Dog lover who's active and caring
I have been boarding and walking dogs through Rover for years now. I live on my own with my 9 year old male lab mix. We love walking, hiking, snoozing on the couch, and hanging out in the backyard. I have gone through dog training courses and have experience handling various breeds and sizes. I'd love for your dog to spend the day with me and my Beau dog! I am working full time (hybrid remote - so I leave for a few hours at a time once or twice a day during the work week). A typical day for me is walking Beau for 20-30min in the morning and then I leave late morning for an hour or so and come back to spend the afternoon at the house where I spend time in my backyard. I wall Beau again for about 20-30 minutes before dinner and then give him another potty break before bedtime. On the weekends, I like to take Beau on a longer leashed walk at Rivers Edge or some lake path. We call Beau, “the therapy dog for dogs." He has yet to meet a dog he doesn't get along with. He's independent and likes to hunt bunnies and go for walks. I have an awesome 2 mile paved walk outside my house that is away from major roads, follows a creek, and ends at an open space park.

Jessie provided a relaxing environment for Bailey, our 13 year old lab. Beau seemed to be a gr at for for company for her. Jessie sent update and picture/ and was flexible with drop off and pick up time. Thanks Jessie!

Jessie has been great with my sensitive dog, Bagel. We just moved to the area and needed a dog sitter for a couple of longer work days while Bagel acclimates to a new environment. Jessie made sure she got plenty of attention, cuddles and exercise on walks and in her fenced in yard space. Bagel is excited to see her new friend again soon!
We rarely board our 11 year old dachshund, Scarlett. She is a very important part of our family. It did not make sense to take her on our 2 week trip. We had meet/greets with several options, but felt like Jessie was the right fit. Jessie sent us regular updates with photos, which reassured us that Scarlett was just fine. We would definitely use Jessie again. Highly recommend.
Saint had a great time with Jessie and Beau!! I felt very confident leaving him with her. :)
We had a great experience boarding our dog with Jessie. Communication was spot on and she was definitely a caring dog & people person. Other positives: Her dog Beau was laid back and good at meet n greet & she took extra time to exercise our very active dog with walks and fetch in the nearby river.
