“Thank you to Anni who sat my shy Dachshund for the day in our home. Anni took time out to come and meet me in and Millie in person before the sit and that was much appreciated and invaluable for the handover on the day of the sit. Anni has been the perfect pet sitter in every sense and I left for the day feeling very relaxed. I received regular updates, lovely voice notes and never worried about a thing. The house was incredibly tidy when we arrived back home and I would have absolutely no hesitation booking Anni again and will be doing so shortly. An absolute gem 💎”

About: Hi, I’m Courtney! 🐾 Based in the Horsham/Crawley area, I provide loving, dependable dog sitting, home visits, and solo walks with a personal touch that sets me apart from the rest. Unlike many sitters, I focus on one-on-one care, meaning your dog always gets my full attention. No pack walks, no rushed visits, just calm and attentive tailored to your dog’s personality and needs. I’ve grown up around dogs and have hands-on experience with a wide range of breeds, from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a gentler pace. Whether your dog needs a quiet stroll, a play session, or just someone to sit with them while you’re away, I make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I understand that leaving your dog with someone new can be nerve-wracking, that’s why I treat every dog like part of the family, with patience, trust, and lots of cuddles. Whether you’re heading out for a day, a weekend, or a longer break, I’m here to keep tails wagging and routines running smoothly. ✅ Solo, personalized walks ✅ Flexible & friendly care ✅ Updates and photos if you’d like them! Feel free to get in touch. I’d love to meet you and your dog! My current work schedule is Monday to Friday. However, I am flexible so feel free to ask! I am also fully available throughout the day on both Saturday and Sunday. I offer flexible care either in your home or mine, depending on what suits your dog best. In My Home: I live in a pet-friendly flat with access to a large communal garden. While the garden is not gated, I always take extra precautions — dogs are never left unsupervised outside. Walks are done on-lead unless in a fully secure area, and I make sure each dog gets plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime, and rest. My space is calm, clean, and safe — perfect for dogs who enjoy a quieter environment. In Your Home: I’m also happy to care for your dog in their own familiar surroundings. Whether it’s daily visits, walks, or overnight stays, I aim to keep their routine as consistent and comforting as possible. I take time to learn their habits, likes, and needs — from feeding schedules to favourite nap spots — so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, lizards, chinchillas, etc throughout my whole life so I am very clued up in understanding and nurturing all kinds of animals and knowing what they need when they need it. I’ve currently come home from months of travelling so I don’t have a commitment to work, therefore my schedule is completely open and available for whenever I am needed I have a fully fenced yard and lovely acres of field connected to my property, perfect for walks. I also have my own Labrador who is extremely friendly and great with other dogs and cats

“This was Samantha's first booking with me and it's always a nervous time. I needn't have worried at all. Sam and Marni (my dog) clearly gelled from the start and went on lots of lovely walks together, meeting family, having coffee out in town and generally having a whale of a time from all the pictures Sam kindly sent me. The cats were fluffy and happy on my return and didn't give Sam too much trouble getting them in from their daily forages. She even kindly did some ironing for me which wasn't expected but was very gratefully received! Would definitely have Sam again and hope she will continue to be a Roverite.”

About: I've been caring for animals of various shapes and sizes for as long as I can recall. We grew up with cats and dogs and birds etc. Even as a child, my penchant for bringing home injured birds used to irk my mother. At the age of 14, I volunteered on an organic farm, and by 16, I dedicated several years to working at a Cornish Bat Rehabilitation Center. My responsibilities there included the care of fruit bats, nocturnal mammals, and meerkats in the nocturnal section of London Zoo. In 2016, in response to the 7.8 earthquake near Perdenales, Esmeraldes, Ecuador I organized fundraising efforts to send a truck loaded with pet supplies and medications to an animal refuge in Mompiche. Throughout my time in Latin America, I've rescued approximately 50 abandoned dogs and cats, successfully rehoming some in the US, EU, and UK. I also volunteered for many refuges Pet sitting has been a significant part of my experience, and my interest extends to animal psychology and behavior. Whether it's training dogs or understanding feline communication, I've been fortunate in my interactions with animals. My commitment to going above and beyond for their welfare is evident in my track record. I also possess references attesting to my capabilities in pet care. DBS checked, details available. I work from home mostly so they keep me company and I work around their needs. I feed my pets 2 times a day but respect other people´s and pet routines. Dogs and Cats are good at telling me what they need and I will make them happy or comfortable, love and play with them. I work according to their schedules, I have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own back home. I usually feed everyone in the morning, let the cats out, I love playing with cats, and I take the dogs for a morning walk, sometimes on the weekends we do a big Saturday or Sunday park venture most of the day. I feed my pets 2 times a day but respect other people´s and pet routines.

“Annie stayed at our house and looked after our cat Amelie whilst we were away in America for 2 weeks. She not only took excellent care of our cat, spending time playing with her and sending us photo updates throughout the week, but also sleeping with her as is the cats preference. She was super communicative and friendly and respectful. She was clearly an animal lover and we felt we could trust her to look after our pet as well as she would her own. Will defo use her again in future!”

Highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet care!”

Tomas B.
“Veroxima was looking after 2of my Pomsky dogs. She stepped in at short notice and took Coco and Pepper for a week into her care as I had to attend to a family emergency situation. To cut it short, she is the BEST!!! (Please don’t all run to her because selfishly I want her to find the time for me when I need her.🧐) I definitely want to stay in touch with her!!! She is lovely lady. Home is very clean and tidy, a delightful communication throughout, lots of love, care and attention to my dogs (and to me). She provided me with lots of pictures, feedback and her love for animals was shining through all she did. She also gave me a few tips which were very useful. Most certainly she is my best and final stop for every doggy need!.. THANK YOU!!!”
