About: Hello there! My name is Danielle and I would love to spend some time with your fur babies! I grew up with a bunch of pups running around (although I do not have any of my own now) and I have been sitting through Rover for almost 10 years, so I have a lot of experience to bring to the table :) Most of my experience is with rescue pups (including any quirks that they may have because of this) but over the years I've stayed with a bunch of elderly pets who require extra attention, meds, specialized care, etc. But I love to take care of all types of animals - I've been tasked to care for dogs and cats but other animals as well including lizards/bearded dragons, a few different types of large birds and even donkeys! I'm happy to work with you to provide the best care to your fur babies while I am watching them. I know different dogs and even different breeds can have wildly different needs and my goal is to keep them as calm and happy as possible while you are away. All my services are in your home only, including day care. Drop ins are for visits less than 1 hour (sometimes multiples per day), Day Care is longer visits (usually between 4-8 hours per day) but no overnights and housesitting is full time, 24 hour care including overnights. ***Rover has taken away full autonomy of our calendars. The Rover calendar only shows approx 80% of my housesitting availability. To see all available days (I update frequently), please look under "Availability" I freelance so I can work from home (aka right from your couch or home office.) As long as you can share your wifi password, I can be with them as needed. I can easily make sure I'm there to check in on them/work around their schedule. I'll most likely be with them more often than not during the day, and can stay with them all night as well. **Rover's housesitting calender only shows about 80% of my availability, below lists my full availability. I'll update regularly. If you're looking for something farther out/not listed, I'd love to hear from you! Available Housesitting Dates 2026 Sept 26-28th Oct 10-15th Oct 18-Oct 22nd Nov 22-27th I will treat your pets and your home like it's my own. I will try my best to keep your fur babies on their normal, daily schedule. The only difference is that I would be the human doing the feeding, walking, snuggling, etc instead of the pet parent(s). I find this works best for most pets, and their parents, especially if there is any separation anxiety. During our meet and greet, I'll ask all about their daily schedule so I know how to best care for your fur babies during my stay. I work from home (aka right from your couch or home office), so I can be there with them most of the day and cater to their normal daily schedule :) Please be aware - during extreme temperature months, outside time (walks, etc) may be modified for everyone's health and safety. For example, in the winter/cold months, walks will primarily be done around mid day when it is warmest and during summer, walks would be done early or late to avoid the hottest times of the day. I am happy to discuss this with you during our meet and greet to come to an arrangement that works for everyone
“George and Abigail are fantastic dog sitters. You can see they really love all dogs. Our dog Luna can be timid, but she gets so excited to go to their house. Her new besties are Mac and Gus, their dogs. She has a great time playing all day. I would highly recommend them for any type of Pet care !”

“Andrea and Pumpkin were great! We were able to do a meet and greet with them a few days before my dogs dog day care stay, which was very much appreciated! Andrea provided updates and pictures throughout the day and was very accommodating for my dog. Thank you again Andrea!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, but most of my pet care experience comes from my own dog, Tuna. I adopted Tuna in 2014, when he was a year old, and he lived with me for 12 wonderful years until he crossed the rainbow bridge in October 2025. I am becoming a Rover sitter to bring the companionship of a dog back into my life while offering other pet parents the highest level of dedicated care. Through caring for Tuna and my family's dogs over the years, I have extensive experience with all types of dogs, including highly active young adults and seniors requiring specialized care. As a former pet parent, I understand how stressful it is to leave your dog with someone else and trust they will be cared for as you would. I aim to ease that stress with loving, supportive, and dedicated care. I have included more detailed information on my experience below. Senior care: -Experienced in administering daily oral medications and supplements while managing strict dosing schedules. -Familiar with guiding dogs through physical therapy exercises, managing arthritis, and accommodating the slower pace of aging pets. -Experienced in managing complex nutritional needs, including transition care, dehydrated food, and preparing fresh meals from scratch. -Ability to manage specialized routines, including transporting pets to appointments such as veterinary acupuncture or maintaining routines for such appointments. Behavioral needs: -Experienced caring for a highly reactive dog with a history of abuse. -Familiar with reading dog body language, avoiding triggers during walks, and managing anxious or fearful dogs. -Skilled at establishing a calm, low-stress environment for dogs who need extra time to warm up to new people or spaces. Exercise needs: -Well-versed in safely handling dogs while hiking, camping, and swimming in the Colorado outdoors. -Accustomed to providing multiple structured walks a day, tailored to your dog's energy level. Hygiene needs: -Routine experience with monthly bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. I work almost entirely from home Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). While I keep regular work hours, my job offers excellent flexibility. This means your pup won't be left alone; I am readily available throughout the day for potty breaks, neighborhood walks, and dedicated playtime. If your pet requires a specific medication schedule, multiple feedings a day, or extra companionship while you are away, I can seamlessly integrate their routine into my workday. When your pet is with me, they are treated like family. I aim to provide a safe, structured, and deeply affectionate environment so you can have total peace of mind. If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.
“From start to finish I was absolutely amazed by the kindness and professionalism that I was shown! I always appreciate when my pup can do a meet and greet so I can have the peace of mind knowing he is comfortable in the environment I am leaving him in. During the stay I got pictures of how well my baby was doing. And when I had an unexpected trip to urgent care for my family member they were able to keep my pup happy for a bit longer than what was planned. He came home and crashed because he was so tired from his big play date! 10/10 would recommend!!”

