“A huge thanks for looking after Charlie the tennis-ball crazed Collie! He clearly settled really well with you and it’s nice to feel less guilty when knowing that he’ll get some real quality time (including falling asleep on you!). Thanks for accommodating early starts too … really helpful. He will have enjoyed plodding in different areas. We’re lucky to have some open green spaces for the four-legged friends. Good luck on travels. Will look to rebook on your return.”

“Thanks for entertaining Charlie again. He slept well on his return home. He clearly enjoys your company and seems unfazed when I head off. Thanks for lobbing the tennis ball for him (he loves chasing that ball!). Will look for future dates.”

“Amber did an amazing job looking after my pup, always kept me updated with photos and videos, kept him busy and she had her two dogs that my pup played with, would 100% book her again, willing to help train your pups, shes a superstar!”

“We’re so pleased to have found Skye’s new sitters. She settled much quicker than we expected, which was a huge relief given her anxious attachment. By her second visit, she was already relaxed and happily sleeping between walks and playtime, which is exactly what we’d hoped for. Communication has been great throughout, and they send lovely picture updates during the day, which is so reassuring. They’ve been warm, welcoming and really flexible with us, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. We’ve recently moved to the area without close friends or family nearby, so finding people we trust with Skye makes such a big difference. It’s lovely knowing she’s happy, comfortable and well cared for while she’s with them. We’ll 100% be continuing to use their services and would highly recommend them!”

“Having never used Rover before, I was a bit nervous, but Daryl quickly put me at ease. He’s been fantastic at reassuring me and sends detailed updates after each of Flossy’s visits. It’s clear from the way he cares for his own dog, Cooper, that Floss is in very safe and loving hands. She’s looking forward to building a new friendship with both Cooper and Daryl.”

“Tegan was absolutely amazing! She responded quickly to messages and we met in the park to see how she and Tala would get on. They took to each other immediately and I was confident that Tala would be in good hands. This was my first time of leaving Tala with anyone other than family so I was a bit anxious about it but needn't have worried - Tala had a fabulous time! Tegan had her 3 days in a row and when I dropped her off on the second day, she happily ran into Tegan's house, wagging her tail :-) I work long shifts so Tegan had Tala all day long and Tala was always happy and relaxed when I picked her up. She had plenty of walks and cuddles and I suspect she wouldn't mind moving in with Tegan permanently!”

About: Available over Christmas Growing up, my family had a large German Shepherd named Chico who I absolutely adored and would spend large amounts of time playing with. This is where my love for big dogs began. After moving from my parents, I was unable to get my own dog due to not finding suitable accommodation. However, I managed to get many hours of caring for my nieces boarder collie in. Reggie, the collie in question, was my first experience with a reactive dog. After months of doing my own research and training Reggie (and my niece) we saw some real progress in his behaviour. Fast forward a year and I was training my own, very large, very reactive Catahoula/Labrador. Training such a large, powerful dog and working alongside an incredibly skilled dog trainer taught me so much and helped me build my confidence with dogs that needed a little more patience and work. Because of these experiences, I am more than happy to work alongside pets that others may not be. I would be offering more than just a walking/sitting service and am happy to use my knowledge to help owners train their pets if desired. Please send me a message for my availability as I work shifts but am happy to move things about when I can. I will always want to meet a dog before sitting/walking then to ensure we are the right fit for one another! My care for your pet will always vary greatly depending on their own needs and personality. I will always ask to meet the pet and owner first to discuss any care requirements they have and to make sure we are a good for for one another
About: I’ve regularly walked dogs for the past 10 years and have my own family dog, Toby, who unfortunately recently passed away. I’ve taken dog training classes when Toby was a puppy. Additionally my family have had 2 rescue beagles before, they may have been difficult at times but it has given me the experience of dealing with anxious dogs. I also have experience with cats and grew up with a family cat for 15 years. I love the connection and happiness that dogs can bring. I’ve recently moved to the area, having been looking after dogs and cats through Rover in London. I’d love to help out pet owners in the local area! I currently work full time from home and so am available everyday during the day, at lunch times and in the evenings. I’m also free most weekends and am happy to make time to look after your furry friends. Working from home has got rather lonely and I’d love the chance to be able to interact with you and your dogs! I will happily visit your pets in your home, as I know sometimes dogs love the comfort of familiar surroundings. I have experience of dealing with many family dogs of varying sizes. I’m also happy to regularly walk your dog, building a relationship will help them feel at ease. Whether your preference is on lead, off lead, large parks or enclosed spaces, I will be happy to accommodate.
About: A true animal lover, I have had many myself since I was a child growing up on a farm in the mountains of Andorra: horse, cats, rabbits, dogs, pigs, cows, sheep...I was lucky enough to be able to take my dogs with me to study at Plymouth University- marine biology and oceanography. Therefore, your furry best friend will also have the chance to make new pawsome mates to spend time with and above all, never get bored. My two dogs are called Salsa (jack russell cross) and Billie Eilish (working cocker spaniel), both part time working dogs for pack Boar hunt, mountain goat finds and rabbit hunt. More about myself- I did several weeks of volunteering in a veterinary clinic which gave me the energy needed, skills and patience with sick or old animals. Gentle, jovial and energetic in nature, I would be delighted to enjoy the outdoors with your furry friend during various walks a day, to clean it, feed it and of course to give as much love and cuddles as necessary. Serious and dynamic, I listen to your needs and those of your animal so that he feels as good as possible in your absence and during his stay with me and my partner which lives home aswell. I live near the Hoe and I can travel around Plymouth or its surrounding areas having my car here I offer pick up and drop off services! I am a student at the University of Plymouth and study marine biology and oceanography which means a lot of time at the beach with the pups to fill in this notebooks! I propose long stay and short stay as i don’t go out and live with my fiancé who is also a doggo lover! As previously said, I live by the Hoe which means it is a quick walk to a nice open space for dogs to exercise which is like a garden to me as walks are around 3-4 times a day for my two gorgeous girls. I also do have a little garden on the back of the flat which is secure but small that i therefore don’t use. During bad weather I use sniffin’ games, play hide and seek and get my pups to learn new tricks which could do with yours aswell :) Usually on a basis nice day and weekend we go 3h to the moors or Plymbridge to play and evening rest and walkies around the park. Sundays we go to central park and have an amazing time chasing squirrels or playing fetch ! We also go biking or rest depending on the energy of the dog!

