About: I have dogs in my life since childhood. I seem to have a draw and ease for dogs to come to me easily. I'm the one at the party talking to the animals. I can do over nights at your house. I have a 55 lbs gentle dog that can or cannot come with me to sit. I drop a grandchild off at school each morning around 8 a.m., i can be at your house until then, and return after dropping off. I do go to the rec center usually in a.m. a few days a week, but can work that schedule around your dog's. Dog walks happen when the air is warm enough for both dog and myself, aka warm enough on their feet. currently I live with my daughter and her family, so i am unable to do care for additional pets at our house. We do have a fenced in yard and doggie door for our dogs. Our dogs are walked daily at least once.

About: I’ve been pet-sitting for friends and family over the past few years, and it’s become something I truly enjoy. Most pets warm up to me pretty quickly, and I enjoy giving them the attention, care, and love they deserve. I like to get dogs out for plenty of walks. I know that leaving your pet in the care of someone new can be a leap of faith, so I’m happy to send plenty of pictures and updates. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they’re my own and want you to feel confident they’re in good hands while you’re away. My routine is flexible and centered around each cat’s needs. I typically start the day by feeding them, giving any medications if needed, and spending a few minutes offering attention and affection if they’re in the mood. I know every cat has a different personality and routine, so I’m happy to follow whatever schedule they’re used to. Some cats love company and plenty of petting, while others prefer a quiet day and their own space. I’m comfortable with both and let each cat set the pace while making sure they’re well cared for and comfortable. I know that trusting someone with your pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. I make it a priority to follow your instructions closely (a written list is extremely helpful), keep your cat’s routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they always have fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. I’m attentive to any changes in behavior and will communicate with you promptly if I notice anything concerning. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your cat is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. About: I've had pets since I can remember. Dogs, cats, a few farm animals. My dog passed recently and I dont feel ready to get a new pet yet. There's a hole though and I thought helping with the communities pets would help. I'm always the person at parties playing with the pets. I'm lucky that I work from home so I have the time to give someone else's pets all the love they could want. I work from home. Don't have kids. Life is flexible. I do travel for work sometimes but I wouldnt schedule anything during those weeks. I do mutual aid but its never an hour or two at a time. I have a fenced in backyard. I live close to a park. I walk a lot. Furniture is dog friendly. They would have lots of attention.

About: I have always had dogs in my life. I have ecpericance watching all different kinds of pups, I've worked with different ages, sizes, breeds, abilities, and needs. I have had practice admistering medication at feeding times, as well as watching up to 4 medium dogs at a time. I am a flexable college student that attends CSU, each of my days look a little different, although I can gaurentee the availibility to check up on your dog at least once every 3.5-4 hours! I can watch them for long or short periods of time, whatever works for you and the puppy! I care for my clients pets as I would care for my own. About: I have been around dogs for over 20 years. I can connect with them in ways others cannot. I have never had an issue with a dog and people often tell me that dogs love me. I am currently looking to take on as much as I can! I am a runner so if your dog likes going on runs I can take them with me or if they like the slower pace of walking I can do that too. Evelyn was wonderful! I loved that she was a vet tech. It made me feel like she would be able to deal with anything concerning my dogs. She interacted well with them and was able to get beyond their initial anxious barking. She won my pups over in no time. I know Dolly was a challenge initially but Evelyn won her over. Being a pm rescue, she has her quirks, but it is a good sign when she allows a stranger to give her a scratch. I was very comfortable with leaving them in her care. She updated me on their behavior, sent some pics and I came home to happy, well cared for pups and a clean house. I would highly recommend her. I would certainly use her again.
Alex did a wonderful job watching Beau and the house, going above and beyond to keep it clean when Beau had some accidents (which were more frequent than normal). However, Beau exhibited more signs of anxiety while we were away, leaving me to believe that he and Alex never quite clicked. While I would recommend Alex as a dog sitter and house sitter for any of your clients, I do not believe he is a good fit for our family.
