“Erin was brilliant whilst pet sitting our puppy patch. She listened to Patch's routine, gave us updates and left the house spotless. Patch was fast asleep when we returned and very relaxed. Will definitely be booking again in future 😊”

About: I grew up with 3 dogs, now missing them—happy to love yours like my own! I'm a remote worker so would love to have some company! Please note I'm happy to travel to house sit, but drop ins and walking are limited to Stockport only. I work from home and drive, my work schedule is tailored around my day so I'm really flexible. I take my spaniel out in the mornings and at night, she likes it quiet so we can play frisbee 🥏 Whatever the owner prefers. Having a spaniel I'm used to throwing a ball for hours on end to entertain her - whatever the dog needs I'm here for it

“The most amazing dog and house sitter ever! Laura looked after our Cavapoo for 2.5 weeks in our house whilst we were away and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Our dog was super happy from the moment she met Laura in the meet and greet and clearly has had a wonderful time with Laura. Laura sent us regular updates and photos to reassure us that all was ok, and on returning home the house was spotless. Laura is like the Mary Poppins of pet sitters and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s definitely now our regular sitter for all future holidays and trips away - we’ve already booked her again for two more sits and there will be many more. Thank you so much again Laura :)”

“Oakley had a great time with Lucy, and she made us feel at ease leaving him with a dog sitter. Lucy met us and Oakley beforehand to go over his needs and read through the information we provided. She sent us updates and photos and our home was left in perfect condition. Highly recommend if you want to feel safe and your dog to have a great time :)”

About: I can look after or care for your dog when you are at work. I used to have a couple of Jack Russells and some years ago a couple of border collies. All from puppies. I work from home now and live by myself and would love some company. I have a garden. My son has a dog Luna, Pixie is my twin sister’s dog and Tomaquet & Moocher were my Jack Russells. I am flexible on days as I am home every day including evenings and weekends. Able to take out for walks. I have a fenced garden. Happy to have 2 dogs from the same family. Also doggy day care is available. I have a Chi-Poo (Chihuahua mixed with a toy poodle). I started to use Rover myself as a customer last year as occasionally I have to go to Nottingham for a day with work, but started to care for other people's dogs earlier this year. I am getting really booked up so if you could confirm your booking as soon as you are able to after the meet and greet so that I can guarantee the booking for your doggie woggie that would be great. I like to arrange a meet and greet first though anyway and do that at my house in Woodsmoor so that your pooch can get used to a new environment and feel more familiar. I have looked after a variety of dogs including rescue dogs who need socialising with other dogs, taller dogs who can open door handles, greedy dogs who need to be given only the right amount of food so I have to watch that they don’t pinch other dogs food, down to the real, cheeky, sweet ones who are mischievous but you can’t help loving them as they are furiously wagging their tail 😂😂😂 I have looked after puppies, dogs with attitudes and the ones who like do things on their terms but I know what I can handle with boundaries. If I or Minnie are not happy with a dog I will say so but to be honest this has only happened a couple of times. I need to know your furbaby will be comfortable too xx I work from home so can care for dogs in my house. I don’t put my dog in kennels as she is not an outside kennel dog. Minnie shares the bed with me and I am happy for your special pooch to do the same. However if your dog is crate trained I can also accommodate that. I live near Mirlees fields, but also like going to Cale Green Park, Bramhall Park, Bruntwood Park and Vernon Park. I have a fenced in garden and always take dogs out on a lead. I love looking after dogs in my own house. My dog likes running around the garden. I have loads of fields nearby so if your dog is ok off the lead they can have a run around. I use dog seats in my car when travelling to ensure that all the doggies are kept safe!

“Hannah was absolutely brilliant looking after our pup Ludo! She clearly loves dogs and immediately bonded with him which was brilliant to see and left us with no worries at all in leaving them together for the evening. Hannah sent us some regular updates through the evening, including Ludo fast asleep after they'd been playing in the garden together and again once he'd gone to sleep for the night. We'd definitely recommend Hannah, she was great!”

“Olivia was amazing when house sitting for our GSD, Bonnie. We did a meet and greet beforehand and she put us immediately at ease. She kept us updated throughout the sit and Bonnie had a great time. Olivia is extremely mature, caring and you can tell she is a teacher. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and she will definitely be out first port of call when we next need short term care for Bonnie!”

“Our puppy had another great day with Lucy, she always looks after him really well and keeps us up to date with how he's getting on. Thanks Lucy!”

