About: Hi! I am a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet mom with a home full of personalities - including 4 dogs (Great Dane puppy mixes, a Great Pyr mix, and a senior pittie who keeps things interesting) and 3 cats. Because of that, I am super comfortable with all sizes, breeds, and temperaments - from giant, high energy dogs, to tiny sensitive guys who need a little extra love, and even the occasional grumpy senior. I truly understand how important it is to keep pets in their normal routine while you're away and I have experience with training, medicine administration, and specialized diets as well as feeding schedules. My goal during every interaction with your babies is to make them as comfy as possible while maintaining their routine, and make them feel loved while their people are away. I am especially patient with shy, anxious, or older pets and always adjust my approach based on what they need. I also know how important communication is, so you will get updates and photos regularly! As a pet mom myself, I know how much trust it takes to leave your babies with someone, so I make sure to treat every pet like they're my own! I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate most drop-in visits, feeding schedules, potty breaks, and pet care routines throughout the day. Since caring for my own pets is already a part of my daily routine, providing reliable and consistent care for other pets fits very naturally into my schedule. I care for every pet based on their individual needs and routine. I am used to managing multiple pets with different personalities, feeding schedules, diets, and energy levels. Safety, consistency and comfort are always my priority. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets get plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, fresh food & water, meds if needed, and love! I am happy to follow specific instructions closely. I am also open to pet sitting in my home for animals who are dog, cat and kid friendly. My home is very pet-centered, and I understand how important it is for animals to feel safe and cared for.

I have extensive experience handling pets of all sizes. Whether you are in need of a one time service or extended service, it would be a pleasure to care for your fur baby. I have a pretty flexible schedule. I am typically available every day of the week. I am available to provide services/potty breaks every 4-8 hours. If I am caring for a pet in your home, I follow all instructions provided to me to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet. If caring for a pet in my own home, I ensure safe introduction of pets (in a neutral environment). I also ensure they have their own space. Pets would not be left unsupervised while care is being provided.

About: While my experience caring for pets professionally is limited, I worked in healthcare for a short stint out of high school, delivering medical oxygen supplies to peoples homes, and setting up the equipment for patients. One of my favorite parts of the job was when the patients had pets! Frequently, their pets warmed up to me as soon as I was welcomed in to do my work, which would always brighten up my day. Of course, I have pets myself. I've been caring for my cat, Winslow, for about a year and a half now. He's fantastically affectionate and he's been an excellent companion in my home. I also help my parents with their cats, since I live with them at the moment. As one last note, at my last job I attained a CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Human focused, of course, but I stilled learned the signs of a crisis in living beings and what to do when life hangs in the balance. I hope never to have to use said skills, but if a pet has a delicate health situation, I am equipped to get them the help they need if things take a turn for the worse. I am between jobs at the moment, so my schedule is about as open as it gets. I have my own responsibilities to tend to with my cat, but my parents can take care of him if your furry friend needs me around all day. First things first is a meet and greet to make sure your pet is comfortable around me. Once your pet and I have made each-other's acquaintance, we'll talk about how you usually go about caring for them yourself so we don't throw a wrench in their habits. If you're having me spend time in your home, we'll talk about how you expect me to conduct myself while house sitting.

About: I've taken care of a variety of dog breeds sense I was young as I grew up with dogs. From Saint Bernard's and Chows, to pomeranians and chihuahuas. I also have taken care of other animals such as cats, chickens, horses, turtles, lizards, and even a snake! I'm a student at the university during the afternoon, so during the morning and after 3pm I'm free to spend all the time needed with your furry friends to make them feel loved! I can stay as long as needed to make sure your pet is doing great. I will do everything I can to make sure any routine for your furry friend is kept in place while you're away. No food routine or ritual is too complex. More than willing to walk dogs and make sure they stretch their legs. Will always make sure the house is safe and untouched when I leave.

We go on at least one walk in the morning and I have a large yard with a privacy fence for additional exercise and potty breaks throughout the day. I like to stick to a rhythm or routine. As I enter their palace, I introduce myself gently by using a high pitched soft tone and a treat. Then, I let them sniff me out before they welcome me through. Any grievances? No siree! Next, I like to start feedings and medications after activities. But, I take it at their pace. Afterwards, I will take care of cleaning & notes before my departure from their palace. I have been working in the veterinary field for 20+ years including some years in emergency and specialty medicine. I began pet sitting many years ago before college, I love taking care of pets on a regular basis and getting to know their favorite things and places to go. I always go above and beyond when I take care of your pet and home while you are away and always make sure to keep you updated with pictures and text or written notes about each stay or visit so you can know how your pet is doing! I have a vast amount of experience with medications, orthopedic care, senior pet care, pets with neurological disorders, post-surgical care, and so much more. I am upfront and honest about my schedule in advance so that you know what to expect. I am working as an emergency technician currently and my hours can vary. With planning, I can ensure I’m available to help out where I can! I routinely check your property for any damage to fences, open gates, or dangerous debris. On walks I make sure to have a well fitted harness or collar (harnesses are preferred) to prevent your baby from slipping loose in the event they get startled or spooked.
