About: Experience training large breeds, reactive dogs and recent puppy training experience. Experience with Springer Spaniels, Dobermans, Bully Breeds, French Bull Dogs and Golden Retrievers but I am confident with all breeds. Just moved out on my own and miss the company of pets, I know how difficult it can be finding pet care around work schedules so expect me to be reliable and flexible. Preferably I will care for your dog in the comfort of your own home but I am happy to do boarding in my home if required. I work remotely, so I will be working Monday - Friday but I am able to give your dog the love and attention is needs/deserves. I will take away the stress of the morning rush, dropping your dog at day care - I will come to you at a time preferred, I can do morning and lunch time walks also.

About: I've been a lifelong animal lover, growing up with both cats and all sizes of dogs since I was four years old. This passion for pet care has stayed with me my entire life. My family and I have been proudly providing a loving home for animals for decades. Our first cat, adopted in 2008, is still a healthy and happy member of the family! We currently have three friendly cats who are all well-socialized and comfortable with both dogs and other cats. Our home is a safe and welcoming environment for all pets. For dog and cat boarding, we have a dedicated, private room where your pet will sleep, eat, and relax. This ensures they have peace and quiet, and a space to decompress and feel secure. Your pet will also have plenty of opportunities to socialize! Our household includes a friendly senior Shih Tzu who adores playing with both dogs and cats, as well as our three sweet and well-socialized cats. We are experts at a gradual introduction process to ensure an stress-free and positive experience for all animals. Most of my day is free to take care of your best buddies, They will be supervised the whole time and well taken care of. For my shih tzu, she has unlimited access to our private gated garden and we take her often on walks and trips. For the cats they have the whole house to explore, hygienic litter boxes around the house and toy rooms to play and have fun, we treat any furry buddy same as we treat our own.

I work part time, I could look after pets after 3.30 pm and weekends. Overnight stays are also considered. We can discussion any needs as required. I’ve had my own cat for a decade - she’s a little lazy (unless it’s 3am!) and loves her treats, cuddles, and being brushed (who’d have thought it!) Being a nurse by background & my warm personality trait I’m a safe and trusting space for your pet :-) I work flexible hours, so I can often accommodate weekday or weekend care. By profession I’m a nurse, but I work flexibly through an agency - so no long shifts or full-day absences here!! I’m often home during weekdays and have availability on weekends too. This includes travelling to your location for a small fee. I’m pretty flexible with timing and can be there at short notice if it’s a last minute trip you’re planning to be away for. Would love a furry WFH buddy to talk to and make a fuss over and accompany me on my lunch break walks rather than sticking my headphones in and walking aimlessly just to get my steps in! I have a fenced in garden - over 7ft tall. There is nothing in my house I would class as an environmental concern for my own pet - therefore it’s safe for your pet too. Happy to provide picture of where pets are to stay, sleep, relax etc. No area is off limits in my house.

“Hey, guys, I found Lisa on the River website to look after my 9 month old kitten Blue. She did an amazing job with her for her 48 hours of stay in her property, as me and my sister needed to attend activities outside of camping and beachside within our trip to Blackpool, Manchester and Lake District. Lisa and her partner were in a good spot for our travel. She looked after Blue and sent me and my sister continuous updates with pictures and videos. Including my worries about my baby not having BO, which Lisa gladly sent me the confirmation that she had finaly done so. Thank you Lisa for looking after my baby, if I ever come back up, I would deffenitely use your kitty sitting services again.”
