I was away for a little over a week and had the pleasant surprise of not only amazing pet sitters but also they cleaned up and made everything look as well, if not better, than it looked when I left. My babies were happy to see me and I could also tell they felt loved and cared for. You can’t go wrong with these amazing two people!
Kelly stayed at my house with my 13 year old border collie for two weeks. She did an excellent job! My border collie was having some health issues and Kelly was on top of everything. Plus this sit was over the holidays and Kelly made it work for all concerned. The house was very neat and clean when I returned home. My puppy was happy. I would definitely use Kelly again.
Matthew in a word is a lifesaver! My husband and I were grounded in New York due to a freak snow storm, and had no way of getting home on time. Matthew stepped right in and was able to petsit for an additional 4 nights without skipping a beat. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done without him. Travel is stressful, and rescheduling and rebooking all our appointments and details was harrowing. Knowing that the dogs were in great hands with Matthew took a huge weight off. Matthew sent plenty of updates, showing the dogs enjoying a sunny sit, and plenty of cuddles. Matthew also went above and beyond doing a vacuum for pet hair, washing sheets and replacing them on bed, and in general just being a solid and very responsive sitter. I 100% would recommend his services and already have him booked for our next trip.
This is the first time I've used Rover, and having someone staying in my home made me a little nervous. But when I met Beth (and daughter!), I knew my dog Yedemi would be comfortable and get great care.
