About: Hello🐾 I’m Karys. I’m a full time college student with hands on experience in veterinary medicine and animal shelters. I am passionate for animal care and love giving pets personalized attention so they feel comfortable and happy in their own routine. I harness trained my cat for outdoor walks and car rides, which is something we both enjoy and makes spending time together fun and engaging. I like taking pets out on little adventures, like an afternoon hike/ trip to the park, or a quiet afternoon on the couch together watching a show. I have open availability! I’m a full-time online student with a self-paced schedule, so we can coordinate days and times that work best for both of us. I have open availability! As a full-time online student with a self paced schedule, I’m happy to coordinate days and times that work best for you and your pet.

About: While my experience caring for pets professionally is limited, I worked in healthcare for a short stint out of high school, delivering medical oxygen supplies to peoples homes, and setting up the equipment for patients. One of my favorite parts of the job was when the patients had pets! Frequently, their pets warmed up to me as soon as I was welcomed in to do my work, which would always brighten up my day. Of course, I have pets myself. I've been caring for my cat, Winslow, for about a year and a half now. He's fantastically affectionate and he's been an excellent companion in my home. I also help my parents with their cats, since I live with them at the moment. As one last note, at my last job I attained a CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Human focused, of course, but I stilled learned the signs of a crisis in living beings and what to do when life hangs in the balance. I hope never to have to use said skills, but if a pet has a delicate health situation, I am equipped to get them the help they need if things take a turn for the worse. I am between jobs at the moment, so my schedule is about as open as it gets. I have my own responsibilities to tend to with my cat, but my parents can take care of him if your furry friend needs me around all day. First things first is a meet and greet to make sure your pet is comfortable around me. Once your pet and I have made each-other's acquaintance, we'll talk about how you usually go about caring for them yourself so we don't throw a wrench in their habits. If you're having me spend time in your home, we'll talk about how you expect me to conduct myself while house sitting.
“My little guy is a tough cookie to crack. He is a bit worried and stand off-ish with new people. Thank you Izzy for being as calm and patient as you were with him! He came around to you ❣️”

About: I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, fish, birds, horses, reptiles, and exotic animals. I also volunteered at a wildlife sanctuary, where I worked with horses and a variety of exotic species. That experience taught me how to understand animal behavior, stay calm in new situations, and provide patient, attentive care. I know every pet has its own personality, routine, and needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, quiet companionship, playtime, or simply sticking to their daily schedule, I’ll treat them with kindness, patience, and the same level of care I’d want for my own animals. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pets are safe, happy, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. I recently graduated from high school and currently have an open, flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Because pet sitting is my primary focus right now, I’m available for morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend visits. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and any special needs. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality so I can help them feel comfortable and keep their routine as normal as possible while you’re away. In your home, I’ll respect your space, keep it clean and secure, and provide regular updates with photos so you know your pet is happy and doing well.
“I can always rely on Robin when we need a dog walker. She is great! My dog created a mess with her automatic dog feeder and Robin was kind enough to clean it up. She is also great at communicating. I would highly recommend her!”

