About: I live in a very full and very happy home of five rescue doggos and a cat-that-thinks-she-is-a-dog. Needless to say, I juggle many different personalities, needs, and quirks every day. I feel most fulfilled getting to know animals for who they are and building trust at their own pace. I use positive reinforcement and pay close attention to behavioral cues, especially with dogs who are anxious, fearful, or need a little extra patience. I have hands-on experience managing multi-dog dynamics, including situations with food or fear aggression, so I’m very intentional about following each pet’s specific routine and your instructions. Alongside pet care, I’ve spent nearly two decades teaching dance to all ages, which taught me how to corral a group of strong personalities. The skills translate well: patience, awareness, and keeping structure and calm when things get a little unpredictable. At the end of the day, I treat every animal like a whole little person—just one who might occasionally eat something they absolutely shouldn’t. I keep a flexible schedule and can accommodate a range of routines. I book thoughtfully so I can be fully present, reliable, and consistent for your pets. My approach centers on safety, trust, and a calm, low-stress environment. About: I will treat your fur baby as if they were my own. Years of experience in watching family and friends pets. I cater to you I work Mon-Fri, but do come home at lunch for an hour if I’m boarding at my house. I have weekends off and open availability I have a fenced yard and have friendly playful fur babies too. I will accommodate to medication or dietary needs, we can crate if needed.

About: I have always been around animals, never in my life have I not had a dog. Growing up I volunteered at the local animal shelter walking, training and taking care of the animals there. Once I got my own car I started sitting for friends and family. As a massage therapist I took animal massage courses in school, I am very comfortable handling animals. I love being outdoors and active, I am very excited about being a dog walker. In my home we are very relaxed, allowing our pets lots of room and freedoms to play inside and outside in the fenced yard as well as lounge on the couches and pet beds. We don't use crates or keep animals separated unless instructed by their people, we like for the dogs to be together and play with eachother! That being said, we do have spare rooms for pets that have social anxieties. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! When I work I am home by noon to give potty breaks and lots of love and attention! My back yard is a nice fenced yard for safe play time and potty breaks. I have 2 dogs to keep your furbaby company during their stay. Crates are available if preferred for alone time or night time.

“Kristy was wonderful with our 2 boys! While we were at an event, she walked them, gave them a snack and spent a good amount of time snuggling with them. They are both large strong bully breed boys and they did great on the leash for her, showing that she is confident and capable. I told her they liked to snuggle and she went above and beyond to give them affection. You could see in the pictures she sent that they were very happy to be cozied up next to her. She was also great about doing a meet-and-greet and making it very convenient for us. I would hire Kristy again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her!”

About: I've taken care of animals my whole life. I even have a special bond with animals because I understand them and get a long with them better than people. My friends and family have always relied on me to take care of their animals because they know that they will be good hands. I am currently not working so I have a lot of flexibility during the day. I also have a 7 year old son so when school gets out, I do have to pick him up from school. I have 2 cats who are free to roam around the house. I currently do not have any dogs but only because I have a low fence.

About: While my experience caring for pets professionally is limited, I worked in healthcare for a short stint out of high school, delivering medical oxygen supplies to peoples homes, and setting up the equipment for patients. One of my favorite parts of the job was when the patients had pets! Frequently, their pets warmed up to me as soon as I was welcomed in to do my work, which would always brighten up my day. Of course, I have pets myself. I've been caring for my cat, Winslow, for about a year and a half now. He's fantastically affectionate and he's been an excellent companion in my home. I also help my parents with their cats, since I live with them at the moment. As one last note, at my last job I attained a CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Human focused, of course, but I stilled learned the signs of a crisis in living beings and what to do when life hangs in the balance. I hope never to have to use said skills, but if a pet has a delicate health situation, I am equipped to get them the help they need if things take a turn for the worse. I am between jobs at the moment, so my schedule is about as open as it gets. I have my own responsibilities to tend to with my cat, but my parents can take care of him if your furry friend needs me around all day. First things first is a meet and greet to make sure your pet is comfortable around me. Once your pet and I have made each-other's acquaintance, we'll talk about how you usually go about caring for them yourself so we don't throw a wrench in their habits. If you're having me spend time in your home, we'll talk about how you expect me to conduct myself while house sitting.

About: I have been caring for dogs for over 20 years. I have had many different kinds and breeds and have loved spending time with every single one! My husband and I currently live on .5 acres with our best friends, and our three dogs. I think every dog is unique and should be encouraged to be their best selves! I love making home-made healthy treats for all our doggos! I have cared for all ages as well and love me a senior dog. I have always treated my dogs like members of the family and I am dedicated to making sure they have the best life possible! I am a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet mom with a home full of personalities - including 4 dogs (Great Dane puppy mixes, a Great Pyr mix, and a senior pittie who keeps things interesting) and 3 cats. Because of that, I am super comfortable with all sizes, breeds, and temperaments - from giant, high energy dogs, to tiny sensitive guys who need a little extra love, and even the occasional grumpy senior. I truly understand how important it is to keep pets in their normal routine while you're away and I have experience with training, medicine administration, and specialized diets as well as feeding schedules. My goal during every interaction with your babies is to make them as comfy as possible while maintaining their routine, and make them feel loved while their people are away. I am especially patient with shy, anxious, or older pets and always adjust my approach based on what they need. I also know how important communication is, so you will get updates and photos regularly! As a pet mom myself, I know how much trust it takes to leave your babies with someone, so I make sure to treat every pet like they're my own! I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate most drop-in visits, feeding schedules, potty breaks, and pet care routines throughout the day. Since caring for my own pets is already a part of my daily routine, providing reliable and consistent care for other pets fits very naturally into my schedule. I care for every pet based on their individual needs and routine. I am used to managing multiple pets with different personalities, feeding schedules, diets, and energy levels. Safety, consistency and comfort are always my priority. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets get plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, fresh food & water, meds if needed, and love! I am happy to follow specific instructions closely. I am also open to pet sitting in my home for animals who are dog, cat and kid friendly. My home is very pet-centered, and I understand how important it is for animals to feel safe and cared for.

About: Degree in social work but animals are my passion. I worked full time as a professional pet sitter I. Greenville SC prior to moving to Nashville. I can offer references from former pet parents and have an entire portfolio of happy pet clients! I enjoy pet and nature photography as well! I grew up in a home with dogs cats birds turtles fish iguana guinea pig rabbit... and a mouse I brought home from school.
