About: Born and raised in Hertfordshire and absolutely in love with our four-legged friends 🐾 I grew up in St Albans with labradors, pugs and boxers and loved every single one of them to bits ❤️ Now I’m living in Welwyn Garden City with Bao the 1 year old Samoyed puppy (like a husky but SO SO FLUFFY) 🐶 I work from home and walk my dog through Moneyhole park and Sherrardswood. Leaving your dog with me means that your dog will have a friendly face, a big house, a funnily enclosed garden and a lot of fun 🤩 I am the primary carer for any dog that stays with us, but my wife Candice is also around for extra dog tickles and cuddles! She’s had labradors her entire life and loves having dogs round to stay 🥰 I’m self employed and pick my own working schedule each day. That means that other than around 2 hours of calls a day, I’m spending my time on the sofa with my laptop cuddling the dog. I normally walk my own dog at lunch time and either go over to Moneyhole Park, or drive over to Sharardswood. If it’s warm then I tend to do the walk in the evening instead, so my dog doesn’t overheat because of her fluff. We have a three story home with lots of space for a dog to walk around and explore. (Not to mention lots of toys and cozy spots to relax) 🧘♀️ The home is already dog-proofed as we already have a puppy (1 year old) named Bao. She’s a Samoyed and very sociable - she’s going to love having friends to play with. 🎉 We have a large back garden which is fully enclosed and very safe for a dog to run around. I work during the day which normally includes 2-3 hours of calls. Outside of that I’m normally roaming the house, playing with Bao and giving her cuddles.

About: CATS I've been taking care of cats basically my whole life. Shy, aggressive or complicated cats will not be a problem for me as I've dealt with them multiple times. Before I moved to the UK, I used to live in a country where stray cats were everywhere. Most of the cats that i took from the streets were in very bad condition (most of them were very ill and needed medical care). After taking them to the veterinary, I helped them by myself. I know how to administer medication whether that's pills to swallow or treatments applied to the skin or eyes. I have taken care of cats after surgery (post-op care). I've assisted to cat birth which had complications so I had to help the kittens start breathing. I am very experienced with kittens especially newborn, this including bottle feeding as I've raised a lot of orphan kittens since they were born, up to 4 months. All of them were then adopted by loving people. I also own 2 cats so i'm experienced with litter cleaning and feeding. DOGS I love dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes and temperaments. I am a passionate lover when it comes to animals. I owned 2 dogs (a large dog and a small dog) so I am experienced with dog walking, even when it might get a little tricky. My approach in dog-care is patience and empathy. In addition to meeting the basic needs of dogs such as feeding, exercise and grooming, I intend to also fulfill their social needs. Besides walks, I will play and love them like they are my own, ensuring their happiness and safety. I am at home most of the time taking care of my 2 other dogs so i am available during the week and weekends. l I understand the importance of maintaining a pet’s routine, comfort and wellbeing while their owners are away so, if your pet doesn’t really like clingy people and want their personal space, let me know and I will take into consideration and stick to just litter cleaning and feeding and walks. However, if your pet is a person-lover I will make sure to make them feel loved. I will also keep owners informed and provide updates and pictures.

“This is the first time our pup has been away from home. I couldn't have picked a better sitter than Sophie! She's been an absolute star from start to finish and has cared for Bobby like her own. I won't hesitate to rebook with Sophie knowing that Bobby is in good hands. She's kept me updated and was been very accommodating with drop off time. I'm so thankful to have found her. Bobby's had a great time and I've no doubt he'll be happy to return. 🤩”

“Elza and her partner were great with my Jack Russell, Lola for 2 days of dog sitting/walking. Easy to communicate with and lots of photos and updates across the day. Lola seemed more than happy to go back on day 2 and if and when i'm in the area again, i'll definitely use Elza.”

“Leanne is a super-experienced dog sitter and our sociable pup had a lovely day with her, her family and dog. Leanne kept us updated throughout the day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Leanne!”

I will walk and feed your pets according to your preferences and always make sure they feel relaxed and safe.

“Sarah looked Rocco for his first daycare day,Rocco is a nervous/anxious dog when first meeting anyone and Sarah coped very well and within a few hours we were sent pictures of him sitting on her lap and settled which was very reassuring. “Katie and Gabi have looked after our miniature golden doodle Wanda for over two years now. Their genuine love for animals shines through in the exceptional care they give her. Not only do they follow every instruction to the letter, but they also go above and beyond with long walks, while keeping us updated with photos, videos and messages so we never worry while we're away. Wanda adores them and she always comes back happy, well-exercised, and content. It's clear that they treat every dog like her own. We couldn't ask for more dedicated, trustworthy, and kind-hearted dog sitters! Highly recommended 5*”
