About: I have always had animals in my life. My sister and I were adopted by our first cat when I was five. As an adult, my kids have included a border collie who passed at 17, a beagle mix who passed at 16, and a cat who passed at 16. All of whom were with me since babyhood. I currently have two four-year-olds: a border collie and a lab/great pyrenees. I don't know that I deserve all of the love these kids have given me. I work remotely, full-time, but it slows down for several months after the holidays. Between January and May, I have a fair amount of downtime. I would love to fill this time helping to keep the pet population happy and engaged. I know we all have different ideas of how pets should be cared for; however, I am a bit of a spoiler. My pets are some of the most important living creatures in my life, and I would assume you feel the same about yours.

I’m extremely patient and caring with them and love getting to know more about other animals My family has 3 dogs so I help out in any way I can. We try to keep a fairly efficient configuration which allowed them to stop by once daily for around 20-30 minutes. I'm sure they stayed a little longer to play; Joshua in particular clearly likes dogs, and everybody was happy in the generous photo taking that put my husband's nervous mind at ease when I was able to get brief moments of internet access while away. There's always something that doesn't go to plan, I miscalculated our return date and they were able to accommodate my mistake, and took an unexpected neighbor interaction well (better than anyone else I know). Rachel and family are truly down-to-earth, authentic, folks whose company I enjoyed when we met. I am exceptionally pleased with the garden help; they even got some plants that only bloom once in their lives to bud out a second time!! Great job and you have my many thanks.
