About: I have been watching after animals since I was at a really young age and have learned so much. I have watched all ages and all different breeds that have taught me that every dog is different and has different needs. I’ve trained all of my pups myself and have experienced taking care of senior animals as well! I’m currently working full time but I make my own schedule so I am very flexible on what days I work and match that with when I can be available to watch your fur babies. I am free almost every weekend. I will care for every single pet as I do my own and make sure that get everything they need. I will give them all the loving while your away!

About: I've been caring for dogs for 5+ years and have 3 years of professional boarding experience through Rover. My 3 year old Border Collie mix, Lyra, has been my best teacher. she's helped me learn how to manage high energy personalities, read canine body language, and understand what different dogs need to feel comfortable. Through working with various dogs and their families, I've developed a good eye for spotting anxiety triggers and helping nervous pups settle in. I'm a full-time architecture student at CU Denver with flexible availability for house sitting and dog walking. Since I split my time between Denver and Brighton, I can provide care in the Denver metro area. When I'm not in class, I'm fully available to give your pup my undivided attention, whether that's multiple potty breaks throughout the day, mid-day walks, or just hanging out on the couch during study sessions. Safety is my absolute top priority, which is why I believe in honest, open communication from the start. I know all dogs have their quirks, and that's completely okay! What matters is that I know about them upfront so I can create the safest, most comfortable environment for your pup. Before any booking, I'd love to chat about: Your dog's history with other dogs (any past incidents, even minor ones?) Triggers or situations that make them anxious or reactive Food, toy, or space guarding behaviors Crate training comfort level Any protective tendencies around their people For pullers, I encourage positive reinforcement with treats and such, it makes walks way more enjoyable for both of us! I'll send you daily photo updates so you always know your pup is happy and safe. My goal is for you to feel like you're leaving your dog with someone you completely trust.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, from larger dogs such as Labradors to small Chihuahuas. I’m an empathetic person and a nurse and caring for and loving animals is part of who I am. I help take care of my father’s aging cat and have two small dogs of my own. I work from home and my house has a large fenced yard and a park nearby for walks and exercise! I work full time from home and am able to frequently let pets outside and take them on walks during the day. I have a great set up in my home to be able to care for dogs and cats. I have a large fenced yard and two small dogs who can keep your dog company and socialized! I am also able to crate my dogs if your dog or cat does better without other dogs. I also have a spare room I can board your cat if your cat doesn’t mix with dogs. I love taking dogs on walks and would love to walk your dog at the park right by my house or at yours. I can crate your pets if needed, feed them, provide fresh water, any additional care they may need and give them plenty of love and attention!

Kennedy has been such a great sitter/dog Walker for my pup! My Marlee loves walks, but loves people and affection more most of the time. Kennedy has been amazing and flexible with Marlee in learning her puppy walking style and giving her the mid-day people love that she needs while I’m at work. I love the updates I get through the app as well as the pictures from their time together. I would highly recommend Kennedy to love and care for your animals!

About: Like many, I grew up with a dog. But now I have the joy of training my own sweet 3yr golden as my own service animal. She is a certified Canine Good Citizen with public access. Since I know how to read dogs and work with them consistently, I always incorporate training and good habits into a walk. I’m currently walking for one client right now and I’d love to walk more regular puppers! Last year I also helped care for a house with three dogs (one was a Cane Corso), a cat, an aquarium, and a bearded dragon, so multiple, even large, animals don’t throw me off. It can be hard to trust someone else to care for your furry companions, so I look forward to the opportunity to make you feel comfortable and your pets feel loved and cared for! Feel free to reach out for a meet & greet first, so I can get to know you and your furry friend. I work part-time, so dog walks and drop-ins fit easily into my week. I’m currently walking for one regular client and have a lot of availability. Before I leave, I check that doors and gates are secure, confirm collar and leash fit, check ID tags, and make sure water is filled. I’ve worked with food motivated, play motivated, and praise motivated dogs, and adjust my approach to what works for each one. My walks stay consistent, using positive reinforcement, and allowing for plenty of “sniffari” time for enrichment. On days over 95F, I’ll swap the walk for a drop-in instead, to keep the dog safe from the heat.

About: I’m reliable, attentive, and enjoy pets of all ages and energy levels. I focus on communication, so you’ll always get updates and know your pet is in good hands. I work Monday through Friday and am typically off around 4:30pm, which gives me plenty of time for evening and overnight pet sitting. I’m also available early mornings (before 6am) and fully open on weekends and holidays. I prefer to care for pets in their own homes, where they feel safest and most comfortable. I stick closely to their usual routines—feeding times, walks, any special instructions provided, etc. I keep things clean and calm, give lots of love and attention, and always make sure your pet feels secure while you're away. I also send regular updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

I don’t have a very good job right now and I’m not getting scheduled I have a lot free time and would like to make this my full time job, I like to go for walks to I’m always to willing to walk dogs, I’m gonna be able to watch your dogs someday a of the week u just have to let me know a day before, I might also be able to come over to your house but I have dogs as well!:) In my own my pets always have water and I feed them 3 times a day they go outside every 30 mins to an hour if needed, I play with my dogs and give them attention multiple times a day. About: I've been caring for dogs and pets for many years through my own pets, family, and friends. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, and I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. I have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and energy levels, including senior dogs that may need extra patience and attention. I'm comfortable following feeding schedules, administering oral medications when needed, providing regular exercise, and keeping owners updated with photos and messages throughout each stay. What sets me apart is my focus on communication, reliability, and treating every pet like a member of my own family. My goal is to provide a stress-free experience for both pets and their owners so you can travel with confidence knowing your pet is in caring hands. Pets are already a regular part of my daily routine, so caring for additional pets fits naturally into my schedule. I enjoy spending time with animals and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. I am committed to following each pet's routine and providing regular updates for peace of mind. Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. Whether I'm in my home or a client's home, I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions. I take time to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and any safety concerns before care begins. I always ensure pets have access to fresh water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention and supervision. During walks, I use secure leashes and remain aware of my surroundings. In a client's home, I respect their space, keep doors and gates secure, and provide regular updates with photos and messages so owners know their pets are happy and safe. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to create a calm, loving, and stress-free experience while their family is away.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
