About: Daily routine care for my pet rabbit and experience with cat sitting and occasional dog sitting for friends and family. I have also had various small pets previously. I’ve recently left education and am now working part-time with minimal commitments through the week so I am available for both long and short stays! About: I’m a lifetime dog lover, the kind of person who finds happiness cuddling a dog and they have always been my life. We have recently lost our beautiful 14 year old Springer Spaniel Charlie, so I have plenty of love to give. I rescued and fostered dogs in Cyprus, eventually adopting Jasper, the German shepherd after many health and behavioural problems, he sadly passed away a few years ago, taking a huge chunk of my heart with him. It’s the when they say they don’t give up on the hard dogs they will teach you something you never knew you needed, he taught me patience! We fostered Hugo the German Shorthaired Pointer and rescued Lexie the Cyprus mongrel from the road, finding them the most perfect home. I am a fully qualified dog groomer who owned a very successful business specialising in the dog who needed a little bit more time, love and a calm 1 to 1 environment. I’m looking to house sit and dog walk to get my fix of dogs before we adopt a retired military working dog in a few years. I work part time so I have plenty of time to look after your pets, I can house sit on weekends and can also do long weekends. I have years of experience with dogs of all sizes, I have knowledge of dog first aid and having a springer I’ve used it a lot! I’m confident with larger breeds.

I could not be more grateful to Hannah (and her family) they had our bundle of energy (3 year old golden lab) for 5 days 4 nights. Hannah kept in contact leading up to and during his stay. Max went on lots of lovely walks and adventures and was made part of the family. We were kept informed with messages and pictures and at no point were we worried about our boy as we knew he was in safe hands and having the best time. Hannah will 1000% be our go to next time we need someone to watch our boy. Really could not thank Hannah and her family enough ❤️
Our Border Collie is lovely, but typical of his breed. He herds everything, pulls like a train on the lead at cars, and struggles to find his off switch. John has mountains of experience with dogs and despite knowing all the potential challenges, he happily took Jackson on while we were away for the weekend. We felt totally assured that John would be able to deal with whatever Jackson couls throw at him and we were really pleased to hear thay the most mischief he managed was stealing sofa cushions and taking them into the garden for attention. John has a lovely home, a safe enclosed garden space, he is flexible and reasonable with drop off and pick up times, and we highly recommend him to give your dog the care they need.
Penyo and his family took great care of my Rolo. He kept me updated with pictures, took him for walks and played with him. Rolo looked very happy and content It was lovely to meet him and i would highly recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future.

Mandy was so easy to deal with & so professional. Clearly she has lots of experience, she arranged a meeting so she could meet Jimmy. Mandy wanted to know everything possible about his habits, likes & dislikes. She communicated with me over the week I was away & put me completely at ease. My daughter picked Jimmy up today & he seems to have had a great time. I would highly recommend Mandy & definitely use her services again in the future.
Taylor took great care of Henry and Nala while we were away. She made a real effort to keep their usual routines. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