“Kate has been so kind and caring getting to know our anxious dog - Luna had so much fun at her evening stay today, we’ll definitely be booking with Kate again very soon! Kate has a lovely home and is super accommodating to our dog’s needs. We feel really happy and content knowing Luna is relaxing while spending time with her. Thanks so much!”

About: I’ve grown up around both cats and dogs and have over 13 years of hands-on experience caring for my family’s golden retriever, whom I’ve looked after from puppyhood through to her senior years. This has included supporting her through surgery, managing recovery, and providing attentive care as she’s aged and become more fragile. I’m currently in a pet free home/house whiles I study in Plymouth. I look after pets at both locations (my family home in Warwickshire and here in Plymouth) depending on the time of year. I’m experienced with all aspects of dog care, including daily walks, bathing, feeding, administering medication, and giving plenty of attention and affection. I’ve also cared for dogs both privately and professionally, looking after pets for family friends as well as clients I hadn’t previously met, always ensuring their routines, needs, and comfort are maintained while their owners are away. I’m confident working with dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may require extra patience and support. I adapt easily to each dog’s individual personality and routine, and I’m comfortable managing specific needs or special instructions to ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m currently working bank staff, which means I’m very flexible. I have a lot of spare time and I’m free any time of day or night, even on short notice. If you prefer to pick your dog up early in the morning or late at night, that’s completely okay. I live in a house shared with close friends while attending university, creating a calm, friendly, and stable environment for pets. We have a fully fenced garden that’s ideal for quick and safe toilet breaks. The house is also conveniently located near a park, making it easy to provide regular walks and outdoor enrichment. I’m committed to ensuring pets feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while in my home.

Kate did an amazing job looking after my young Springer Junie for the day. She's a high energy pup and had never been with a sitter before so I was a little worried but Kate was brilliant. She kept me updated, took her on some great walks and sent some lovely photos. Junie came home exhausted in the evening so clearly had an amazing day! I would highly recommend - thank you so much Kate

We’ve now trusted Lucy and her family to care for our collie, Max, for the second year in a row, and once again they’ve been absolutely fantastic. Max clearly adores his time with them. He enjoyed plenty of lovely walks, lots of snuggles, and constant positive attention. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in such caring and capable hands. They treat him like part of the family, and it really shows in how happy and relaxed he is when we return. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and are so grateful for the love and care they give Max each time!

Nicola has been wonderful. She looked after our Otis (who has never been with anyone other than us, family and friends) who wasn’t sure when we left him with her at first but he soon settled in and was snuggling, playing and eating in no time. Nicola sent regular updates with photos which was lovely to receive. We tried Otis with Nicola just for a day and we will certainly be booking her for boarding in the future! Thanks Nicola for being amazing 🙏🏼

Altogether a fantastic experience. Georgie provided excellent care for our lovely girls. Nala was an excellent friend to our doggies too. We couldn't be more pleased and would strongly recommend Georgie to any dog owners looking for pet care. Thank you so much.

Julia and her sister Natalia were able to accommodate Mylo for daycare which he seems to have really enjoyed. I think Mylo and their dog Nala are now friends too 😊 Would highly recommend & will be calling on them to mind Mylo again when the need arises. 5 stars! Really appreciate the care they gave him.

Laura is absolutely lovely, easy-going, and brilliant with dogs - Tala adores her! She looked after Tala really well, took her on long walks and gave her plenty of attention. On Tala's second time with Laura, Tala ran right into the house as soon as Laura opened the door, obviously feeling at home there and happy to come back. I would definitely recommend Laura as a dog-sitter.

Thanks so much for getting wet and muddy with Charlie during some rainy days. He’s not a fair-weather dog … and he loves being in the water. He slept well after his doggy day care. He’s clearly comfortable with your company (nice to see him run into the house in readiness to play!). We’ll look for some future dates.

Hannah was absolutely wonderful with Tala, took her for a glorious walk around Saltram and gave her loads of cuddles and attention. Hannah is a lovely person and Tala took to her straightaway. She could not have been in better hands and I expect she is already looking forward to another day with Hannah in the near future :-) Thank you so much Hannah!
