About: I’m a lifetime dog lover, the kind of person who finds happiness cuddling a dog and they have always been my life. We have recently lost our beautiful 14 year old Springer Spaniel Charlie, so I have plenty of love to give. I rescued and fostered dogs in Cyprus, eventually adopting Jasper, the German shepherd after many health and behavioural problems, he sadly passed away a few years ago, taking a huge chunk of my heart with him. It’s the when they say they don’t give up on the hard dogs they will teach you something you never knew you needed, he taught me patience! We fostered Hugo the German Shorthaired Pointer and rescued Lexie the Cyprus mongrel from the road, finding them the most perfect home. I am a fully qualified dog groomer who owned a very successful business specialising in the dog who needed a little bit more time, love and a calm 1 to 1 environment. I’m looking to house sit and dog walk to get my fix of dogs before we adopt a retired military working dog in a few years. I work part time so I have plenty of time to look after your pets, I can house sit on weekends and can also do long weekends. I have years of experience with dogs of all sizes, I have knowledge of dog first aid and having a springer I’ve used it a lot! I’m confident with larger breeds.

About: After the sudden passing of my soul dog, Teddy, in August of 2024, I’ve found so much peace when with other dogs. I’d like to say I’m a warm-hearted, genuine and caring animal lover with a specific soft spot for dogs. I’ll always favor a dog over a human - sorry! I work part time, mostly just weekends currently, so I have a lot of spare time in the weekday that I would love to spend helping you out with your furry friends! I have a lovely fenced garden with plenty of space, and am more than happy to adjust to any requirements your furry friend might need! I’m willing to come in and sit with the dog or cat and play with them, feed them ( as long as instructions are left) I am Happy to keep the back door open and ensure everything is locked up safe when I leave. Explain your past experience(s) with pet care. Discuss your availability and how much time you will be able to spend with pets. Do you work full-time? Part-time? From home? Office nearby? Currently I am looking after a friends dog, where I go to there home and stay with him for 2 hours. I feed him and calm him down if upset and distract him of barking too much. I also do extra hours if needed. I also like to get to know the dogs parents as they can tell you a lot about their personalities. I am Happy to learn how to do things that are needed for a dog. I am currently working 11-1, but if you live near me I am happy to pop in for a toilet break, feed and a cuddle. If your animal needs letting out in the afternoon I am more than happy to come over - However, if you live in Okus I can drop in straight away - or if you are in Shrivenham I wont be back until after 2 I have proven that I am reliable and trustworthy by a friend asking me to look after her dog in their home; which I have been doing for the past year and a bit. I understand dog body language to a certain degree so if they're nervous or worried I understand when to leave them alone and give them space.

About: grew up with various different animals due To my father being a farmer, cared for different animals other than cats and dogs but have a strong experience with both cats and dogs. often looked after my neighbours dogs and cared for them dog sitting regularly. since being at university I have walked my neighbours dog weekly to occupy time and just for love of looking after them and making them happy. I have university every week but I am part time so often a lot of free time that I would like to fill doing something I love other than uni work of course haha. earn a little money alongside to help pay for living. In my home I would play with my cats/dogs take the dogs for walks feed and provide water for them as well as ensure they were content in whatever they wished to do with their day, then nighttime I dont mind where they wish to rest with them often staying in my room. with regards to pet owners homes I would follow suit of what the owner would prefer and ensure their rules are met with any excess ideas I come to ran by them

He sent us a couple if updates whilst away and the dogs seemed content when we returned home. The style of pet sitting I'm providing is sitting them in your homes and taking them for walks from and to your home (due to not having a garden myself).
