About: I've been around cats ever since I first met my now wife 15 years ago. I am now owned by two 11 year old tuxedo cats called Bruce and Sidney and they are our pride and joy. Sidney was diagnosed diabetic a few years ago (thankfully he is currently in remission) so I do have experience with insulin injections if needed.

We like to think of ourselves as offering your dog a holiday while you enjoy yours. Our Vizsla, Ivy, has given us four years of fun, challenges and far too many face licks. We offer a spacious home and garden with daily walks, enrichment activities, access to the furniture and plenty of cuddles. We will adapt to your preferences and try and keep whatever routine or habits are unique to them - after all this is meant to be fun for them too! We are happy to consider dogs who may need additional help. Ivy suffers from separation anxiety so alone time is rare and she also requires daily medication. We know it can therefore be an additional struggle finding that home from home which we can offer. We have experience of medium to large breed’s primarily but happy to consider smaller companions. Our household consists of myself, my wife, our toddler, Ivy and a cat. We do like to meet out borders before confirming a stay just to ensure the dynamics suit. About: I am currently staying with my partner and my two cats in Cheadle! I am a huge animal lover and prior to having my cats i have owned dogs, rabbits and turtles as well so i have experience with most animals! I’m currently working full time as an Engineer however i tend to work from home 3 days a week so I during those days i will have more flexibility to care for your pets! On normal weekdays when i’m in the office i am happy to petsit before and after my working hours I have 2 cats at home so any pets that I care for in my home will absolutely need to be friendly with cats. I have a fully fenced garden (with cat fence toppers so my cats can’t jump over), and i also live very near a large field which is perfect for walks. When caring for pets in their own home, I am always cautious when entering/leaving that no pets can escape. I assume that all cats i care for are indoor cats unless specifically told otherwise.

About: As a part time kennel hand I walk, feed, bathe and administer medications to dogs! I have a small garden ideal for puppies and elderly dogs as well as a local park for the more active ones. Dogs will not be allowed off lead on walks however I do often take long scenic walks (2hrs+) and would be happy to have your pup with me if they are up for the challenge. There will always be a person home with your pet and I can promise a minimum of 3 let outs/walks a day (individual needs can be discussed.) I have looked after a variety of dogs including rescue dogs who need socialising with other dogs, taller dogs who can open door handles, greedy dogs who need to be given only the right amount of food so I have to watch that they don’t pinch other dogs food, down to the real, cheeky, sweet ones who are mischievous but you can’t help loving them as they are furiously wagging their tail 😂😂😂 I have looked after puppies, dogs with attitudes and the ones who like do things on their terms but I know what I can handle with boundaries. If I or Minnie are not happy with a dog I will say so but to be honest this has only happened a couple of times. I need to know your furbaby will be comfortable too xx I work from home so can care for dogs in my house. I don’t put my dog in kennels as she is not an outside kennel dog. Minnie shares the bed with me and I am happy for your special pooch to do the same. However if your dog is crate trained I can also accommodate that. I live near Mirlees fields, but also like going to Cale Green Park, Bramhall Park, Bruntwood Park and Vernon Park. I have a fenced in garden and always take dogs out on a lead. I love looking after dogs in my own house. My dog likes running around the garden. I have loads of fields nearby so if your dog is ok off the lead they can have a run around. I use dog seats in my car when travelling to ensure that all the doggies are kept safe!
