Lucy and her family took really good care of Carmen for the 10 days that I was abroad. Lucy answered always very quickly, sent pictures and feedback regularly and gave Carmen lots of love. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to anyone who needs a caring dog sitter.

About: I have had dogs throughout my life and have always loved being around them. Over the years, I have gained plenty of experience caring for dogs, including providing daycare and dog-sitting services for a variety of breeds, ages, and sizes. I am confident looking after dogs with different personalities and needs, and I understand the importance of giving them plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I enjoy taking dogs on regular walks in the park near my home, as well as longer walks through the surrounding countryside, giving them the opportunity to explore and stay active. I have a friendly dog of my own who loves having other dogs around for company. He is very sociable, playful, and enjoys making new friends, which helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for visiting dogs. I am passionate about providing a safe, caring, and enjoyable experience for every dog I look after, treating them as if they were my own. I am available throughout weekends and have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your dog. We are usually at home or out enjoying adventures with our own dog, Norman, so any visiting dogs will have lots of company, attention, and opportunities for exercise. Whether it’s relaxing at home, enjoying playtime, or exploring the outdoors on walks, I will make sure every dog feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I love being able to give dogs the time, care, and companionship they need while their owners are away. We have a spacious three-bedroom house with plenty of room for dogs to feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay. Dogs are welcome throughout the house, including on the furniture and even in the bed, so they can enjoy all the home comforts and feel part of the family. We also have a secure garden where dogs can safely play, relax, and enjoy some outdoor time. Our own dog, Norman, is very friendly and loves having other dogs around. He enjoys making new friends and helps create a fun, welcoming environment for any visiting dogs. Our home is a safe, friendly, and dog-loving space where your dog can settle in, enjoy plenty of attention, and feel right at home.

The second sleepover attempt, and it was a success! The Boys are very familiar with Alison's place and very comfortable around her now. Alison is an experienced genuine dog lover; she observes well and quickly analyses the personality, characters and behaviour of each dog. Alison is also well-organised. She always returns everything nice and clean, including food bowls, treat containers, etc. Thanks again, Alison. Until next time!

We recently used Michelle for a long weekend for a few family dogs. Michelle was really responsive and called us when needed (two of the dogs had a few tricky moments which was unexpected!!) Michelle remained calm throughout all contact with us whilst we problem solved how to manage it. It all figured itself out and Michelle and the dogs had a wonderful weekend of snuggles, walks and pup cups! Bonnie came back relaxed and POOPED. We would use Michelle again in a heart beat :)

About: Happy, caring and energetic dog walker looking for new 4 footed friends to walk. I have ample experience walking many different dogs. I love a good long walk, don't know who enjoys its more, me or the dogs! i'm also very happy to host a dog or 2 in my house. I will happily do pop in visits for dogs that are at home all day. I have been caring for animals for many years, I grew up surrounded by animals, mainly dogs. for much of my teenage life i worked in a stables where i would help care for the 13 (yes 13!) stable dogs that ruled the roost. I have also volunteered at a few animal shelters where I would help acclimatise strays by being their primary carer. I currently have a small female dog and a large male (neutered) tabby cat. Both are friendly and welcoming to guests. I have an enclosed garden for pets to Enjoy and I’m a 2 min walk from Tothill park, a wonderful place for dog socialising and exercise. In April 2026 I welcomed my son into the world so our guests need to be ok with children. Look forward to meeting you all soon!

