I am working towards my Level 3 qualification in Assistance Dog Training, and have plenty of time to interact with dogs while I study from home. I have trained and cared for a range of dogs over the past few years, and raised my own Sprollie Scout and Assistance Dog Sparrow. I am also a Musical Director and Project Manager, I work from home most of the time but do often work some evenings. Housesitting: I am delighted to offer my services as a house-sitter at competitive rates, as I work both inside and outside of the house during my week. Please ensure your dog is happy home alone for up to a full working day, and has a flexible schedule, if you’d like me to housesit for you. 24/7 sits available, depending on availability, at £15ph. Light cleaning included (bedsheets changed, surface wiped, vacuum cleaned) Extra cleaning is £30ph.

Amber is a fantastic pet sitter. She was great with Minnie giving updates and photos throughout Minnie’s stay. She’s very confident and caring and very responsive to messages etc. I would not hesitate to use her again and can definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a dog sitter.
Our dog "Alan" can be quite demanding - cant they all! but he is happy to spend time at Amber:s house which makes life SO MUCH easier for us. Amber is a great find.
Amber and Chloe were brilliant with Nala ❤️ Amber gave us updates and pictures and Nala looks so happy with them. You can tell they love their dogs and others in their care 😊 100% recommend every time. Will definitely be rebooking. Thank you so much guys 😊
Amber looked after Bertie for two nights for us. We received daily updates which were detailed and reassuring that he was settling in. When I messaged Amber, I got a response quickly. It was very hot during Bertie's stay and this was taken into account regarding his care (doggy lollies were enjoyed!) I was extremely happy with the care provided and would completely recommend Amber as a boarder.
Very happy with the care Amber gave my dog, who she welcomed into her home to join her own two dogs. Amber sent daily updates and photos to reassure me my dog was happy and settled
Cannot praise Amber enough! She has been brilliant with our 11 month old collie pup, he loved spending time with her. Amber provided lots of updates, and even gave us helpful tips. She's been so amazingly brilliant with Rollo, and he was genuinely sad to see her leave, say at the door waiting for her to come back.

Schedule
I work from home most of the week, as I work as a Project Manager and Musical Director, so I'm only out for around 10 hours a week! I also work as a musician, but that means I am at home composing most of the time, and of course going on lovely walks with my dog.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a big house with a dedicated Dog room and lovely grassy garden! Dogs are absolutely allowed in the rest of the house during the day. I have plenty of doors in between their main room and the front exit, so dogs are very safe and secure in the house. PLEASE NOTE: I will only accept non-reactive dogs with no vocal issues. I live in a terraced house with 2 resident dogs, so unfortunately I cannot accept dogs who are reactive/ will reactively bark/ whimper excessively.

A typical day
I love to go for runs and take the dogs with me. If I'm not running, your dogs can enjoy a lovely long walk around Saltram with me and my dog, enjoy a plethora of games in Freedom Fields, Blagdon Meadows or Tothill Park, and enjoy down time cuddled up on the sofa.
