“Very happy with the care that Maisy received from Sarah and Richard, I had almost daily pics and messages too just to let me know she was doing well. Very accommodating as Maisy comes with a few additional 'needs', but ultimately what I'd expect from them too as they're genuinely nice people and want what's best for a dog. Definitely hope they'll be available to look after her again in the future, and thoroughly recommend their services.”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life, growing up with our family poodle, west-highland terriers and most recently my own cockapoo, Whoopi, who we sadly lost recently. Not being quiet ready for another, rover seemed like the perfect opportunity to keep our four legged friends in my life by being able to take care of them when you are away. For me, dogs are just like people, in that they have their own needs and personalities, so caring for your dog(s) when you are away is about what’s right for them. Long walks in the woods, cuddles on the sofa, or something in between, I am confident and comfortable that I can offer a home from home for your dog. I work full time, primarily from home so you can relax knowing your dog will be kept company through the day. I consider myself to be an active person, and as a dog owner, walking makes up a lot of my daily activity to ensure the dogs are getting the exercise and stimulation they enjoy. Weekends usually provide the opportunity for longer walks, exploring new places and possibly a pub meal by a warm fire, dogs in tow. I live in a bungalow on a quiet road in Penarth, so no stairs to worry about for any dogs that may have mobility issues or cars speeding past. I have an enclosed back garden that is fully secured so no risks of any great escapes. When it comes to the night time, I’m fairly relaxed. I don’t have strict rules like - no dogs in the bedroom, and I’m happy to maintain any usual routines. Everything is a chat to ensure that you and your dog are comfortable and as happy as possible during their stay with me.