About: I currently own a 14 year old male Chihuahua named Milo. Myself and my boyfriend live in a home near central park but also have a lovely secure garden. In November 2025, alongside working full time I have been providing dog/house sitting for a 13 year old Pekingese, 2 guinea pigs and chicken where I offer a high level of care, administer oral medicine and take care of eye treatment and I understand the importance of patience, routine, and attentive care — especially with senior dogs. I have really taken to enjoying looking after someone else's pets so I registered as self employed and have decided to pick up some Rover clients too! I have experience with owning my own dog, a rabbit when I was around 11, plus my grandparents had sheep, cows, chickens, ducks, and all manner of farm animals which I was happily involved in from a young age! My work schedule varies as I currently work full-time, with typical shifts falling between Monday–Saturday (8:30am–5:30pm) and Sunday (10am–4pm). However, I’m always happy to discuss your pet’s individual needs and come to an arrangement that works best for them. Whether your pet is comfortable with shorter periods alone or requires more companionship, walks, medication, or check-ins throughout the day, I’ll always be transparent about my availability and ensure they receive the care, attention, and routine they need to feel happy and secure. My home provides a safe, clean, calm, and loving environment for your pet while they’re in my care. I live in a house with a fully enclosed and secure garden, giving dogs a safe outdoor space to enjoy. I will be the sole caregiver for your pet, allowing me to provide consistent attention, supervision, and routine throughout their stay. I’m experienced and comfortable caring for dogs with additional needs, including administering medication and following specific dietary requirements or schedules. Having a senior dog myself, I understand how important patience, gentle handling, and maintaining familiar routines can be. My Chihuahua, Milo, is very friendly and still enjoys his daily walks — whether that’s a shorter 20-minute stroll around the block or longer 50–60 minute walks around the Central Park loop, depending on your dog’s energy levels and needs. Your dog’s comfort and safety will always come first, which is why I strongly recommend a meet & greet before any initial booking. This helps ensure everyone gets along well and gives you complete confidence that your pet will feel happy, secure, and relaxed during their stay.

About: As an avid animal lover with a diverse range of caregiving experience, I've had the privilege of caring for creatures big and small, from tiny rodents to majestic horses. Recognizing that your pets are more than just animals—they're cherished members of your family—I prioritize building a deep level of trust. I stand out as a sitter due to my commitment to open and transparent communication. I understand that entrusting someone with the care of your fur babies requires confidence and reassurance. I make it a priority to keep you informed about your pets' well-being, routines, and any special needs they may have. In addition to my passion for general pet care, I bring specific skills to the table, such as the ability to train puppies and provide dedicated senior care. Whether it's guiding a young pup through essential training or offering gentle support and attention to your older pets, I am equipped to meet a variety of needs. Your peace of mind is my utmost priority, and I am dedicated to making the entire process as seamless as possible for you. I approach pet sitting not just as a responsibility but as an opportunity to create a positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your beloved animals. Pet care is seamlessly integrated into the fabric of my daily and weekly routine, as I am currently dedicating 100% of my time to being at home. My life revolves around the well-being of my beloved fur babies, and I take pride in providing them with the utmost care and attention. To further underscore my commitment to pet care, I have undertaken first aid courses and earned a diploma in animal care. These qualifications not only enhance my confidence but also ensure that I am well-prepared to handle any situation that may arise, prioritizing the safety and health of your pets. Being at home full-time allows me to maintain a consistent and attentive presence for your animals. From regular dog walks to creating a nurturing environment, I am dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each pet under my care. In essence, pet care isn't just a task for me; it's a passion and a priority that I integrate seamlessly into my daily life. Your fur babies will receive the attention, love, and expertise they deserve, creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for them in my care. In caring for pets, I prioritize creating a comfortable and secure environment tailored to their needs, whether it's in my home or the pet owner's residence. If preferred, I have two crates available, ensuring a cozy and familiar space for those who feel more secure in enclosed areas. However, I'm equally delighted to provide a 'roam free' experience within my home, allowing pets to explore and feel at ease. To accommodate various comfort levels, especially for pets who may not be confident with stairs, I've installed a gate to ensure their safety. Additionally, my fenced-in garden, featuring a mix of concrete and green spaces, offers a secure outdoor area for play and relaxation. For those who enjoy longer walks and more open spaces, there are local fields nearby where we can enjoy outdoor activities and exercise. My approach is flexible, adapting to the unique preferences and needs of each pet. Whether it's creating a secure, designated space or allowing them to explore freely, my goal is to provide a nurturing and enjoyable environment for pets under my care.

