About: I have always been around animals, never in my life have I not had a dog. Growing up I volunteered at the local animal shelter walking, training and taking care of the animals there. Once I got my own car I started sitting for friends and family. As a massage therapist I took animal massage courses in school, I am very comfortable handling animals. I love being outdoors and active, I am very excited about being a dog walker. In my home we are very relaxed, allowing our pets lots of room and freedoms to play inside and outside in the fenced yard as well as lounge on the couches and pet beds. We don't use crates or keep animals separated unless instructed by their people, we like for the dogs to be together and play with eachother! That being said, we do have spare rooms for pets that have social anxieties. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! When I work I am home by noon to give potty breaks and lots of love and attention! My back yard is a nice fenced yard for safe play time and potty breaks. I have 2 dogs to keep your furbaby company during their stay. Crates are available if preferred for alone time or night time.

About: Since a young age I've loved and cared for animals big and small. I grew up on a hobby farm with animals ranging from horses and chickens to dogs and cats. As an adult, I have had three dogs of my own (Rescued Aussie's & a Pommie) and a special needs cat who I had to administer sub-cutaneous fluids to on a weekly basis. My dogs have also needed medications administered and consider myself a geriatric pet specialist. I currently have a potty trained indoor rabbit who I absolutely adore. When your pet is with me, they are treated like family. I aim to provide a safe, structured, and deeply affectionate environment so you can have total peace of mind. If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.

While I only board dogs in our home, I’m also happy to care for cats in your home.I accept dogs of all ages as long as they are house-trained. I work hard to provide a safe and clean environment. I can administer medications as long as thorough instructions are given. I am happy to bathe and brush your dog. Based on your dog's energy levels and your expectations, I am happy to walk him/her multiple times a day. Your dog has access to the dog run through the dog door. I can let them out into the back yard as well if they need more space or aren't trained to use a dog door. We live close to a dog park that I'd be happy to take your pup to if they love dog parks. We have a 20lb cockapoo who is usually reclusive when we host other dogs. She usually hangs in our room when we have other dogs in the house. I always separate the dogs if we leave to run errands just to be extra careful.

“Amanda was the best fur baby caretaker ever ! I do not normally leave my dog as he usually travels with me, so leaving him for a full week was initially a little tough. However, Amanda stepped right up and made both of us feel so comfortable and welcome in her home. When I returned from my trip to pick up Wes it was very clear that he had a great time and was very spoiled while I was away. He was so happy being with Amanda and the other pups that he wasn't quite ready to leave when the time came to go home. ? About: I have had pets all my life and love to be around animals! Currently I have two cats and a bunny. I moved to Loveland, CO from Scottsdale, AZ in 2019 and am loving it so far! Growing up I had dogs, cats, fish, rodents, and reptiles. I hope to one day have horses and goats. I enjoy taking walks with my family and just being outdoors. I am here to help walk, feed, and care for your pet! We will be sure to have an enjoyable time and I will make sure to give your pet (or pets) as much attention as you give them. I am available to watch you per overnight or just for the day and for regular dog walking. About: I’ve been pet-sitting for friends and family over the past few years, and it’s become something I truly enjoy. Most pets warm up to me pretty quickly, and I enjoy giving them the attention, care, and love they deserve. I like to get dogs out for plenty of walks. I’ve found that regular exercise is one of the best ways to keep them calm, especially if they are anxious while you’re gone. Cats will get lots of petting and playtime as well. I know that leaving your pet in the care of someone new can be a leap of faith, so I’m happy to send plenty of pictures and updates. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they’re my own and want you to feel confident they’re in good hands while you’re away. My routine is flexible and centered around each cat’s needs. I typically start the day by feeding them, giving any medications if needed, and spending a few minutes offering attention and affection if they’re in the mood. I know every cat has a different personality and routine, so I’m happy to follow whatever schedule they’re used to. Some cats love company and plenty of petting, while others prefer a quiet day and their own space. I’m comfortable with both and let each cat set the pace while making sure they’re well cared for and comfortable. I know that trusting someone with your pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. I make it a priority to follow your instructions closely (a written list is extremely helpful), keep your cat’s routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they always have fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. I’m attentive to any changes in behavior and will communicate with you promptly if I notice anything concerning. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your cat is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I treat every home with respect and always leave it just as I found it.
