About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was a young girl and truly love being around animals. While I only board dogs in our home, I’m also happy to care for cats in your home.I accept dogs of all ages as long as they are house-trained. As a stay-at-home mom, I have plenty of time to give your dog lots of love, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I enjoy going on walks, and we live near a dog park for pups who like to get out and explore. We’re always careful during feeding times and keep dogs separated to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. My kids (ages 11 and 15) are confident, gentle caregivers and are great at giving individual attention—especially if your pup is feeling a little unsure while away from you. I also have a dog-proof run that’s accessible through a dog door from our living room, plus a secure backyard where I can play ball and hang out with your dog for extra space to roam. Our family has used Rover sitters in the past for our own beloved dog, so I understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable with your sitter. I truly want to go the extra mile to make your dog feel safe, happy, and loved while in our care. I’m home Monday through Saturday nearly 24/7, aside from short errands. On Sundays, I am out of the house for a few hours in the morning. If your pet prefers not to be left alone, they’re welcome to come along with me. Your dog's comfort is my top priority. I work hard to provide a safe and clean environment. I can administer medications as long as thorough instructions are given. I am happy to bathe and brush your dog. Based on your dog's energy levels and your expectations, I am happy to walk him/her multiple times a day. Your dog has access to the dog run through the dog door. I can let them out into the back yard as well if they need more space or aren't trained to use a dog door. We live close to a dog park that I'd be happy to take your pup to if they love dog parks. We have a 20lb cockapoo who is usually reclusive when we host other dogs. She usually hangs in our room when we have other dogs in the house. I always separate the dogs if we leave to run errands just to be extra careful.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, but most of my pet care experience comes from my own dog, Tuna. I adopted Tuna in 2014, when he was a year old, and he lived with me for 12 wonderful years until he crossed the rainbow bridge in October 2025. I am becoming a Rover sitter to bring the companionship of a dog back into my life while offering other pet parents the highest level of dedicated care. Through caring for Tuna and my family's dogs over the years, I have extensive experience with all types of dogs, including highly active young adults and seniors requiring specialized care. As a former pet parent, I understand how stressful it is to leave your dog with someone else and trust they will be cared for as you would. I aim to ease that stress with loving, supportive, and dedicated care. I have included more detailed information on my experience below. Senior care: -Experienced in administering daily oral medications and supplements while managing strict dosing schedules. -Familiar with guiding dogs through physical therapy exercises, managing arthritis, and accommodating the slower pace of aging pets. -Experienced in managing complex nutritional needs, including transition care, dehydrated food, and preparing fresh meals from scratch. -Ability to manage specialized routines, including transporting pets to appointments such as veterinary acupuncture or maintaining routines for such appointments. Behavioral needs: -Experienced caring for a highly reactive dog with a history of abuse. -Familiar with reading dog body language, avoiding triggers during walks, and managing anxious or fearful dogs. -Skilled at establishing a calm, low-stress environment for dogs who need extra time to warm up to new people or spaces. Exercise needs: -Well-versed in safely handling dogs while hiking, camping, and swimming in the Colorado outdoors. -Accustomed to providing multiple structured walks a day, tailored to your dog's energy level. Hygiene needs: -Routine experience with monthly bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. I work almost entirely from home Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). While I keep regular work hours, my job offers excellent flexibility. This means your pup won't be left alone; I am readily available throughout the day for potty breaks, neighborhood walks, and dedicated playtime. If your pet requires a specific medication schedule, multiple feedings a day, or extra companionship while you are away, I can seamlessly integrate their routine into my workday. When your pet is with me, they are treated like family. I aim to provide a safe, structured, and deeply affectionate environment so you can have total peace of mind. If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.

About: Since a young age I've loved and cared for animals big and small. I grew up on a hobby farm with animals ranging from horses and chickens to dogs and cats. As an adult, I have had three dogs of my own (Rescued Aussie's & a Pommie) and a special needs cat who I had to administer sub-cutaneous fluids to on a weekly basis. My dogs have also needed medications administered and consider myself a geriatric pet specialist. I currently have a potty trained indoor rabbit who I absolutely adore. Between having pets of my own, I have taken the opportunity to care for other peoples animals through Trusted House Sitters where I have cared for up to 7 animals at a time (3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits). I love getting out for long walks, hikes and adventures with dogs as well as just snuggling up and giving fur babies lots of love and pets. I'm a huge animal lover of all sorts and would be honored to care for your pets! A little about me. I'm a mother of two school aged children, I stayed home with them when they were babies and am looking for flexible work while they are still young. I have nannied and cared for other families kids and pets for the last 2 years. I love caring for children both the human and the furry variety. I am looking to make pet care my full time work while my kids are in school. I love caring for animals and can't think of a better way to transition from being a stay at home mom back into working. I love getting to bring joy into your animals life while their favorite person is away as well as the variety of experiences that this job offers. I am very flexible during the weekdays and can occasionally cover nights and weekends-especially if I am hosting. I love dogs, cats, and rabbits. I'm happy to spend extra time getting to know each animal and give them the attention that they need, from medicine administration to extra reassurance and affection. I am also comfortable with horses and farm animals. I can travel to care for most animals or host dogs at my house. I have a fully fenced yard centrally located in Boulder County. We have one super friendly border collie/aussie mix dog who loves everyone she meets.

About: I’ve been pet-sitting for friends and family over the past few years, and it’s become something I truly enjoy. Most pets warm up to me pretty quickly, and I enjoy giving them the attention, care, and love they deserve. I like to get dogs out for plenty of walks. I’ve found that regular exercise is one of the best ways to keep them calm, especially if they are anxious while you’re gone. Cats will get lots of petting and playtime as well. I know that leaving your pet in the care of someone new can be a leap of faith, so I’m happy to send plenty of pictures and updates. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they’re my own and want you to feel confident they’re in good hands while you’re away. My routine is flexible and centered around each cat’s needs. I typically start the day by feeding them, giving any medications if needed, and spending a few minutes offering attention and affection if they’re in the mood. I know every cat has a different personality and routine, so I’m happy to follow whatever schedule they’re used to. Some cats love company and plenty of petting, while others prefer a quiet day and their own space. I’m comfortable with both and let each cat set the pace while making sure they’re well cared for and comfortable. I know that trusting someone with your pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. I make it a priority to follow your instructions closely (a written list is extremely helpful), keep your cat’s routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they always have fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. I’m attentive to any changes in behavior and will communicate with you promptly if I notice anything concerning. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your cat is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I treat every home with respect and always leave it just as I found it.
