your baby or babies. I am in tune with your needs and can stay on whatever schedule you require me to be on and tend to and love you for babies as needed
About: Feel free to ask me about pricing! After being diagnosed with a chronic illness, I turned pet sitting into my full time passion. Working from home gives me the flexibility to care for your babies any time and anywhere. With over nine years of experience, I have been a dedicated caretaker for animals of all sizes. My services include walking, bathing, feeding, sitting, and boarding pets. I have a lot of experience with elderly, reactive, and ill pets. When house-sitting, I ensure your pets are well-cared for with regular walks, feeding, watering, and bathing as needed, along with additional household tasks like watering plants. During drop-in visits, I provide feeding, watering, and playtime for at least 30 minutes, extending the time if your pets need extra attention and care. I particularly enjoy daily dog walks, whether it's through a local park or a favorite trail specified by the owner. Every service comes with plenty of photos and updates, keeping you connected with your beloved pets. What sets me apart is the genuine connection I develop with each animal. I truly assess and respond to their needs and emotions, going beyond the basic requirements because I genuinely care. For your convenience, I offer same-day booking and cancellation to accommodate your schedule. If you have any questions, please feel free to email, call, or text me at any time. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! If I am booked for your pet, they are my main priority. My routine revolves around them as if they were my own. The more time I get to spend with furry friends the better! Each pet is different and require different levels of attention. I am happy to fill in for the owner in any way that is needed. Sometimes that looks like standing outside with the pet during potty time. Sometimes that looks like ensuring nothing in left out on the ground or counters. I also do not take any pet to a place that is unsafe or that I or the owner are unfamiliar with. Safety first!

“Ryleigh was excellent at caring for our two kitties. She went above and beyond to feed them every am and even took our trash can to the curb. Will definitely ask her to come again”

About: I have been around animals nearly all my life. From cats and dogs to fish and small animals - I have ample experience. I want to do whatever it takes to make your day (or your trip) as easy as possible! I have recently moved to the area and have a very open availability for the time being while I work on getting settled. I am available from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. I am an experienced dog and cat owner that is comfortable going above and beyond to protect your pet. I will do my best to give your a pet a similar structure and routine that they have come to expect.
About: I’ve been a pet parent all my life, dogs and cats and some other small pet varieties. Been through all the good and the bad as well. I currently have a pug and a tuxedo cat. My Aussie of 17 years passed a few years ago. I had another pug (my current pug’s brother) diagnosed with a chronic illness in 2024, spent 4 months doing everything and more than most would, and lost him in my arms. Then I recently lost my elderly beagle. I will always go above and beyond for my fur babies and for yours! My thought on pets is why have them if you don’t spoil them! They love us unconditionally and their time is short. My husband always joked we should be on a ‘pet reduction program’ since we had 4 dogs and the fur around the house to prove it. I love having animals around me. So pet sitting is a way for me to have more furry friends! I am lucky enough to work from home and have a great deal of flexibility for the exact time I start and end my day. At this point as my beagle is elderly and a bit picky, I’d prefer to petsit your pets in their own environment. I’ve used rover for my pets and preferred them stay home but wanted the person coming by to spend time with them. That would be my goal, to make sure your babies get the love they need while you are away.
About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I am available after 6pm on week days due to my full time job but on weekends I am available from sunup to sundown at anytime :)) I am very patient and calm with pets. I make sure your pet gets enough exercise and social interaction. You can be sure your home and loved ones will be gracefully taken care of!

Kylie absolutely saved the day. After a neighbor we trusted to watch our dogs failed us, Kylie stepped in on short notice and went above and beyond to make sure our pets were safe and cared for. We can’t thank her enough and will be using her every time we need a sitter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
