About: Since a young age I've loved and cared for animals big and small. I grew up on a hobby farm with animals ranging from horses and chickens to dogs and cats. As an adult, I have had three dogs of my own (Rescued Aussie's & a Pommie) and a special needs cat who I had to administer sub-cutaneous fluids to on a weekly basis. My dogs have also needed medications administered and consider myself a geriatric pet specialist. I currently have a potty trained indoor rabbit who I absolutely adore. It was like he knew they were the best!!! I got the best photos of him and was so surprised to see my independent little old man snuggling and smiling! Even though I do not have children in my home I do want for my grandsons (5&7) to be safe and comfortable visiting at times. Therefore, I choose not to watch dogs that do not do well with children or if the owner is unsure about their dog with children. I regret to mention I would not be willing to watch pit mixes. I cannot recommend Anna and her husband enough as sitters. They were extremely great with my dogs. My pups always came home happy and tired. Before this I had never felt super comfortable leaving my pets with someone other than family however they dealt with them superbly. They were extremely flexible and understanding with my schedule and very reasonably priced. My older Pyrenees who is a little bit timid was very comfortable after a few visits with them, and enjoyed going for doggy Daycare. I know my dogs' needs were met above and beyond as far as care goes. For anyone looking for a reasonably priced sitter who does an amazing job I would surely suggest them.
