Knowing your pet’s routine, personality, health needs, medications, triggers, social preferences and any behavioural considerations in advance helps me provide safe, consistent and personalised care. To ensure every booking is the right fit, I ask that owners are open and transparent about their pet’s needs, behaviours, training, exercise requirements, medical conditions and ability to be left alone. Additional care requirements, including puppies, large or giant breeds, senior pets, animals requiring medication, pets with behavioural challenges, separation anxiety, or complex care needs, will always be discussed during the meet-and-greet and assessed on an individual basis. For overnight stays and house sits, I want to ensure both your pet and I are set up for success. Clear communication beforehand helps create a safe, positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Each day is guided by your pet’s natural routine, with a calm, flexible approach tailored to their individual needs. Whether that’s walks, play, enrichment, companionship, feeding, medication, rest, or simply providing a reassuring presence, I adapt my care to what helps your pet feel happiest and most secure. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, comfortable and well cared for.