About: I absolutely love dogs and being around them just makes me happy. I’ve grown up around dogs and have always been the one to look after them, so caring for them comes really naturally to me. I don’t just see it as pet sitting I genuinely just love helping people out and making sure their dogs feel safe, loved, and comfortable while they’re away. I have my own 9 month old puppy called Ziggy, who is such a big part of my life. He’s super friendly and loves having other dogs around, so your dog will always have company, playtime, and lots of attention. We go on plenty of long walks, get fresh air every day, and I make sure there’s a good balance of exercise, play, and calm time too. Because I’m currently training Ziggy, I’m really used to routines, patience, and understanding different dogs needs and behaviours. I’ll always take the time to adjust my day depending on your dog whether they need longer walks, more play, a slower pace, or just lots of cuddles. More than anything, I just want dogs to feel happy, settled, and cared for like they’re at home. I know how important it is trusting someone with your dog, so I’ll always treat them like they’re my own 🐾 Pet care is a regular part of my day. I take my puppy for walks, work on training, and make sure he gets plenty of playtime. When dog sitting, I adjust my day to include walks and lots of mental stimulation, so every dog gets the care and attention they need. Pet care is part of my everyday life. I take my puppy on walks, work on training, and make sure he gets plenty of playtime and stimulation. When I’m dog sitting, I adjust my day to suit each dog’s needs whether that’s longer walks, playtime, or mental enrichment.

Having already met Liza and Mike for a walk and visited their house, Liza had Henry for the first time last weekend and he clearly had a great time! He went on some lovely walks and was very well looked after. Liza kept us supplied with photos which was very reassuring. All Henry's 'stuff' was packed and ready for collection and he was completely at home with Liza and her family. We have already booked Liza again and plan to use Liza as our main dog carer for future holidays.

I could tell she was trustworthy right away and would be a calming presence for my cats. She gave us thorough updates of the cats during every drop in along with photos, so I knew they were both alright. When I got back home, my cats did not show any signs of stress and seemed very relaxed. This is a big thing as my older cat Kiki is very shy and becomes stressed easily with new people. She is an indoor cat, so enrichment is super important and Dylan was a complete hit with her. Is obvious that Dylan has a real connection with animals, he was Sybils best friend immediately ( he didn't even have to bribe her with treats haha) which made ne feel confident to entrust my little world to him I really appreciated the video and photos he sent. 100% recommend.

Anindita was looking after Tala for me while I was at work. We met beforehand to make sure they got on, and Tala took to her straight away. When I dropped her off, she happily ran into the house, already feeling at home. It was great to know that she would have such lovely company all day, plenty of walks ad attention. Anindita was great with Tala and even sent me pictures of their day together :-) Tala will be staying with Anindita again and it's a massive relief for me to know that she's with someone who gives her such brilliant care. Thank you!!

Having never used Rover before, I was a bit nervous, but Daryl quickly put me at ease. He’s been fantastic at reassuring me and sends detailed updates after each of Flossy’s visits. It’s clear from the way he cares for his own dog, Cooper, that Floss is in very safe and loving hands. She’s looking forward to building a new friendship with both Cooper and Daryl.

About: I have always been surrounded by pets and have grown up caring for animals alongside my family. As my parents and grandparents have gotten older, I have become a reliable and trusted dog walker and cat sitter for several years. My parents much-loved Border Collie, needs plenty of playful attention, exercise, affection and companionship. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, loved and cared for when their families are away. I would love the opportunity to give your pets that same care, attention and love while helping you feel confident that they are in safe hands. Myself and my partner have different work schedules to fit around pet care. When I am working, my partner is currently on maternity leave so is able to care for your pets. We have a fenced garden and lots of local walks near the house. We have enough space for a crate should your dog prefer this and plenty of space to play and roam.

