About: Hi there! I'm Elisa, a dedicated veterinary student with over a decade of animal care experience. I hold a Bachelors degree in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences from Penn State University and I'm currently pursuing a dual Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and Masters in Public Health program at Colorado State University. I’ve spent years working with animals in all kinds of settings—from shelters to emergency vet hospitals. I’ve worn many hats in the animal care world, including volunteer, veterinary assistant, receptionist, and technician. I’m also pet CPR and first aid certified, and I’ve completed dog and cat handling training through Providence Animal Center in Media, PA. Whether your pet needs a calm and capable sitter, a midday break, or just some loving companionship, I bring a high level of care, reliability, and compassion to every visit. As I pursue my studies to become a veterinarian, I’ve made time to be available for your pet’s needs. For the Summer 2026 season, I have open availability! If there are specific dates you are looking for, feel free to send a request to ensure they are not booked by another pet parent. For overnight petsitting, I can accomodate pets that require lots of care and attention. However, I do not believe I would be a good fit for pets that cannot be left alone for less than 4 hours a day. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping them comfortable, happy, and stress-free in their familiar environment. I stick closely to their usual routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medication, so they feel secure even when you're away. I take time to get to know each pet's personality, preferences, and needs to provide personalized, loving care. You can also trust that I’ll treat your home with the same respect and care I give your pet.

“Lewis was outstanding! We needed pet care at the last minute to travel out of town for a family funeral. Our dog is older and on special medicines. Lewis came for a meet and greet on short notice and took great care of our dog giving him all of his meds. My schedule is currently flexible and open, hours, weekends, and holidays. I am available for short notice stays or visits as well as extended stays.
