“Michelle was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Her communication was excellent — always quick, clear, and reassuring. She was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is both fast and reliable while also being so warm and thoughtful. She took amazing care of our dog with so much love and attention. It was clear that she genuinely cares and connects with animals. Our dog was happy, calm, and well looked after, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We feel lucky to have found her and would recommend Michelle to anyone without hesitation!”

“We would highly recommend Charlotte! She took the time to come over to meet our cockapoo Roxy to get to know her beforehand and sent us plenty of updates while looking after her. Roxy instantly took to her and we felt very happy leaving her in Charlotte’s care.”

“My three pups had a lovely night with Jessika. One of them is nervous and doesn’t usually take to strangers, but she loved Jessika straight away. Communication was excellent and I felt that the pups were in very safe hands. Am already booking in our next stay :)”

“Nigel looked after our dog skye while we were away for the week. He was very diligent around the house and she was suitably tired by the end of the week from the walks and fun they clearly had together. We’d recommend Nigel to others.”

About: Previous experience of several cats and dogs. Currently mum to a 7 year old jackawawa. Old hand-reared previous puppies when their mother abandoned them so happy with any age. I work part time so can fit in around my routine easily. I am free weekends around my children's visits. Happy to discuss any availabilities. I have experience of fenced gardens, and both crating/not crating. If needed, my dog can be a friend during your time away too and he is friendly and laid-back.

About: With nearly 12 years of hands-on experience caring for my own dog, I’ve developed a genuine love and understanding of canine companionship. From daily walks in the woods—rain or shine—to being actively involved in every part of her care, I’ve always taken pride in providing consistent. I’m responsible, reliable, and highly organised, with a calm and patient nature that helps dogs feel at ease. I’m also personable, approachable, and easy to communicate with—making it simple for owners to stay informed and reassured while they're away. Whether it’s playtime, a peaceful walk, or just a cuddle on the sofa, I’m committed to making your dog feel safe, happy, and loved. I currently work 3 days in an office with the ability to work from home fully time when needed so I am available for house sitting during the day time all week and often go on a long walk on my lunch breaks and a shorter one before and after work. When caring for pets in a pet owner’s home, I always prioritise maintaining their normal routine to help them feel safe and settled. This includes regular feeding times, walks, play, and any specific care instructions the owner provides. I make sure to keep their environment clean, comfortable, and familiar—whether that’s refreshing water bowls, cleaning up after walks, or tidying pet spaces. I also send regular updates and photos so owners can relax knowing their pet is happy and well looked after.

About: I have been an experienced volunteer dog walker with The Cinnamon Trust for nearly 15 years and during that time have had long-term commitments with five local dogs and their owners, walking most weekends and some evenings. I also regularly dog-sit for my family and friends with a variety of different breeds and ages, including puppies. I also currently have two rescue cats and have experience in administering medication and grooming long hair. Over the years I have had many cats, including kittens and the most I have looked after at one time is three. I regularly look after our neighbour's house while they are away. I am also a homeowner so would take the responsibility of looking after someone else's home very seriously, including jobs that need doing like watering plants, taking out the bins and tidying up after myself. I don't have any children so have limited regular weekend commitments and can be flexible during the week as I work from home a few days a week. I have my own car. I would want your pet(s) to feel as happy and comfortable as possible while I'm with them so would only accept a booking if I could ensure that I can keep to their routine and carry out the owner's wishes fully. I cannot have pets at my home as my two cats would not take kindly to any visitors but am happy to stay over in a pet owner's home, carry out drop-ins and do as many dog walks as needed in terms of frequency and length - I know the local area very well and really enjoy getting out in nature with a four-legged friend!

“Chantelle took great care of our home and our 3 month old kitten! She came round to meet him ahead of her stay, and was very responsive leading up to the stay and while we were away. We got daily pics/videos and came home to a very happy kitten, and a very tidy house. We would absolutely recommend booking Chantelle!”

“Ciara was great with our dog Hazel, she sent lots of photos and messages and it sounds like they had a lot of fun. Ciara also managed to get some cuddles out of our moody cat, so she certainly has a way with animals. We will be happy to re-book Ciara in the future.”

About: I grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes from puppies to “grumpy old men”. My wife, Morgan, couldn’t have dogs growing up due to a family allergy, so she took to dog and cat sitting instead. Unfortunately we’ve decided it’s not quite the right time for us to have our own dog, but thought what better option than looking after others’ when they aren’t able to. We look forward to looking after your fluffy family member while you’re busy or away. We are both active and love a good walk in the countryside if that’s something your dog would enjoy. We will happily reinforce your training commands and approach if that’s something that’s still in process or if your puppy is testing things as a “teenager”. Both of us are home majority of the time and we have a lovely big shared yard and lots of love and cuddles to give. I am home most of the time, traveling occasionally for work and my partner works from home 95% of the time making us very flexible! Your dog’s safety and comfort is the most important to us. We will treat your dog like an extension of our family. Please let us know if there’s any questions or anything to make you more comfortable. Happy to send pictures and updates throughout our time together.

“Absolutely brilliant he settled down well Holly was amazing and looked after him well throughout the day while we attended a funeral which was not located near to us. We and our dog would be more than happy to have Holly back again anytime any day 🐾🐾x”

Natasha R.
“Tash has been looking after and walking my 11 year old Labrador now for over 4 years. She is a natural with dogs - Bonnie (my lab) absolutely loves her energy and cuddles. Tash is incredibly reliable and friendly and as a close friend of mine I couldn't advocate for her dog walking abilities any more! She is very fit and as a Personal Trainer definitely has the abilities to run around and play all day long with the most boisterous of dogs. Most importantly, Tash has the kindest of hearts, she loves animals and your dog would love her too!”

Elizabeth Clare R.
