“Rachel was fab with our 5 month pup, Hank! She kept us updated with regular photos and messages about how he was getting on too. This was Hank's first time staying away from home without us, but Rachel totally put our minds at ease as he is a high energy dog and he must've had lots of fun as he fell asleep at 7pm that evening! Couldn't recommend a better person to look after your pup, and we would love for Hank to visit Rachel again in the future, thank you Rachel!”

“Natalie has been brilliant taking care of Hank (our 10 month old Vizsla puppy) on two occasions now :) She always keeps me updated with how he is getting on and is great at keeping Hank busy, as he is a very active pup and is tired on the way home! Thank you Natalie :)”

About: My partner and I have grown up with cats and dogs, we have our own dog, and we’ve looked after friends and family’s dogs. We’ve trained our own dog, Juniper, from a puppy and she has excellent recall and knows various tricks. I’m also comfortable administering medication. I work part time in the evenings and my partner works from home during the week. There is always one of us at home. Our dog currently gets 2-3 walks a day (morning, lunchtime, evening). I have a fenced garden, a spare crate, various dog beds in different rooms, and a private entrance to our upper flat/villa. We’re fairly rural so there are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby that tend to be quiet.

“Rachel was fab with Luna and didn't seem fazed with her craziness! Luna was tired and content on being picked up and seemed to have a fab time. Thank you! Will definitely use again x”

“So thankful for Rachel! This is the first time using Rover and leaving Ted with someone not our family or neighbour who he normally stays with. Rachel was easy to arrange the booking with, and lives in the perfect spot for dogs. She obviously loves animals and we instantly felt she’d take great care of Ted. She kindly sent us some check-ins/pictures during his stay. We’d highly recommend Rachel.”

“We could not be happier with the care that Mairi and Oscar gave Flora. Mairi's communication has been excellent and Flora has been spoilt with attention and cuddles. Thank you both so very much and we love the photos. All the best from Flora and her gang ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Stan, was fantastic he is a great dog person and was made very welcome, Keira had a great stay with his dogs Lady and Jack, Stan had a nice dog friendly and welcome home and very well mannered, I would definitely recommend Stan and will use again thank you. For taking care of Keira and spoiling her.”

About: Since I was very little I've had various pets: hamsters, gerbils and of course goldfish, cats and dogs. When I was all grown up with my own family, I had cats, hamsters, chinchillas and eventually my very own dog in 2005 (a wonderful border collie), sadly since passed in 2021. For many years I've walked dogs for friends and neighbours and even done housesitting. I love it so much, I now want to do it fulltime. I only recently rescue a dog, so I now have a very sweet, small border collie mix who gets along with all dogs but if your dog doesn't get along with her, then individual walks it is ;) I gave up my laborious job sometime ago as I wanted to concentrate on taking care of dogs (and cats), a love not a labour :) So, up shot is, I'm available day or night, to take care of doggies. I now have a very sweet rescue dog, I'm sure we can work with or around your doggies. I would take care of pets as if they were my own, never off the lead unless I'm 100% confident and always with the owners agreement. I would respect your home and how you take care of your pets. My own home is small with an enclosed garden but the adjacent woods are my real back garden, freedom to walk for miles.

“Siobhan is very kind and sensitive, to my dogs needs. He was a little nervous this time, but Siobhan was very gentle and reassuring to him. If I can I will be booking Ben in with her if possible in the future. I would recommend her to anyone having to find a kind and gentle person to look after your pet. Also she has made her garden and home a safe and comfortable place for pets who stay with her.”

“Brin remembered Asher from his stay with her last year and knew exactly which door to immediately trot up to. He didn't even say goodbye to me he was so eager to get into Asher's home! On my return, Brin and Asher were waiting for me outside. I know Brin is safe and at home with Asher and will definitely book again when I have another all day event or training session to attend for work.”

About: Experienced dog owner. Since loosing my Labrador 6 months ago, I have decided I’d like to start dog sitting on a more regular basis. I work from home so I’m there to care for your pet 24/7 and love getting out and about on walks. I have a 12 year old son who has been brought up around dogs, he knows boundaries and is very capable of reading dog body language. We both absolutely adore dogs and would love to meet your pet! My son and your pet would never be left alone and always supervised by myself. I have 2 cats who are very friendly, they spend most of their time out playing but get on great with dogs in the house. We also have a new family member Jax our papillon cross who is just the most friendliest dog youv ever met 🥰 I work from home so I’m very flexible to your needs. I work mostly 9am-3pm Monday-Friday but due to working from home, I’m able to take as many breaks as needed. I have a fully enclosed back garden with a 6 foot fence. The back garden is mostly pavement but there is also an artificial grass area with shade. My front garden is enclosed but with a shorter fence at 3ft.

