About: Cats, dogs, ferrets, guinea pigs, lizards, tortoises, rabbits. I'm very familiar and comfortable caring for them all! Giant breeds to tea-cups, I have been around dogs my entire life. I have lived with or been pet-parent to Great Danes, St. Bernards and German Shepherds, all the way to Chihuahuas, Cocker Spaniels and Poodles. Puppies to seniors, healthy to ailing, I have dealt with a lot! My two-legged babies are grown and I've been a stay-at-home-mom for 25 years, so my schedule is EXTREMELY flexible. I try to accommodate my clients' schedules as much as possible, and can usually do so with little notice. I have no issue with early morning or late night (bedtime) drop-ins. I have a yard fenced with a 6 foot privacy fence. Our neighborhood is extremely dog friendly and we do have a lake with a 1 mile trail around it and lots of sidewalks for walking. My husband loves animals, also, and is always willing to give a hand wherever it's needed.

About: Hi! My name is Amanda! I am a Registered Veterinary Technician, and making sure pets are happy and healthy is my number one passion! I have been working in the veterinary field for 20+ years including some years in emergency and specialty medicine. I began pet sitting many years ago before college, I love taking care of pets on a regular basis and getting to know their favorite things and places to go. I always go above and beyond when I take care of your pet and home while you are away and always make sure to keep you updated with pictures and text or written notes about each stay or visit so you can know how your pet is doing! I have a vast amount of experience with medications, orthopedic care, senior pet care, pets with neurological disorders, post-surgical care, and so much more. I am upfront and honest about my schedule in advance so that you know what to expect. I am working as an emergency technician currently and my hours can vary. With planning, I can ensure I’m available to help out where I can! I routinely check your property for any damage to fences, open gates, or dangerous debris. On walks I make sure to have a well fitted harness or collar (harnesses are preferred) to prevent your baby from slipping loose in the event they get startled or spooked.

About: While my experience caring for pets professionally is limited, I worked in healthcare for a short stint out of high school, delivering medical oxygen supplies to peoples homes, and setting up the equipment for patients. One of my favorite parts of the job was when the patients had pets! Frequently, their pets warmed up to me as soon as I was welcomed in to do my work, which would always brighten up my day. Of course, I have pets myself. I've been caring for my cat, Winslow, for about a year and a half now. He's fantastically affectionate and he's been an excellent companion in my home. I also help my parents with their cats, since I live with them at the moment. As one last note, at my last job I attained a CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Human focused, of course, but I stilled learned the signs of a crisis in living beings and what to do when life hangs in the balance. I hope never to have to use said skills, but if a pet has a delicate health situation, I am equipped to get them the help they need if things take a turn for the worse. I am between jobs at the moment, so my schedule is about as open as it gets. I have my own responsibilities to tend to with my cat, but my parents can take care of him if your furry friend needs me around all day. First things first is a meet and greet to make sure your pet is comfortable around me. Once your pet and I have made each-other's acquaintance, we'll talk about how you usually go about caring for them yourself so we don't throw a wrench in their habits. If you're having me spend time in your home, we'll talk about how you expect me to conduct myself while house sitting.

About: I've had dogs of all sizes my entire 26 years of life. I have always rescued my dogs from shelters. My current dog is a three legged mixed female. She gets along great with others. I believe that every dog deserves to have a fun playful time. I have also administered medication to dogs and cats. I work part time and have fairly flexible schedule as I am home most of the day. I'm a middle school sports coach, so I do have games occasionally but am very flexible. I have a 3 year old mixed girl who has three legs. Don't let that fool you though. She is strong and determined to keep all bunnies out of yard. She is great with other dogs as long as they are willing to play. I live in a mobile home but walk constantly and go outside. We have a cable we usually hook her up to when I'm watering or doing yard work. I can go to nearby dog parks and take long walks to get all that energy out. I also move furniture out of the living room occassionally and let my pup run around inside when it's way too cold outside for her and she loves it.

About: Animals have always been my passion, and I’ve dedicated my professional life and education to caring for them. After two years of working in a doggy daycare environment, I’ve seen it all! From the "zoomies" of a new puppy to the slow, comfortable pace of a senior dog, I find joy in providing the specific type of love each dog needs. Because I am studying to be a Vet Tech and hold certifications in CPR and First Aid, you can enjoy your time away with total peace of mind. I don’t just watch pets; I advocate for their well-being and make sure they feel right at home while you’re gone Pet care is more than a job to me; it is my full-time passion. My current schedule allows me to offer versatile availability tailored to your specific needs—whether that is structured daytime walks or the comfort of a consistent presence during overnight house-sitting. I pride myself on being adaptable to a pet parent’s unique schedule, ensuring your dog receives consistent companionship and professional supervision around the clock. In my home, my dogs are treated like family, just as all dogs deserve. They receive love and attention, and I cherish the quality time we spend together. Whenever I was dog sitting, I made sure the dog felt comfortable with both me and its surroundings. I also ensured that all their needs were met and that they were thriving. If the dog enjoys walks, they will be given one daily. .