Bridget was fabulous throughout! We were visiting Plymouth for a family funeral so didn’t really know what to expect. We had several communications before our dogs stayed, which put our minds at rest. Bridget was quick to respond to messages and keen to help. She also gave us regular updates and videos through the day. We couldn’t have asked for better care. I would thoroughly recommend Bridget and will definitely book again when we’re down in Plymouth. About: Harriet and I have been surrounded by dogs our whole lives, and today we share our home with two much loved companions: Pablo, our energetic Collie, and Domino, our affectionate Dalmatian. Having one male and one female has given us genuine hands on experience with the different temperaments, energy levels, and needs that come with each, so whatever your dog’s personality, we know how to make them feel understood and settled. What truly sets us apart is the life we have built around our dogs. We are fortunate to have Hartley Park just a two minute walk from our house, and we visit two to three times daily, rain or shine, so your dog will enjoy the same consistent exercise and stimulation ours do. Beyond our local routine, we love exploring scenic routes around Plymouth and taking on adventurous hikes through the Highlands and Welsh mountains during our own holidays. Their wellbeing shapes our daily routine, and we would be delighted to offer your dog that same standard of care. Your dog will have their own comfortable bedroom, personalised feeding and sleeping arrangements, and regular access to a secure garden. If you use a crate or have a specific routine at home, we are more than happy to follow your exact instructions so your dog’s stay feels as familiar as possible. Sociable dogs are welcome to join the household and play alongside Pablo and Domino, while dogs who prefer a quieter pace can enjoy their own space with frequent toilet breaks, enrichment, and walks tailored to their comfort. Pet care is a central part of our daily life. Harriet works from home full time, and Robert works remotely two days a week, which means that every day, there is always someone at home to care for the dogs. On weekends, we are both available and fully dedicated to spending time with them. When we are looking after dogs, they become our main priority. We adjust our schedules as needed to ensure they receive consistent attention, exercise, and comfort throughout the day. Whether it is walks, playtime, feeding, or rest, your dog will be well cared for in a calm and attentive home environment. We understand that leaving your dog in someone else’s care requires real trust, and we take that responsibility very seriously. Your dog will be staying in a calm, clean, and secure home where their comfort and safety come first. Each dog has their own private bedroom with dedicated sleeping and feeding arrangements to ensure a familiar, stress-free environment. They will have regular access to our secure garden for toilet breaks and fresh air. If they are sociable and enjoy the company of other dogs, they are welcome to roam the house freely and interact with our own two friendly dogs, Pablo and Domino. If they prefer their own space, we will follow your preferences to keep them settled and content. We closely supervise all interactions and tailor our care to each dog’s temperament, energy level, and routine. Whether your dog needs quiet time, structured walks, or enrichment play, we adapt to ensure they feel safe, happy, and truly at home.

About: I've been around dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs and having dogs of my own has given me a real understanding of their different personalities, needs and the joy they bring to our lives. I also have two cats, so I understand that every pet deserves patience, kindness and individual care. Over the years, I've looked after the dogs of friends and family, whether that's taking them for walks, caring for them while their owners are away or simply giving them the attention and companionship they need. Those experiences inspired me to turn something I genuinely love into a business, and that's how Sniffari Adventures Plymouth was born. I offer enriching group and solo walks, as well as home visits for dogs who may need a comfort break, feeding, playtime, cuddles or simply some company while you're away. Whether your dog loves exploring the outdoors or prefers a quieter visit at home, I'll always tailor my care to their individual needs and routine. My aim is to provide more than just a walk. I believe every dog deserves the chance to explore, sniff, play and enjoy enriching adventures that leave them happy, fulfilled and content. Every dog in my care is treated with the same love, patience and respect that I'd give my own pets. For your peace of mind, I am: 🐾 Fully insured 🐾 DBS checked 🐾 Canine First Aid trained 🐾 Qualified with a Canine Behaviour Diploma Your dog's safety, happiness and wellbeing will always be my top priority, and I'll care for them as if they were one of my own. I can't wait to meet you and your four-legged best friend! Pet care is my full-time career, so my schedule is dedicated to providing reliable, consistent care for every pet I look after. My days are planned around walks, home visits and spending quality time with the dogs in my care, allowing me to give each one the attention and care they deserve. As this is my full-time business, I'm able to offer flexibility where possible and build lasting relationships with both pets and their owners. Whether your dog needs regular weekly walks, occasional home visits or extra care while you're busy, you can have peace of mind knowing they'll be cared for by someone who is passionate about their wellbeing every single day. Your pet's safety, happiness and wellbeing are my highest priorities. Whether I'm caring for them in your home or taking them out on a walk, I'll always treat them with the same love, patience and respect that I give my own pets. Before any walks begin, I'll take the time to get to know your dog's routine, personality and any specific needs they may have. I follow your instructions carefully, whether that's preferred walking routes, feeding routines, medication, or any training you're working on at home. On walks, I use positive reinforcement and allow plenty of opportunities for sniffing, exploring and enrichment, while always keeping safety at the forefront. I'll only let dogs off lead with your permission and in suitable, safe environments. Group walks are carefully matched by size, temperament and energy levels to ensure every dog has a fun and positive experience. During home visits, I'll make sure your pet has fresh water, toilet breaks, enrichment, playtime and, of course, plenty of fuss if they enjoy it! I'll also keep your home secure by locking doors and gates, and I'll happily provide photo updates so you can see how your pet is getting on. For added peace of mind, I am fully insured, DBS checked, Canine First Aid trained and hold a Canine Behaviour Diploma, so you can feel confident that your pet is in safe, caring and capable hands.

