About: I volunteer as a dog walker at the Humane Society, completed their advanced dog training program—and have the honor of working with pups who need extra love, patience, and guidance. From high-energy jumpers to leash-reactive dogs, I specialize in positive reinforcement, body language awareness, and building trust through consistency and care. Whether it’s helping a new puppy learn the ropes or giving a senior dog some well-deserved TLC, I bring heart and experience to every walk and stay. I have a special soft spot for sugar-faced pups and love providing them with comfort, companionship, and a slower pace that honors their golden years. After my beloved Ellie crossed the rainbow bridge, I’m opening my home and heart to your furry companion in the Longmont & Firestone area. With a fenced backyard, peaceful green space directly behind my home and a flexible work-from-home schedule, your dog will get daily exercise, playtime, and all the cuddles they deserve. I’d love to be your pet’s second favorite human. 🐾💚 I have no pets currently, work from home 3 days a week and have a fenced in backyard and green space with direct access. I have a large dog bed and plenty of space in the home. Your pup will feel right at home here! I have a fully fenced yard for safe play and potty breaks, and dogs are welcome throughout the house as long as they’re house-trained. If your pup needs a crate, just bring it along! I'm open to hosting 2 dogs if your pup has a sibling. I work from home 3 days a week and stay active, so your dog will get plenty of exercise or gentle walks—especially the sugar-faced seniors who need extra TLC. In my home, I provide loving, attentive care tailored to your pet’s needs. 🐶💚

About: I have occasionally been taking care of pets for years. I am deeply passionate about pets and am always happy to provide love and care for them when their pa(w)rents aren’t home. I am reliable, responsible and experienced. I am currently only working part time, and don’t have set hours at this time, so I am pretty available to play and take care of your pet(s)! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding, walks, medications if needed, playtime, and cleaning litter boxes or pet areas. I always treat your home with respect and provide regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away.
“AJ was professional and friendly and took time to meet my new rescue dog before starting service. AJ took extra care of my dog, providing lots of care for him and communicating with photos and updates after their visit. I would highly recommend AJ!”

“Shawn was great, booked him for a week. My two dogs had no issues w/ him, nor did he have issues with them. Shawn was very nice & attentive to their needs. From bathroom breaks to water breaks Shawn handled it. If the doggies were low on food/water he took care of it. He walked the dogs on various routes within the neighborhood to keep them interested. Thanx again Shawn for your help and nurturing. I WILL definitely book again in the future.”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 10yrs old. My family, friends, and nieghbors can rely on me for baths, walking, and care. I am pretty much open everyday and I update my calendar as well to be up to date. If I needed to go somewhere I will leave in how you want your pets to be either caged or roaming the house. I also won’t be gone for that many hours if your dogs can’t be alone for a certain amount of hours. I will be moving back to college on August 14, meaning I won’t be in Longmont anymore until sometime in December. I can crate your animals or leave them outside when needed to leave. I can not keep them in my dorm due to animal policies.

About: While my experience caring for pets professionally is limited, I worked in healthcare for a short stint out of high school, delivering medical oxygen supplies to peoples homes, and setting up the equipment for patients. One of my favorite parts of the job was when the patients had pets! Frequently, their pets warmed up to me as soon as I was welcomed in to do my work, which would always brighten up my day. Of course, I have pets myself. I've been caring for my cat, Winslow, for about a year and a half now. He's fantastically affectionate and he's been an excellent companion in my home. I also help my parents with their cats, since I live with them at the moment. As one last note, at my last job I attained a CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Human focused, of course, but I stilled learned the signs of a crisis in living beings and what to do when life hangs in the balance. I hope never to have to use said skills, but if a pet has a delicate health situation, I am equipped to get them the help they need if things take a turn for the worse. I am between jobs at the moment, so my schedule is about as open as it gets. I have my own responsibilities to tend to with my cat, but my parents can take care of him if your furry friend needs me around all day. First things first is a meet and greet to make sure your pet is comfortable around me. Once your pet and I have made each-other's acquaintance, we'll talk about how you usually go about caring for them yourself so we don't throw a wrench in their habits. If you're having me spend time in your home, we'll talk about how you expect me to conduct myself while house sitting.
About: Animals have always been my passion, and I’ve dedicated my professional life and education to caring for them. After two years of working in a doggy daycare environment, I’ve seen it all! From the "zoomies" of a new puppy to the slow, comfortable pace of a senior dog, I find joy in providing the specific type of love each dog needs. Because I am studying to be a Vet Tech and hold certifications in CPR and First Aid, you can enjoy your time away with total peace of mind. I don’t just watch pets; I advocate for their well-being and make sure they feel right at home while you’re gone Pet care is more than a job to me; it is my full-time passion. My current schedule allows me to offer versatile availability tailored to your specific needs—whether that is structured daytime walks or the comfort of a consistent presence during overnight house-sitting. I pride myself on being adaptable to a pet parent’s unique schedule, ensuring your dog receives consistent companionship and professional supervision around the clock. In my home, my dogs are treated like family, just as all dogs deserve. They receive love and attention, and I cherish the quality time we spend together. Whenever I was dog sitting, I made sure the dog felt comfortable with both me and its surroundings. I also ensured that all their needs were met and that they were thriving. If the dog enjoys walks, they will be given one daily. .

About: I've had dogs of all sizes my entire 26 years of life. I have always rescued my dogs from shelters. My current dog is a three legged mixed female. She gets along great with others. I believe that every dog deserves to have a fun playful time. I have also administered medication to dogs and cats. I work part time and have fairly flexible schedule as I am home most of the day. I'm a middle school sports coach, so I do have games occasionally but am very flexible. I have a 3 year old mixed girl who has three legs. Don't let that fool you though. She is strong and determined to keep all bunnies out of yard. She is great with other dogs as long as they are willing to play. I live in a mobile home but walk constantly and go outside. We have a cable we usually hook her up to when I'm watering or doing yard work. I can go to nearby dog parks and take long walks to get all that energy out. I also move furniture out of the living room occassionally and let my pup run around inside when it's way too cold outside for her and she loves it.
