“We needed someone to have our dog Bertie for a day whilst on holiday, so we could take our children to Camel Creek (not dog friendly due to livestock). Louise was very patient with Bertie who was embarrassingly vocal about me leaving him! She took him for a walk and reassured me that he was calming down so we could relax and enjoy our day out. Louise sent lovely pictures and kept me updated throughout the day and Bertie was having fun sniffing out cheese when we went to pick him up. Thank you!”

“Shaun and his family were so welcoming and looked after Melvin for the day whilst we were on holiday. Shaun was really informative and also asked us lots of questions before the day making sure Melvin was going to be well looked after. During the stay we had regular updates and photos. Melvin was very relaxed and happy at pick up and we were delighted with Shaun’s care! We would HIGHLY recommend and will certainly be booking Melvin in again when we are next back. Huge thanks!”

“Esther and her family were lovely and Suzie had a great time. Suzie was made to feel at home and had a lovely long walk. Very convenient for visiting the Eden project! Would book again if we are ever in the area again.”

“Chelle was an absolute dream to have as a dog sitter - we got to do a virtual meet beforehand of the humans and dogs, I got updates, photos and videos throughout the day which was so reassuring and I came back to a very hapoy dog. Very clear that Chelle knows what she is doing and cares about the pups. Will definitely be looking to book in again when I'm down :D”

“we had excellent service from Kristina, she picked up Teddy from the Campsite , sent regular updates via WhatsApp and delivered him back to us. We thoroughly recommend her and our most grateful for her excellent care.”

“An absolute 5-star experience! Having recently moved to the Bodmin area, it was incredibly daunting to look for a new sitter for our beloved and pampered dog, Barley. However, meeting Terry and Susan (Megan's parents) beforehand completely put our minds at ease as they would be looking after him on the day. Barley spent the day with them yesterday whilst we attended our daughter's graduation in Exeter, and we could not have asked for better care. They looked after him brilliantly, treated him like one of the family, and sent us lovely picture updates which we really appreciated. Terry and Susan made us feel so comfortable and reassured from start to finish. Barley loved his cuddles with Terry (The Dog Whisperer). We are incredibly grateful to have found such caring, trustworthy sitters locally and will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Abigail has been amazing with our 2 dogs. Ella is people reactive in the home and Abigail spent time getting to know her and making her feel safe. They are now the best of friends and I feel so relaxed leaving them both with Abigail, knowing they are happy and well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abigail to anyone.”

About: I moved to Cornwall for university and soon found the passion for surfing. I now live in Cornwall and have been looking after dogs for several years now. Moving to Cornwall on my own has made me very independent, but also very flexible. Which means pet care fits easily into my day to day routine. I have a few small jobs that I can schedule around the dog sitting, so I'm able to give pets plenty of time and attention. I thrive on having a routine and living an active, healthy lifestyle. When looking after pets. I understand how important routine is, including regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention, especially as different breeds have different needs. With my active lifestyle, i genuinely enjoy walks, runs, and spending time outdoors, so keeping dogs happy and exercised comes naturally to me. When I'm caring for pets in their own home, I'm always respectful, tidy and minimal, making sure everything is kept just as the owners expect.

“Tammy was absolutely wonderful! She immediately put us at ease by giving us a tour of her home, and her backyard was perfect for my dog, who loves to sunbathe. She’s a thoughtful and careful caretaker, and I could tell my dog felt comfortable and happy with her. I will absolutely book again :)”

“Was down in Newquay for a SUP Surf camp and as weather pretty warm wanted a dog sitter for during the day. Luckily Harriet was free, Agatha loved her time there, (was whining with excitement on the 2nd day as we turned down to the house). Harriet was flexible on the timings, when I ran a bit later than planned the 2nd day. Agatha had a good walk along with a chill on the sofa, would highly recommend and use again if I’m down in Newquay.”

“Annabelle is such a chilled, caring and reliable dog sitter, Teddy loved her and he was relaxed and happy when we returned. I would definitely recommend her and will 💯 be using her again :)”

“Terri was super helpful looking after our dog Coco at short notice. This included picking her up in her car, taking her for a walk on the beach, looking after Coco in her home for the day and allowing us a later pickup. Terri was good n communication, very friendly and good on animal welfare.”

“We were in need of a last minute sitter while on holidays near Padstow. Carly could not have been more accommodating and easy to deal with. Professional, great communicator and highly trustworthy. Best of all, when Nutmeg came back for day 2, he bounded into Carly’s home like it was his own having clearly enjoyed his prior visit. Will definitely be using Carly again.”

“Conny looked after Fleur, our rescue Old Tyme English Bulldog at her home for the day and evening while we were in Cornwall at a wedding. We would give this lovely lady 10 stars if we could! Conny was so warm and welcoming, had her beautiful home all ready to look after Fleur, she had thought of everything. Fleur had the best day ever including a fabulous beach walk, playing games and was thoroughly pampered. Conny sent us wonderful pictures and a video throughout the day, so we had no worries about Fleur at all. We would definitely recommend Conny and have no hesitation in booking her again.”

“We were so nervous about leaving Olive but as soon as she met Bella those nerves disappeared, we booked whilst being away on holiday during a heatwave and Olive looked like she had the time of her life! So much so she didn’t seem happy to come back 🤣 we were kept up to date with photos and Bella picked up and dropped off right on time. We will definitely use again when we come to Cornwall and I would 1000% recommended.”
