I was on a cruise, my dog was sick (at home), my son/dog sitter got sick and I needed someone to take my dog to the vet - Jalen said yes w/o hesitation! Safety, trust and a nurturing environment are essential in how I care for pets whether in my own home or at a clients residence. In my home I prepare a secure and pet friendly space free from hazards so pets can roam and place safely. I do regular walk, supervised playtime and personalized attention to ensure their physical mental well-being. I maintain a clean hygienic environment to promote health and comfort when caring for pets. At a client’s home I prioritize for familiarity and routine to minimize stress for the animals. I adhere closely to the owner’s instruction and maintain open communication for peace of mind.
