About: Hello we are Courtney and Dan, a Kiwi and Brit living in Brighton with our three year old daughter. We've been looking after doggos since living in NZ through fostering which included us then adopting our 9 year old Cavapoo called Arlo. We all made the move back (including Arlo) to the UK in 2023, to be closer to family. We recently had to say goodbye to our pup Arlo to doggy heaven and looking to pour our love into looking after your companion. Our home is close to the South Downs, perfect for long dog walks in the countryside. Please get in touch if this sounds of interest, we are happy to answer any questions you have, or schedule a meet with your pup. Dan works from home and I have taken a sabbatical, so the doggos will always have one of us to look after and play with them. We have a fully fenced enclosed garden giving room for your pup to run around or do their business in. We will love your dog like they are part of the family and ensure they are walked and played with.

About: I've always been an animal lovers, I go above and beyond when caring for any animal. I used to bring in wild life that was injured and if I hear a dog crying constantly, I find myself checking if it's ok. My friends and family always joke about how much I care for animals. Hi, people that know me know how much of an animal lover I am. Looking after animals especially dogs is very rewards as I lost my own dog after 14yrs in 2025. I shaved my hair a few years ago to raise money for an animal charity, because of Covid charities are struggling. I always give 110% because looking after animals isn`t a chore, it`s a satisfaction. I sometimes look after my friends dog and have boarded him at their house, also my neighbors cat when they go away. I am happy to stay overnight, this would be at the owners house rather than my own. I am happy to have a chat if someone has more question they would like to ask or find our more. Here are some quotes from people who know me - Julie M. Apr 08, 2025 I cannot recommend Lesley enough as someone who would care for your pets. She has a big heart filled with love and compassion for all animals. Sadly my own dog Doogie, a Cocker Spaniel, is no longer with us. Lesley would walk him and he would happily stay with her overnight. Doogie would greet Lesley as enthusiastically as he did me which I think speaks for itself. Lesley has owned her own dogs previously and I am confident that she is able to respond to the needs of any animals in an assured and responsible fashion. Sarah M. Apr 03, 2025 Lesley is a very warm, kind and caring person. Huge lover of all animals. Highly recommend her for pet sitting. Your pet will be very loved, cared for and in a very safe pair of hands. Lesley is also very professional, reliable and trustworthy. Glyn M. Apr 15, 2025 We have known Lesley and her family for over 25yrs. During this time they had their Jack Russel called Jack for over 17yrs. Lesley has always been very passionate about animals and has often championed there safety and welfare. Lesley is not afraid to challenge poor care and treatment of animals. Lesley was devoted to their "Jack" and his health and safety were paramount in him being part of their family. We have recently got our own dog and he has stayed with Lesley and she has stayed here at our own home with him and we are confident when leaving him that he will be well cared for and looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting their pets looked after by Lesley. Kind Regards Lesley I would board dogs at their own homes only, this can sometimes help if they are in a familiar environment. I have more time to look after other people's pets. I would follow instructions that owners have asked if me, I feel a routine will help with any pets anxieties. Give them cuddles if they let me and make sure they have food and water and either let them out or take them out to the toilet.

Ruby A.

“Came and met Toodles the cat initially and then as per the planned routine all seems ok and cat was quite happy on my return. Thank you Ruby”

Ben R.
“Caring, knowledgeable, calm and patient . I honestly can’t recommend Ben enough Bizarrely I first met Ben when he worked at my daughter’s nursery. He was outstanding there and was outstanding when caring for my animals. Not much phases him, we own reptiles and posh bugs and he was more than happy to look after and took the time get to know them which is rare. He was an absolute natural with my bearded dragon who isn’t the friendliest. He has cared for most of my babies now human and otherwise and I honestly can’t think of a better recommendation than that.”

“Jack was really great with Maisie and put our mind at ease leaving her while we went away :)”

Beth Y.
“Beth has walked my 2 dogs several times now. She is very professional and keeps me updated on how the walk is going. She regularly sends me pictures and videos I enjoy to watch. Would definitely recommend !”
