About: I’ve always have pets in my life since I was young. I’ve cared for cats, dogs of all sizes, fish, birds, mice, hamsters, rabbits, turtles and small snakes. This includes cats and dogs with special medical needs. My family, friends and coworkers often turn to me to care for their animals when they leave town, I’m always delighted to help. I have a small fenced in yard and access to large grassy areas for exercise if boarding at home. About: My house has been full of pets for as long as I can remember. I grew up with three cats of my own, both indoor and outdoor, as well as several family members dogs, including Cocker Spaniels and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I was also fortunate enough to spend time around neighborhood dogs that became a big part of my childhood. Over the years, my family has cared for many cats. We currently have six indoor cats ranging in age from nine years to six months. Every one of them was taken in as a stray when they were less than a month old, and we raised them ourselves. This was my first time ever leaving my dog with someone outside of family, so I was honestly very nervous. My dog is extremely shy, very attached to me, and doesn’t warm up to people easily.
