ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENCE – NEVER TRUST THIS SITTER Our experience was an absolute nightmare.We booked with the sitter directly, but when we arrived to pick up our dog, no one answered the door for about 10 minutes. Instead, we discovered our dog had been left entirely unsupervised outside in the scorching heat for hours. He was still in his harness, visibly exhausted, terrified, and crying. The back patio gate was also completely unlocked, meaning anyone could have walked in and stolen him. Later when i texted message in the rover app, teenager finally opened the front door after a long wait, he casually admitted he had been inside playing and "forgot" about our dog. The house door was shut, giving our dog zero access to shade, water, or safety indoors. We are incredibly lucky our dog did not suffer from severe heatstroke or get stolen. Leaving an animal trapped outside in hot weather with no supervision or indoor access is cruel and dangerous. For the welfare of your pets, kindly avoid this sitter at all costs.
Penyo and his family took great care of my Rolo. He kept me updated with pictures, took him for walks and played with him. Rolo looked very happy and content It was lovely to meet him and i would highly recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future.
I left my dog at his house when I went on holiday he would give me updates on how my dog was doing and would tell me about the walks they went on, and would feed the dog when I told him to.Also when I was picking up my dog it was as clean as I had left it.Over all 10/10 great dog sitter.