“Destiny did a wonderful job taking care of my pug, Percy! Her communication was excellent, and she truly went above and beyond, she even brought her sweet puppy, Koda over beforehand so the dogs could meet. Koda is also very friendly, and, sweet! I highly recommend Destiny to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and attentive rover.”

About: I grew up with many animals from puppies to seniors. In the last 5 years I decided to take it on as more of a side gig to be able to do something I love in my free time. I have many references as family, friends, and co-workers have relied and trusted me throughout the years to look after their fur babies. I'm currently a stay at home mom so I will have plenty of time to care for your fur baby as well! My schedule is very open and I'm willing to work around your schedule any day of the week. I unfortunately do not have a fenced in yard, but there is plenty of grass and room to go on walks and play at my apartment complex. I will make sure your pet feels at home and safe with me to care for them.
About: NEW: I have added daycare and overnight boarding in my home for dogs and cats. I am retired so your pets will have extra love and attention. All animals coming into our home must be healthy and UTD on all vaccines. l have always had a special connection with cats. My favorite experiences are when I go to someone's house and am petting the cat I have just met and the cat parent exclaims that their cat won't go to anyone else. When looking for a part-time job I could do after retirement, my daughter suggested I offer cat-sitting since she knows how much I love cats and they love me. I regularly take care of her kitties. I decided that was a terrific suggestion and I started my business as the Cat Lady without a Cat. I am now doing long term foster care for Sugar, a 19 year old sweet kitty who lost her home when her owner had to move away to assisted living. I also have a sweet dog named Jud, 45 pounds, who loves all dogs (and is neutral with cats) but hates going for walks. I would love to drop-in and play with, take care of, and love your cat(s) or small dog or have them visit me in my home. I have a nice sized fenced in backyard for the dogs. I love dogs but only do dog walking by special request and review. I love to play with them in the yard or house though and can take them out to relieve themselves if no yard. I have regularly taken care of my sweet grand-dog and have had many dogs over the years. Your dog would receive just as much love and attention as your cat. I am insured and bonded. I love sharing cute photos so I post pictures on social media of my clients unless instructed not to. Thank you. I'm retired so I have a lot of flexibility in my daily schedule unless I'm traveling. I serve Loveland and surrounding communities weekdays, weekends, and holidays. I first greet them and give them love if they want it. I take care of feeding, water, and litter/letting outside as necessary. Then it is play time or cuddle time! For boarding or daycare, I have a ranch style home with a nice size backyard with a 6 foot fence. My dog Jud loves playtime with other dogs but also loves naptime. Jud is ambivalent with cats. My cat has her own room to retreat to when we have visiting pets.
“Paisley always has a full day with Joanne. The dogs are all well cared for, walked, playing in the yard, hiking by the river, or passed out . P You s always happy and sleepy. Joanne has a a blessing!”

“Avery and Ellie must of had a great time they were so tired when we picked them up. Cadence was a good sitter, sent pictures and updates on a regular basis. I will definitely use her again when I am in the area”

“Trixie has so much fun going to see Amelia and playing with her 2 dogs. I get pictures throughout the day, and Trixie is so happy and also worn out from playing when I pick her up. Great sitter!”

“Kristin and Andy were absolutely amazing. We have never used a sitter before and I was so nervous. They sent pictures, videos and updates throughout the day and it really helped. They took the best care of our pups, even though they were very anxious. Highly recommend them :)”

“Our puppy was right at home with Shy! It was our girl’s first day away from us and she had a wonderful time. She didn’t even want to leave when we went to pick her up? Will definitely be a return customer!”

Breanna is very responsive and reliable with taking care of our baby boy. His first time at the daycare with Breanna was stress-free and thankfully she accepted our urgent request for our trip visiting Denver. Her pets are friendly to our pup as well. Thank you!

Jessie has been great with my sensitive dog, Bagel. We just moved to the area and needed a dog sitter for a couple of longer work days while Bagel acclimates to a new environment. Jessie made sure she got plenty of attention, cuddles and exercise on walks and in her fenced in yard space. Bagel is excited to see her new friend again soon!

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Campion commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
