About: I have a passion and love for dogs. I have many experiences around dogs and cats. I worked at a rescue for volunteer hours and I also have 3 dogs myself. I am very gentle and aware of my surroundings and will put your animals needs as an absolute priory when around them. My current job has me working from 6 AM Monday–Friday, but thankfully I only work a few minutes from home! Because of that, I’m available for drop-in visits anytime after 8 AM during the week. For house sitting, I’m happy to let pets out early in the morning, pop in during the early afternoon to let dogs out again, and of course spend the evening/night with them while I’m staying. On weekends, I’m completely flexible and can accommodate visits or house sitting anytime! 😊 I ensure my full and undivided attention is on your animals at all times. Not only that but I am willing to provide best care possible at one’s house and ensure the house is kept mess free from your animals and or myself.

About: I've been caring for dogs for 5+ years and have 3 years of professional boarding experience through Rover. My 3 year old Border Collie mix, Lyra, has been my best teacher. she's helped me learn how to manage high energy personalities, read canine body language, and understand what different dogs need to feel comfortable. Through working with various dogs and their families, I've developed a good eye for spotting anxiety triggers and helping nervous pups settle in. I'm a full-time architecture student at CU Denver with flexible availability for house sitting and dog walking. She unfortunately had cataracts at age 2 (had surgery and can still see now) so I am experienced in administering eye drops and oral medication on a schedule. I’m currently walking for one regular client and have a lot of availability. Before I leave, I check that doors and gates are secure, confirm collar and leash fit, and make sure water is filled. I’ve worked with food motivated, play motivated, and praise motivated dogs, and adjust my approach to what works for each one. My walks stay consistent, using positive reinforcement, and allowing for plenty of “sniffari” time for enrichment. On days over 95F, I’ll swap the walk for a drop-in instead, to keep the dog safe from the heat.