Always respectful with other people’s property and pets and treat them as if they are my own, having previously worked within schools and with children I understand the importance of being gentle and kind with others and their property.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for them. I currently have a 12-year-old working Cocker Spaniel who I've had since he was a puppy, so I've experienced every stage of a dog's life, from puppyhood through to senior care. I understand the importance of providing dogs with plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and a safe environment where they feel comfortable and happy. Through caring for my own dog, I've gained experience with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic care, and supporting an older dog with age-related needs. What sets me apart is my genuine love for dogs, my patience, and my understanding that every dog has their own personality and routine. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive lots of care, affection, and attention while in my care. 🐾❤️ Pet care is already a big part of my daily life. I work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, which means I am available every evening for walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I also have weekends completely free, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pets in my care. During school holidays and half terms, I have full availability, giving me even more flexibility for pet sitting and dog walking. As a dog owner myself, caring for animals is something I do every day, and I understand the importance of maintaining routines, providing exercise, and ensuring pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I have a 12-year-old working Cocker Spaniel who I've cared for since he was a puppy, so looking after dogs is a natural part of my everyday routine. 🐾❤️ I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I follow each owner's instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication requirements, and any specific needs their pet may have. In a pet owner's home, I aim to keep pets in their usual routine as much as possible to help them feel relaxed and settled. I'll provide plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, fresh water, and regular toilet breaks, as well as lots of affection and companionship. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pet is being cared for properly, so I'm happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind. Having cared for my own Cocker Spaniel from puppyhood into his senior years, I'm comfortable looking after dogs of different ages, personalities, and activity levels. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritise their happiness, safety, and wellbeing.

About: We always had at least one dog when I was growing up, most of the time a cat too. My most complicated house sitting experience, was one cat with medical conditions, a tropical fish tank, a goldfish pond, a house and garden full of plants to tend, and local wildlife (birds, squirrels, and badgers) to feed. It went off without a hitch and I was fully capable of that. I'm happy to take on complicated or simple jobs. Looking after pets is my primary job, so I'm free any day of the week at the moment for visits, walks or house sitting. Either regular or one offs. To start with I'd want to talk to the pet's owners to determine what the pet's everyday routine is, favourite toys, favourite walk spots etc. I believe it's important to keep life as normal as possible for your pet until your pet gets used to me, but with some added fun of course.

About: ❗Please note that prices are subject to travel cost and time! 🐶🐈‍⬛ I always liked being around animals and when I was young we adopted a cat and a couple of years later a dog too! I got to learn how to take good care of them on a day-to-day basis, and gained experience in handling pet visits, care after surgery and managing their requirements. Our family had multiple self-trained dogs before, so I can assure you that yours will be in safe hands as well :) I'm a university students who likes to move, go out a lot and explore! I'm quite flexible as I don't have to be in every day and I'm also happy to hop in before and after lectures. I'm sure we will be able to find a time that fits us both! I consider myself a patient and cooperative person with both dogs and cats of all kind! I always pay attention to their body language to make sure they are feeling well and comfortable in their environment. Additionally, I make sure that your pet get their daily movement and engagement by walks and playing, and of course to receive proper nutrition and hygiene. I even enjoy having small training sessions with them! Every pet is different so please let me know about their requirements and needs! I'm looking forward to working with you and your pet! :))
