We've used pet sitters before and, although they've all been great, we've often noticed our dogs start to miss us after a few days. This time was completely different. To top it all off, we came home to a house that was absolutely spotless—honestly, even tidier than when we left it. About: Over the years, I’ve been extremely lucky to be trusted to care for friends’ and family members’ dogs while they’re at work, away for weekends, or on holiday. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, including Labradors, Shiba Inus, and mixed breeds, and I understand that every dog has their own unique personality and needs. Some dogs are happiest relaxing quietly, others love long walks, some enjoy hours of belly rubs, and others just want to play and cuddle. This individual approach is what has led to trusted, ongoing dog-sitting relationships. I truly believe no two dogs are ever the same, and I care for each one as if they were my own. I currently work full-time Monday to Friday, but I’m available for local walks or drop-ins during my lunch breaks. With notice, I’m also available from Friday evening through to Sunday evening, to help care for your pets. I’m reliable, organised, and happy to plan ahead to make sure your pet’s needs fit comfortably into my routine. I had my cat Gizzy for 8 years in our 3-bedroom home, where she was free to roam and enjoy our large, fully fenced garden. She loved spending hours basking in the sun on our decking during the spring and summer months. Inside, she had full access to furniture and especially loved relaxing on the sofa. When caring for friends’ or neighbours’ pets, I follow their instructions carefully and respect their home and routines. I’m often entrusted with a key and any special requirements their pets may have. I prioritise safety, comfort, and creating a loving environment so every pet feels secure, happy, and well cared for while in my care.

About: Antonia and I are both dog lovers looking for extra company on walks and in the holidays. I have had 2 Border Collies growing up as a child, one of which my parents still have now called Lily. I helped to train her from a pup, and have confidence with helping other dogs recall. I was also on borrow my doggie looking after other people dogs which have varied in size, breed and one had a disability. This went well and kept me busy in the school holidays however it was only a voluntary role. I am a teacher therefore will be busy on most days from 7am to 4:30pm School holidays or weekends would be a great time to care for your dog I have a fenced garden which is secure. Opposite the house there is a large green and small forest perfect for walks. In the house the dogs will be cared for as you wish. We are happy to have the dogs on the sofa and upstairs or in a crate if you prefer We often look after my mums dog so there are treats and toys in the house already

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I could remember. I’ve often taken in strays (mainly cats) and helped nurture them back to health. I absolutely love all types, sizes and breeds and can teach tricks ! I’m currently a student at Royal Holloway but I am on summer holidays so I am often available. I’d prefer to do daytime and afternoons but can do evenings if requested I can come to your place to look after your fur baby! If you’d prefer to have them at mine I have a fenced garden and a field out front.

About: During my final year of university, I regularly walked dogs for owners and really enjoyed the experience. Having grown up with multiple dogs, I’m experienced with different breeds. I love walking and thought this would be a great way to combine both loves. Currently I have plenty of time to walk dogs. I provide pictures and updates, whilst ensuring the dog has a great time. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I have a lot of spare time at the moment so am available at all times of the day. I have a car and can easily get to homes to pick up dogs. I enjoy long walks and am more than happy to care and walk for a more energetic dog or a slower one. As an avid walker, I have a wealth of knowledge of local routes to ensure the dogs have a safe space to run around off lead if the owners would like- provided recall is good. I am able to drive to homes to collect or look after dogs. I send regular photo updates and love giving cuddles to dogs with separation anxiety.
