Jenna was amazing with our golden retriever. She gave him lots of love and attention. She was great communicating with us and sending pictures. We will use her again!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my most recent booking with Jenna. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a significant lack of professionalism and reliability. Jenna was scheduled to stay in my home for two nights to care for my dog and cat. Based on the circumstances and video footage from my Ring camera, I have serious concerns that she did not remain overnight for at least one of the scheduled evenings. The footage shows her deliberately avoiding the camera while leaving the property. She did not return until the following morning and was absent for extended periods during the day. As a result, my dog remained in his kennel for much of the weekend. On the final morning of the booking, Jenna informed me that she was not feeling well. There was no further communication after that message, and she departed my home at approximately 8:00 a.m., despite being scheduled to stay until noon. I had clearly communicated that I anticipated arriving home at 3:00 p.m., which meant my dog was again left in his kennel for an extended period. This experience was deeply disappointing. Given her status as a second-year DVM student, I expected a higher level of responsibility, transparency, and care.

Jenna was very responsive and kept us updated throughout our trip with photos and check in’s. She left the house just as clean as it was as when she arrived and our dog Honey seemed very content when we got back! It was reassuring knowing our dog was in good hands while we were away.

Jenna helped us out on short notice and did an amazing job of taking care of our dog Hank!

This is our second time booking with Jenna…the pets love her & she always communicates well. Would recommend!

Jenna takes such good care of our two old pups - even with their slow walks, medications, and fussy food requirements! We have used her for both overnight and daily visits. Highly recommend!
