About: I live in a very full and very happy home of five rescue doggos and a cat-that-thinks-she-is-a-dog. Needless to say, I juggle many different personalities, needs, and quirks every day. I feel most fulfilled getting to know animals for who they are and building trust at their own pace. I use positive reinforcement and pay close attention to behavioral cues, especially with dogs who are anxious, fearful, or need a little extra patience. I have hands-on experience managing multi-dog dynamics, including situations with food or fear aggression, so I’m very intentional about following each pet’s specific routine and your instructions. Alongside pet care, I’ve spent nearly two decades teaching dance to all ages, which taught me how to corral a group of strong personalities. I am a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet mom with a home full of personalities - including 4 dogs (Great Dane puppy mixes, a Great Pyr mix, and a senior pittie who keeps things interesting) and 3 cats. Because of that, I am super comfortable with all sizes, breeds, and temperaments - from giant, high energy dogs, to tiny sensitive guys who need a little extra love, and even the occasional grumpy senior. I truly understand how important it is to keep pets in their normal routine while you're away and I have experience with training, medicine administration, and specialized diets as well as feeding schedules. My goal during every interaction with your babies is to make them as comfy as possible while maintaining their routine, and make them feel loved while their people are away. About: I've taken care of animals my whole life. I even have a special bond with animals because I understand them and get a long with them better than people. My friends and family have always relied on me to take care of their animals because they know that they will be good hands. I am currently not working so I have a lot of flexibility during the day. I also have a 7 year old son so when school gets out, I do have to pick him up from school. I have 2 cats who are free to roam around the house. I currently do not have any dogs but only because I have a low fence.

About: Hi, I’m Ashley and I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I recently moved to the area from Florida where I ran an animal rescue for four years. I have tons of experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes and temperaments. I also have a lot of experience with animals with medical issues who need medication or extra care. I am a stay at home mom so I have lots of time to dedicate to caring for your pets! We go on at least one walk in the morning and I have a large yard with a privacy fence for additional exercise and potty breaks throughout the day. The rest of our day can be easily modified to make your pet as comfortable as possible. I have a large fully fenced yard as well as several nice parks near by that we love to walk around. I can crate your pet if that’s what their used to along with providing structured play and enrichment activities.

About: I have always been around animals, never in my life have I not had a dog. Growing up I volunteered at the local animal shelter walking, training and taking care of the animals there. Once I got my own car I started sitting for friends and family. As a massage therapist I took animal massage courses in school, I am very comfortable handling animals. Pet TV is a great option for their environment while you are away and a new person is in their home too. I like to stick to a rhythm or routine. As I enter their palace, I introduce myself gently by using a high pitched soft tone and a treat. Then, I let them sniff me out before they welcome me through. Any grievances? No siree! Next, I like to start feedings and medications after activities. But, I take it at their pace. Afterwards, I will take care of cleaning & notes before my departure from their palace. I bring many years of experience caring for both cats and dogs—including my own—so I understand how important it is to have someone dependable caring for your pets while you’re away. My two cats, Tigerlily (13) and Tanner (10), are a big part of my life and have been with me since they were young. Tigerlily was rescued from a college parking lot and is a total princess who loves sunbathing and will absolutely let you know when she wants treats or the blinds opened so she can soak up the sun. Tanner is my “foster fail,” adopted after I took in her and her siblings from a difficult situation involving stray cats being poisoned in the neighborhood. She is very playful and rambunctious, but also one of the best cuddle buddies. I grew up with dogs and still have a beloved family dog who lives with my parents. I’m very active and enjoy taking dogs on long walks and making sure they get both exercise and enrichment. I also have experience with feral and unsocialized cats, so I’m comfortable working with a wide range of temperaments, routines, and needs. I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate midday check-ins and sometimes last-minute bookings. I’m always happy to tailor my visits to your pet’s personality and routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