About: I have taken care of lots of different animals since I was very young. My family have always had pets including mice, rabbits, sheep and of course dogs! I have experience looking after puppies ( my parents have two crazy Labradors who they’ve had since pups) and I also cared for my senior Jack Russell who is now 15 years old, before I moved out of my parents house. Now living in Newburgh with my rescue pup Oatie, I’d love to look after other peoples fur babies, not only because I love dogs but also to let Oatie socialise and spend time with others as he definitely misses his brother from his foster home. I work from home with a very flexible schedule so can adapt to the individual needs of the dog I’m looking after. I usually walk 3 times a day with my own dog so would love to have an additional furry friend! I have an 80 metre secure garden, and also have great access to Newburgh’s public park which is a fab place for dog walking. I have a cosy living room with a stove which my dog Oatie absolutely loves to curl up beside. I have a sun room that is a great space for pets to sleep in, but understand some may be nervous in a new place so I therefore wouldn’t mind having their bed in my room if required.

“Shell was brilliant at looking after our pup rudy and accommodated us last minute due to a family emergency. Great at responding quickly and we felt completely at ease with rudy being in Shell's care on our first holiday away from rudy. Great to receive photos of him having fun and would 100% book Shell again.”

About: Me and my partner have both looked after dogs as a side job/hobby for family since we were teenagers, whether it be taking our family members dogs after work for an adventure or boarding my partners family dog for 2 months when flooding left them in an accommodation that wasn’t pet friendly. We have looked after dogs from miniature to large, from high energy to couch potatoes- we don’t discriminate!! We have trained our own dog, Bailey, since he was a puppy and we still continue to do treat work with him as we enjoy it as much as he does- so if your dog is in training be rest assured that we will happily adapt to how you’re training your dog so your hard work doesn’t go to waste! As we have our own dog at home and a young daughter the only thing we ask is that there is no resource guarding issues, any underlying aggression or bitting tendencies- we hope you understand that this is just safer for both our family and your pet. I am currently a stay at home Mum/working from home hairdresser so your pet with never be alone! I include my own dog in everything I do, even if it’s just popping to the local shop and am happy to have your dog alongside us. My toddler thrives outside so chances are we’re playing fetch in the garden or on an adventure- no matter the weather. We normally like to do a big walk first thing in the morning so please let me know if this is something your dog could partake in or if it’s a smaller walk that is more suitable then I am happy to do walks closer to home. I have a fully fenced garden with plenty of space for pets to run around and play with tennis balls and toys- if I’m not working from the kitchen I’ll most likely be doing arts and crafts or playing in the garden with my daughter so the dogs get freedom to roam in and out of the front, back and bottom floor of the house as they so please. I also have an XL sized crate that we no longer use for our Bailey but have never gotten rid of so if that’s what you prefer for your dogs I can easily pop it up if that’s where they’re more comfortable!

About: I have had pets all my life, including two dogs. I currently have Forest a 4 year old Norwegian elkhound who loves other doggies, people and food! I have experience as a dog walker full time during my studies where I walked up to 6 dogs at a time! Friends and colleagues have relied on me to look after their beloved pets for long periods of time. I currently have a slow paced work from home job where i have a lot of time to look after your beloved pets. I typically do not leave the house unless its for essential food shops or dog walks during the working day! At the weekend i like to explore and take Forest for walks in new places, this is my favourite hobby. I have a secure large fenced garden which has plenty of grass, paving and room to run around! Forest has a great time exploring the garden, sniffing the grass and rolling around on the stones. We have lots of toys and enrichment for him also.

Abbigael O.Star Sitter
“Abbigael is one of the few people I feel completely comfortable walking my dog. She has taken the time to listen to everything I had to say about his weird ways, and taken them on board. My dog responds to her brilliantly and is always excited to see her. He seems to know that she is in charge. Abbigael sends photos and feeedback on the walk. She has boarded Peanut for me and spent 2 nights in my home. She is a bubbly, friendly young woman and I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