About: Hello! My name is Khristina. I’m a remote working RN in Colorado. I started using Rover back in college and loved caring for pets of all kinds—each one with their own personality and quirks! My husband and I took a 2 year break from Rover to focus on caring for our sweet senior dog, Moses, who sadly passed last year. After having time to mourn and adjust to the loss, we are ready to open our hearts and home again to caring for others’ pets and treating them like our own. We offer boarding, doggy daycare, drop-in visits and dog walking. If you’re outside my service area, I’m happy to discuss a small mileage fee or flexible options. We do not have any pets or children in the house. Boarding and Doggy Daycare: - We will only watch one pet at a time unless they are from the same household. - We do not allow pets on furniture. - We prefer to do meet and greets beforehand. We may have more questions before booking if that is not possible. I’m very familiar for caring for our aging friends and understand how hard it can be to take time for ourselves while worrying about them. I am familiar with complex medication regimes, mobility assistance and wound management. If you have any questions or would like to talk about your pet’s specific needs, I’d love to connect! My husband and I both work from home. Normally I work 3 x 12 hour shifts a week. This gives me a lot of free time that I like to fill by watching your furry loved one. I have a fenced in yard that is perfect for pups to sunbath and get for added outdoor time, but it is not a grass area. Dogs will need to be able to walk on a leash. Our house has a few steps in the front that a dog will have to go down to get outside. We have most supplies needed for dogs from beds, crates, toys and bowls.
About: I’m a caring, loving and energetic person who loves animals. I have worked with dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, bunnies and horses. I love to give animals all kinds of love and treats. For long term care I provide pup cups from Starbucks or DQ and lots of cuddles. For extended stays I love spoiling animals with food, treats, cuddles as we watch a movie and provide basic cleaning for the house. I’m a graduate student at CSU and my classes are online so I have tons of flexibility to be there for your animals. I live in Longmont but willing to drive as south to Arvada, or north towards Fort Collins. I love to give pets a nice brush out and scratches, then we go for a walk or type of excersise do half hour with a treat and cuddles at the end of the day. I like to use pet safe sun block on dogs and shoes on pavement depending on the temperature outside. Also bring snacks and water for your pets while we do our walk.
About: I have experience taking care of both cats and dogs! I’ve had my 22 year old cat all my life and my German Shepard for 10 years now. I’m a very patient and hard worker and do not mind scooping poop, long walks, or preparing elaborate meals. I am doing Rover full time so my schedule is wide open. I currently live with a roommate who I share my dog and cat with- which means they can easily take over my home duties if you need me overnight or to supervise during the day- time is no issue! I’m very flexible! I leave no bone unturned! I’m a very tidy person and am always quick to clean up litter boxes, animal poop, or “happy accidents” as they call it. I always keep bags with me and will be happy to clean the bowls your pet eats out of. I also clean litter boxes!

About: I will love your fur baby as my own—because I know how much they mean to you. Having someone care for your pet shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. My goal is to provide loving, reliable care at a fair price, so you can travel stress-free. I have my own friendly pup who would love to play and keep your dog company, so your fur baby won’t just be watched—they’ll have fun, stay active, and feel right at home. It’s like a vacation for you and for them 🐶✨ I’m experienced with active, social dogs and understand how important routine, attention, and comfort are. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or cuddles, your pet will be safe, happy, and loved here. You’ll also get regular updates and photos, so you always know your baby is doing great 🐾 We have a hybrid schedule — I work from home three days a week, and my husband works remotely full-time — so there’s always someone home. We’re able to provide potty breaks every 2 hours, and we love going on walks in our calm, quiet neighborhood, which is close to trails and parks. I live in an awesome area surrounded by friendly dogs - my house has a fenced yard for them to play all day. We live walking distance from trials and parks.
About: I live in a very full and very happy home of five rescue doggos and a cat-that-thinks-she-is-a-dog. Needless to say, I juggle many different personalities, needs, and quirks every day. I feel most fulfilled getting to know animals for who they are and building trust at their own pace. I use positive reinforcement and pay close attention to behavioral cues, especially with dogs who are anxious, fearful, or need a little extra patience. I have hands-on experience managing multi-dog dynamics, including situations with food or fear aggression, so I’m very intentional about following each pet’s specific routine and your instructions. Alongside pet care, I’ve spent nearly two decades teaching dance to all ages, which taught me how to corral a group of strong personalities. The skills translate well: patience, awareness, and keeping structure and calm when things get a little unpredictable. At the end of the day, I treat every animal like a whole little person—just one who might occasionally eat something they absolutely shouldn’t. I keep a flexible schedule and can accommodate a range of routines. I book thoughtfully so I can be fully present, reliable, and consistent for your pets. My approach centers on safety, trust, and a calm, low-stress environment. I follow routines closely, read each pet’s cues, and let them warm up at their own pace so they feel secure and understood—not overwhelmed.
About: Currently just a kitty mom. Ive had dogs all through my life and believe rescue is the best breed. Every pet deserves to have a fun playful time even if its just a quick drop in. I have also administered medication to dogs and cats. I am currently working remotely and have flexibility in my schedule. Typically early mornings and afternoons are best. We can modify as needed for on-going care. I will ensure the home is locked back up. In addition, treat your home with respect and privacy.and of course the main reason I am there, your pets will be treated with love and kindness.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