“Josephine is so kind and excellent to work with. She always looks after our pup and our home super well, she is a pleasure to book with and we will happily welcome her back whenever we can!”

About: I have looked after serval dogs for the weekend and in the evenings and have a lot of experience. I have had 2 cats personally but unfortunately have now gone to heaven and a dog back at my hometown of Derby. She’s an old lady now but I trained her as a little puppy when we first got her. Work 9-5pm so can do Friday - Sunday for long stays and in the mornings/evenings for any walking or checking in on the little guys Our home is clean and very spacious. We have a garden and parks all around for walking and taking out for some fresh air. No children in the house.

About: "He never does that" Famous last words before I couldn't feel my legs after they were sat on by a full grown Doberman in a beer garden which then became the best day of my life. I have a lifetime of owning cats and dogs, including rescue pets from abroad, pregnant cats that gave birth to 5 kittens under my bed which started 8 weeks of mayhem, visually impaired dogs, cats who insist on bring "gifts" home everytime they go out, manly dogs who run away from kittens and cats who want to come for drives in the car. Nothing really surprises me anymore but I love watching them try. I am adaptable to suit pet needs and would look after your pet in the way I would my own pets and spoil them rotten... within reason. I work part time in hospitality so my availability can be flexible. I can be available for you and your pet at short notice and am fully available for overnight stays if needed. I am happy to pet sit in your pets own home to avoid any upset to their routine with a new environment. I can provide a full Dbs check and can provide first aid to pet if required.

“Clare was brilliant. Lovely welcoming and very accommodating when I had to unfortunately cut the booking short and return home early, definitely be using her again for future bookings ! I have a big dog and she was great with him. Recieved pictures and updates which were appreciated Thankyou!”

“All 3 animals were completely uninterested when I got home so must have had a great time being looked after by Georgie as they didn't miss me at all!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. Caring for family pets especially in times that they really needed it has brought me great deals of happiness. I have also looked after pets belonging to friends and family, some of which presenting unique challenges that required me to get a deep understanding of the pet and to work specifically to ensure a happy pet. I have my own coaching business meaning that my schedule is perfectly suited towards house sitting and pet care, I work a lot from home and have a lot of free time. When caring for pets in someone else's home, I follow their routine closely to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I make sure they’re fed on time, get plenty of exercise, and have lots of love and attention. I always respect the home—keeping things clean, secure, and exactly how I found them—so both you and your pets feel at ease while you’re away.

About: Having grown up in a family abundant with cats and dogs, taking care of pets has always been a mutually enriching part of my life. I was always the first choice for pet sitting for friends and family, and have cared for both young and old animals. As I look for part-time work, my schedule is currently extremely flexible and I am happy to provide services any day of the week/weekend with minimal notice. I take the responsibility of caring for others' pets seriously and will make sure any important information is written down and understood. If any concerns arise I will contact you, and I am also happy to provide updates as often as you'd like.

“Cameron was brilliant with the dogs. They clearly had a fabulous weekend!”

“Frankie was well looked after for the weekend, thank you.”

“Fantastic job felt really cared for and ressured. The dogs were so chill all day and when I came home they were so happy. Thanks for a wonderful day x”

About: I've grown up with dogs and have years of hands-on experience caring for them, from daily walks to adapting to their unique personalities and needs. Since losing our much-loved family dog last year, I’ve really missed the companionship and joy they bring. I'm calm, kind, and confident handling all sorts of behaviours—nothing surprises me! I’d love to give other dogs the same love, attention, and care I gave my own. I work Monday to Friday, 9:30–5:30, but I work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays — so I’ve got plenty of flexibility to do drop-ins or have your pet stay with me. I’m happy to work around your needs and routine! I’m also free most weekday evenings, and I can often accommodate weekends, overnight stays, and even longer holiday stays. I have a secure garden for the dogs to use as well as a different walking routes nearby. As well as a car to come and collect/drop off if needed. I always take the time to understand each animal’s routine, preferences, and any specific needs. Whether we’re out on a walk or relaxing at home, I keep a close eye on their behaviour and surroundings, making sure they feel comfortable and secure. I’ll never let a dog off-lead unless I have full permission and trust, and I provide regular updates so you know they’re in safe, caring hands.

I love exercise so would love going on walks no matter the weather. I work full time however I am free Monday, Tuesday,Thursday, Friday evening and all day Saturday and Sunday. I’m usually walking my own dog Benji and he would love the company. I have a fenced back garden and have a dog and a cat to keep your fur baby compnay.
